I don't even think I would call it damage control: it reminds me of being in the grocery store with my daughter when she really needs a nap. I really have to shop for groceries, at least a few things , but she is whiny, tired, and I am stressed. She is screaming for toys, candy, Santa, and the Christmas Tree... I will do almost anything to placate her, almost... So I give in, and buy her some grapes and bananas, not enough to spoil her appetite, just enough to quiet her down so I can go back to being invisible in the store, finish my shopping, and get home... I believe the correct word is Appease, to the general public, our dear Sheriff is truly a basket case ... Those TEARS , when he mentioned his deputy that wanted to come back to work... I almost would have thought the gentleman had brain damage, if he had not went into so much detail about his wounds ... Ha,ha,ha...
I am not appeased, rather appalled!
Never, have i seen a publix servant with such thin skin!
Police officers are used to public, private, and internal scrutiny! It goes with the job, and they are more than aware and trained, to take it with a grain of salt, because it demeans their focus. I respect all of you and I will always thank you for your input, opinions , and points of view...
However, I feel like someone has pooped on the world, and is expecting everyone to pick up spoons and call it chocolate...
