I have found newspaper article from August 12, 1980 with police appeal to public and newly made clay reconstruction of JD, the same one as we see today. Unfortunately I can't open article but few things I could unscramble are below. If anyone have access, please be so kind to publish original here.

A sculptress who re-created the likeness of an unlden-' tified murder victim Is giving state police new hope in learning the man's identity. ' Col. Clinton Pagano announced yesterday that Betty Gatllft, a forensic sculptress from Norman, Okla., reconstructed facial features by applying modeling clay to the victim's skull. The . Job took three days to complete, using techniques developed almost a century ago, Pagano said. Standards for reconstruction were set in the late 1800s by two Viennese physicians who examined 45 cadavers. The Austrian doctors measured tissue at 18 points on skulls to determine the features of persons in average

I came across profile of Robert Afarian few days ago and few details stood out for me, unfortunately I am unable to find more about him then listed in NamUs. He has DNA available.

He went missing from Edgewater, NJ which is approx 30 min from Belleville where JD was found. He went missing in winter 77 (one year prior to what is estimated range 78-79) but would correspond with wearing winter cloth. He had dark hair, his height and weight are match and he has religious symbol tattooed on his arm which would correspond with wearing small cross on his jacket and also R being his first name. JD remains were skeletal, so there is possibility that he could be there year longer or that he could have had tattoo.

Robert does not have photo and his age is quite above range but for some reason I keep coming back to him for all above mentioned details. Would there be big no because of age or is it worth looking into?
