I wonder what type and if there are potential side effects associated with psychosis or violent tendencies. Maybe his anxiety kept his violent tendencies in check. Pharm companies probably won't allow that conversation to be started.
was negligible in autopsy report..
There is no clear diagnosis available from all the info contained within it, sadly.

We can speculate , but there is simply not enough evidence to support any diagnosis or theory.

what the hell are the FBI behavioural specialists doing? They were supposed to come up with a report?
another 12 month wait and all it will be is theories.
entire autopsy was a nothing burger.

IMO- this opens the discussion to conspiracy theories.
There is NOTHING in his history or all we have been told about this man that fits the profile of any type of psychoses, motive or gain he stood to make by carrying out this act.

He WAS neurotic, a bit of a moaner, possibly with allergies, with known hyperosmia..if MD is telling the truth.

It was not a spur of the moment act, it had been carefully planned.. Report describes his early September practice runs.. carried out almost on autopilot... task after task after laborious task... he was taking no chances..
He behaved as though his mind was not under his own control, as per the descriptions in Interim Report.

I would have relished finding a huge tumor or massive bacterial disease.. a reason, perhaps to commit suicide and mass murder..

There is none.

nOW WHAT??

He was not actually a psychopath, though that word was used incorrectly to describe him. The New york Times published his psychiatrist's opinion on his mental condition when the story first broke.. its on an earlier thread here

Kitty, this is the FATHER of SP. This is what the FBI stated about SP father.

Oh brother - am I reading this correctly. So we now know his heart was not all that awesome we know his lungs are shot and we learn his spine doesn't work all that well and he is running around a room with machine guns for 10 minutes?

blunt force is far different from the vague notions we had been given however they worded i had a image of a scratch
no car crash involved !!! blunt force in a hotel room is being beaten!! anyone gotten a blunt force injury from walking into a designer couch??
so now i have a senior citizen with heart problems breathing problems poison sedatives smashed in calves doing a physical marathon!!

*snip*

ha maybe he liked eating pencils !!! I think it is called PICA!
OI VEY now i got no heart no lungs pencil eating guy on sedatives with destroyed legs (plural!) . and burnt out spinal cord! ...........

I wondered about his strength also, if he felt weak and faint all the time, how the hell could his body endure firing all that ammo?

 The blunt force trauma from a designer couch comment? and the PICA / no heart no lungs pencil eating guy comment? :rolling:

Priceless.

Kitty, this is the FATHER of SP. This is what the FBI stated about SP father.

I thought the FBI said BenP was a psychopath. NYT indicated that SP had been suspected to be bipolar.

A primary care physician in Las Vegas — who said he had been Mr. Paddock’s doctor since 2009 and had last seen him as a patient roughly a year before the shooting — told officials that he suspected Mr. Paddock had bipolar disorder. That psychological disorder, however, cannot be identified in a typical post-mortem examination of brain structures.

That’s correct, FBI indicated that Ben was a psychopath (a grudge)?
I was responding to the post that mentioned their opinion of SP being a Psychopath.

I’m looking for insight into the family origin/dynamics. Who they might be running from or to? Who they align with, on what terms, etc.

The article is historical in nature. It has peeked my interest in the following of patterns within the Paddock lineage and lifestyle.

The alias names are 3 generation.

I didn’t know that Ben had worked with mentoring ‘youth’, IRS, LE and danced around prostitution...

If anyone has read the complete autopsy of the brain, the above article discusses Vascular Dimentia and Neuro-
Degerative Disease as it relate to an abnormal accumulation of Corpora Amylacea (calcification of vessels) in areas
of brain.
common symptoms are restlessness, fidgety, abnormal gait, anxiety.

I still wonder if his diminishing success at memorizing the lengthy algorithms in gambling led to his anger and
anxiety at losing money and going downhill. Maybe he was a 'has been', washed up, no longer on his game.

I think the September 19 trip was when he went to Haig's home.

The Phoenix gun show was on September 9-10. http://960thepatriot.com/content/all/september-2017-crossroads-of-the-west-gun-show

Haig and his business partner, whose name wasn't provided, sold 40 to 50 rounds of incendiary rounds to Paddock in late August at a Las Vegas gun show, according to the complaint.
The next month, Haig said he met Paddock at a Phoenix gun show and that he was well-dressed and polite. He didn't have the quantity of tracer ammunition on hand that Paddock was seeking, so Paddock contacted him several days later and lined up a sale at Haig's home.

Haig told investigators that when Paddock bought the ammunition at his home in suburban Phoenix, Paddock went to his car to get gloves and put them on before taking the box from Haig, the complaint said.

Yes, some of these have been answered. This article was published 4 months ago. Why didn’t we get some of this info from LE?

Thanks for your links! This is very interesting information to me.

I am seeing that he had an abnormally large number of corpora amylacea, not a smaller hippocampus like is found is schizophrenia. Whats interesting (after trying to decipher a few journal articles) is that they are uncertain whether the abnormally high number of CA in neurodegeneratively-diseased brains are functioning as protector or catalyst. My dad has AD, so the discussion has a personal twist for me.

Abstract
The presence of corpora amylacea (CA) in the CNS is associated with both normal aging and neurodegenerative conditions including Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and vascular dementia (VaD). CA are spherical bodies ranging in diameter (10–50 μm) and whose origin has been documented to be derived from both neural and glial sources. CA are reported to be primarily composed of glucose polymers, but approximately 4% of the total weight of CA is consistently composed of protein. CA are typically localized in the subpial, periventricular and perivascular regions within the CNS. The presence of CA in VaD has recently been documented and of interest was the localization of CA within the hippocampus proper. Despite numerous efforts, the precise role of CA in normal aging or disease is not known. The purpose of this mini review is to highlight the potential function of CA in various neurodegenerative disorders with an emphasis on the potential role if any these structures may play in the etiology of these diseases.

This is one of the cops who was guarding 32-135 during the breach. Interesting to say the least.

Another upstanding member of the dept. The dude before Lombardo was crooked as heck - it becomes habit

got to make sure everyone knows what were talking about

Theil faces a slew of charges involving kidnapping, lewdness, sexual assault, and child abuse, neglect or endangerment – all of which involved minors. His bail was set at $1 million.

A documentary reveals major coverup and corruption in Las Vegas Police Department. Many deaths might have been avoided, but police and the casinos want to hide the truth.

Unanswered questions still surround the mass shooting in Las Vegas on October 1 this year. Days after shooter Stephen Paddock killed 59 people and injured over 500, confusing details emerged. Journalists sparred with police at press conferences, grappling for missing details.

The security guard who discovered Paddock in his hotel room with 24 guns and was shot by Paddock later disappeared, only to reemerge as a guest on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.

To shed light on this confusion, a new film, “What Happened in Vegas,” explores the role of the Las Vegas Police Department after the mass shooting. In short, there’s plenty of evidence to suggest coverups and corruption, as well as repeated police brutality within the force.

At the root of the problem, the film explains, is that the LVPD IS RUN BY A SHERIFF ELECTED IN LARGE PART BY DONATIONS FROM MGM, the corporation that runs the Mandalay Bay hotel. According to the documentary, Las Vegas police changed their story multiple times on the timeline of the shooting.

One important detail the police lied about in several instances is the timing of Paddock’s shooting of security guard Jesus Campos. Why? It’s likely that the LVPD wanted to help the casino’s legal case, and if they claimed Campos was killed while trying to prevent Paddock’srampage, as opposed to during or after, it could help the casino's lawyers later claim that the Mandalay Bay had taken sufficient action to stop him.

At least seven news organizations have since sued the LVPD for failing to release all the information from the night of the shooting, including the New York Times, the Associated Press, ABC, the Washington Post and the Los Angeles Times.

The documentary also suggests that if the police and casino had acted differently, the mass shooting might have been avoided. An exclusive clip, below, reveals a little-known piece of the story of what happened in Las Vegas earlier this year.

As Stephen Stubbs, an attorney working on behalf of the victims, explains, casinos like the Mandalay Bay have a “SPECIAL BACK NUMBER” to a private wing of the police department which they use to alert the police of possible criminal activity within their casinos involving high rollers. Paddock was a regular at the casino, and known to be a highroller by the hotel’s staff, so the Mandalay Bay didn’t call 911 when Paddock shot Campos. They called the back line instead, and the operator didn’t link the shooting of Campos to the cascade of bullets pouring out of Paddock's hotel window onto the Route 91 music festival.
“If they would’ve called 911, the 911 operator could have linked the two quicker, and the police would have gotten there quicker," Stubbs said. "Less people would have died, and less people would have been shot, if the Mandalay Bay didn’t treat their high rollers differently, and if the LVPD didn’t allow casinos to treat high rollers differently. This is the truth that [Sheriff] Joe Lombardo doesn’t want to come out.”

In addition, the documentary explores numerous instances of police misconduct and several incidents in which police needlessly shot and killed suspects.

Background of this sleezy gang and the documentary .

Director was like a tv editor or something and was walking by and saw a couple Lombardos LVMPD assaulting a human they were paid to protect .

So he called 911 long and short of it they beat him up a dash before arresting him for calling 911.

so he made this documentary! It won and was nominated for some film fetivals.

In our delightful city of LV powers that be were very interested in the screening the hailed documentary right in LV.

THen MB happened -- and poof all the interest in screening the award wining documentary went bye bye for a period of time and then they got it

Trust LVMPD

documentary about the murders, corruption, and cover-ups of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department,.......

Trust there sole shooter narrative declared instantly!!

The Lombardo dept is currently under active investigation by the FBI - been going on for a while way before MB . They created a bunch of paperwork with all the revisions or something as the investigation heated up against his dept .

Here is the filmmaker talking about the FBI investigation -- he follows like three cases of horrid corruption under our trustworthy Lomabardo

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HJwN1K_ukPc

Dont know status -- last I read it was open active investigation

Trust LVMPD.

There was one i read about a while back where a couple of Lomardos employees were raping a couple of ladies .

Then there was another one wherein those two cops plead guilty

Bringing forward a paragraph from #299 as it relates to yours as well.

He creeped me out right from the beginning ~

I'm guessing that the time of death discrepancy in the autopsy report is due to when the coroner pronounced him. Just like when a missing person is found, their date of death is the day they were found even if they know the day they were murdered. I'm guessing Midnight is when he was pronounced officially dead.

I agree. We have discussed time of death so much on websleuths that it is common knowledge it isn't actually the time of death.
