...We might have the opportunity to review some of that material because this past week a Clark County District Court judge ordered the LVMPD to release all video and other evidence that would not compromise any ongoing investigation...

and

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported this week that the Mandalay Bay is changing the floor numbers 31 thru 34 to 56 thru 59. Erasing the number 32 might be like washing their hands of the entire massacre and along with that the memory of the night of October 1. There are also rumors that they might even change the name of the hotel...

...What can never be erased is the fact that 58 people are dead and 851 injured and wounded because MGM Resorts Int’l failed to implement proper security measures that could have prevented the massacre...

Very big article, great info! Wow. Well done!

would not compromise any ongoing investigation...:

yeh right ! THe FBI lead dude was not at last presser -- something tells me nothing is going on !!

There sure was no comments about waiting for anything specific still !

would not compromise any ongoing investigation...

is different than :

would not compromise the ongoing investigation...

!!!!

nstead, the corporation dismissed warnings from the US Department of Homeland Security and the FBI, post-September 2011, that Las Vegas infrastructure was a prime target for possible terrorist attacks, i.e. Mumbai, India type attack and or an active shooter incident.

OR

operating an easy operation might be very lucrative for things like ............. gun running

whatever this really is it is quite possible that it had been going on for quite some time

per paddock and the hotel themselves he was a frequent visitor

have not read one gambling article that does not specifically state that the video poker machines are one of the most stacked for the house in the industry

the notion that his source of income is gambling is absurd!

which takes us back to one simple question

what WAS his income source for decades

a sweet arms deal money maker and a money laundering partner sounds pretty awesome to me!!

I keep getting hung up on informant as a result of getting busted for human trafficking of children -- it just fits the sleeze level of the whole gang

The only reason not one member of LV huge swat team never got near the place has to be someone told them NOT to

forget no fake explanation for this lets just become a cop for a moment

these guys breathe this stuff. So we would be ok to assume that members of this elite entity have ears (hearing cops cars flying somewhere, dispatch radios in their homes, and might have had a tv on

so....................this entire dept and their family friends etc for some reason while off duty or whatever did not call in or ask a regular cop buddy what is going on

SWAT team members would have no inclination , while watching TV and the news breaks about machine guns firing in their city and they are gonna stay on the couch?

It defies the culture

I am assuming there are always one active team working

so now we have to say apparently they ignored the radios in their cars trucks on there bodies

or they were involved in the active shooter drill that has been disputed OR they were directed not to respond OR they knew in advance something that LVMPD was involved in was going happen

One of the most sophisticated SWAT units in the nation dont miss the biggest mass shooting in history on accident - its an impossibility .

LE have days off. So Super Swat agent Sally and her husband are strolling the strip on a night out . For some reason Super SWat agent Sally just ignores the entire strip going ballistic.

As a serve and protect participant a member of LE would not give headquarters a ring a dingy when she sees thousands upon thousands of citizens sworn to protect running haywire all over the cities streets -- for hours --

it all is not possible

an encore is required !

or they were involved in the active shooter drill that has been disputed OR they were directed not to respond OR they knew in advance something that LVMPD was involved in was going happen

the long response time HAD to happen to either: allow things to be cleaned up OR placed OR removed (walking hard drives !)

there nonsense with that -- who knows how long the hard drive was out

really what moron walks around and uses a laptop with a missing hard drive ? According to them they are very mystified as to "when" the hard drive was removed. In and of itself it implies theri suggestion that maybe the hard drive had been missing for some time

that is like having a car without an engine

or

a plane with no engines

a train with no locomotive

A refrigerator with no freon

a window with no glass

a door that does not open

a clock that does not tell time

a dishwasher with no water source

a sound system with no speakers

a microwave with no microwaves!

a supermarket with no food inside

the hard drive was removed by someone in that room that night

Paddock supposedly planned for hours that day. This flat out notion that he spent hours with all this technology stuff and then he himself removes a hard drive (defeating his purposes) is flat out dumb

There was several computers why was one selected? If someone experiences a sudden urge to remove hard drives what would prevent them from having these urges on the other ones!

A selection process was used

If we are supposed to believe that no one knew anything in advance for all anyone knew this could have been a huge robbery - there a billions of bucks in the basements of ALL casinos on the strip

folks in power were aware that something was going on out of the MB , for some time, most likely money had kept silence golden

would be really neat to find the values of some top LVMPD homes cars etc to determine if those items match if you will

The only thing , on this domain , I know is the unlicensed, unregistered rent a cop had an awesome red vet in his driveway!! Pretty machine!!

Autopsy did not occur for several days, 5th or 6th oct.. gave time for gut bacteria consistent with post mortem changes to form..

Surprised they waited so long to slice him up..

..

the delay in this autopsy as well as the delay sending his brain to Stanford makes me think there 'may' not be
enough properly preserved brain tissue left to conclude valid info.
Back when this first happened I researched what can be determined by studying the brain and most articles
mentioned the specifics of 'handling' the brain were of upmost importance. I questioned the timeline, at that time,
and how the brain had been handled time wise.

there is an anomaly, states time of death to be 1200 hrs..

am not understanding the blunt force injuries of extremities..
he did not have very many teeth remaining
cardiovascular valvular mild degenerative changes
some spinal degeneration... think age specific

quite a few tranks in his peripheral blood, none in v high levels P16/40
do see this, bears further discussion 17/40
mercury and arsenic specifically
selenium, antimony and lead high as well
drugs
temezepam (sleeping med)
chlorpheneramine-anti histamine
nordiazepam-valium
ozazepam, (have to look that up) it's a break down of a diazepam metabolite

Nothing abnormal detected, basically.

Each report contains an explanatory note with normal levels of each compound for comparison.
Very thorough autopsy.
very much written for ease of understanding of the general public..

Only questions I have are his leg injuries, not vast.. and time of death.
I think the "blunt force injuries" verbiage is just the report template heading, and it is misleading because it sounds like he had de minimus abrasions and contusions (scrapes and bruises) possibly from lugging suitcases and/or he was somewhat clutzy. Dunno.

You don't think they would have a template heading of "abrasions and contusions"?

Blunt force trauma is something entirely different. I was thinking maybe he kicked out the bottom part of the windows causing lacerations to his calves. But of course then we would see blood tracked all over the rooms... so i dunno

Possible reason for "mercury and arsenic...selenium, antimony and lead high" = dental amalgams (fillings in his teeth)? Just a guess. See this statement from the American Dental Association (ADA):

https://www.ada.org/en/about-the-ad...es-and-statements/statement-on-dental-amalgam

Statement on Dental Amalgam

For dental patients: Please visit the ADA’s MouthHealthy website for information about amalgam and silver-colored fillings.

Dental amalgam is considered a safe, affordable and durable material that has been used to restore the teeth of more than 100 million Americans. It contains a mixture of metals such as silver, copper and tin, in addition to mercury, which binds these components into a hard, stable and safe substance. Dental amalgam has been studied and reviewed extensively, and has established a record of safety and effectiveness...

...The FDI World Dental Federation and the World Health Organization concluded in a 1997 consensus statement: “No controlled studies have been published demonstrating systemic adverse effects from amalgam restorations.” Another conclusion of the report stated that, aside from rare instances of local side effects of allergic reactions, “the small amount of mercury released from amalgam restorations, especially during placement and removal, has not been shown to cause any … adverse health effects...”

...In an article published in the February 1999 issue of the Journal of the American Dental Association, researchers report finding “no significant association of Alzheimer’s Disease with the number, surface area or history of having dental amalgam restorations” and “no statistically significant differences in brain mercury levels between subjects with Alzheimer’s Disease and control subjects...”

The mercury makes sense, he was clearly "mad as a hatter". And aren't bullets made from lead? And copper? Also, you said:

"quite a few tranks in his peripheral blood, none in v high levels P16/40".

(This ^ is from Paddock's autopsy, yes?) But the article here:

https://apnews.com/6f7a8aa10d394f0a...n=SocialFlow&utm_source=Twitter&utm_medium=AP

says:

It showed signs of benzodiazepines in Paddock’s system but said because the substances were found in his urine and not his blood, Paddock wasn’t under the influence of the medication.

Aww, They're not even trying to get it right.
cache.php
No they're not. You're right.
Benzos were found in his peripheral blood samples.. they never even read the thing of nothingness..
really frustrating, isn't it?

Las Vegas Strip shooter Stephen Paddock had anti-anxiety medication in his system, autopsy records obtained Friday by the Review-Journal show.
thats all so far, sorry..

I wonder what type and if there are potential side effects associated with psychosis or violent tendencies. Maybe his anxiety kept his violent tendencies in check. Pharm companies probably won't allow that conversation to be started.

So now they're telling us tell us valiummade him do it? Pffft.

I think he was a psychopath that's what made him do it. The anti-anxiety might have allowed him to go forward by removing any fear.

Paradoxical effects of benzodiazepines
The benzodiazepines work because they slow down the nervous system. But sometimes, for reasons that aren’t well understood, they have the opposite effect. Paradoxical reactions are most common in children, the elderly, and people with developmental disabilities. They include:

Increased anxiety, irritability, agitation, aggression, and rage
Mania, impulsive behavior, and hallucinations

Interesting that the hippocampus abnormalities can cause psychosis.

So was SP losing his mental acuity and suffering losses at gambling and knowing he was deteriorating mentally
and couldn't stop it??? Easier to check out than accept it.

Has anyone seen the complete toxicology report showing the 14 substances in SP's system?
I can only find a shortened version showing 8 substances.

Interesting that it looks to me like he was taking more than just Valium:

Nordiazepan- this would be Valium- used for anti-anxiety (maybe for his high blood pressure) self medicating??

Oxazepan--used to STAY AWAKE

Temazepan- taken for Insomnia- can't sleep

So he was dependant on drugs for maintaining being awake, sleeping and anxiety. Yup, self-medicating.
Wonder what else he was on.

you guys are killing me !! So now we got a senior citizen in his right hand a machine gun in his left hand a snorkel attached to a heavy vacuum thing falling over the room bashing his shins with a scrape here or there while hitting 600 people from 2000 feet away in a dark smoke filled room ..........alone!

ahhhhhhhhhhhh

he was also eating No Doz to stay awake per the autopsy

ok then! Clark Kent cant do this stuff at 64!!! Batman maybe but not Clark Kent!

“It’s not clear how “Big Daddy” *Bruce escaped from 1968 Texas law enforcement, or exactly where he was for the next two years, but authorities allege he pulled another bank heist in San Francisco some time in 1969 (need some sources). This may have gotten him added to the FBI’s Top 10 Most Wanted List in June 1969.

The FBI also added him to their list based on his description as a “PSYCHOPATH ” and being a “glib, smooth-talking, egotistical and arrogant” con-man, according to Special Agent in charge Palmer M. Baker Jr.”

-SP father changed his name 3 or 4 times:
*Bruce is one of them.

it is contained in the aP link I posted last night. the entire report of his autopsy, which is not allowed to be posted elsewhere.. its 40 pages pdf

He was on v v little, actually and though a link with diazepam has been established with violent behaviour, it is so rare as to be negligible.
x-file's theory is the more rational, took a few valium to keep himself calm while he planned his life..
he was quite neurotic

He was not actually a psychopath, though that word was used incorrectly to describe him. The New york Times published his psychiatrist's opinion on his mental condition when the story first broke.. its on an earlier thread here
