Was it said somewhere he had OCD, paranoia and anxiety?
I thought results weren't back yet. Are these profiles of SP from online chatter and people who knew him?
Other then a prescription? I know people who are prescribed meds and take as needed or dont even bother.

This may be the source, reliable or otherwise.

"She described the triggerman as “paranoid” and “obsessive,” often ranting for hours that the terror attacks on 9/11 were an inside job done at the behest of the U.S. government."

Agree, and I cannot understand why any msm journalist would not pick it apart...

IMO too much news competition

If anyone asks a guest a tough question they just wont come back on

you youngins should have seen how news was done years ago!

Reporters confronted the heck of people !

I would imagine that’s probably one of the easier things to prove in this case. They either exist or they don’t. If they exist there will be receipts, electrical wiring, oh and cameras, whether they’re hidden or not.

-Agree totally in theory and it is definitely logical. The problem is due to ‘all of powers’ at play here and who stands to make the most, we may never see that info. The existing surveillance company may look the other way if they will be awarded with the massive contract for new security upgrades. This is purely my speculation based on this appearing as a high stakes shake up going on. The cover up stuff. Im personally holding out for Under Oath testimony and exhibitions for proof on just about all of this wild case.

What proof do we have he was wealthy?
Just his brother's word IIRC and the $100k to MLD?
Remember what I said before... Create the narrative others will believe it.
Everyone thinks he's loaded.... But apparently no employment? MOO

If the court subpoenas records and documents from a security company or the company who installed the cameras at MB, I don’t think it will be so easy for them to turn a blind eye. Especially in the civil cases.

All they have to say is the video cameras are strictly surveillance and don't record... That is a very common thing.

Yes but if records are subpoenaed, and that was a lie, it’d be discovered. My point is I think the security camera debate is going to be the easiest thing to come to a concrete conclusion about. A civil lawsuit will uncover the truth IMO.

-I don’t believe we can believe anything yet about any cameras-SG cameras-surveillance-body cams-elevators. Until and if we see it in the form of an exhibit there is nothing to rely on. In my opinion I’m counting on there being ample footage surrounding the truth. As in, I believe the MGM is completely covered in camera surveillance. Its critical for them and the likes for many reasons. The reason for their non committal and loose surveillance terminology that we are witnessing is for their selective *Case by Case* review. Like:

‘Mr. Smith reportedly tripped over the housekeeping cart when returning to his room and broke his leg” versus “Mr. Smith and his brother reportedly were having a heated argument in the hallway that turned physical. He is said to have suffered broken limbs.

Can you see the difference in these 2 illustrations?

At the *point of time* and need is when they decide if they ‘have’ surveillance and what type. And they choose from the many different options available to best fit THEIR advantage at that *point in time*

‘We have cams on these 10 floors spanning most of the hallway distance.
On the floors that are in this area, our cams are movement calibrated.
The top 5 floors have rotating surveillance.
The bottom floors have blurred cams for high roller privacy’

Take a look at surveillance sites for the many different options.

Oh my goodness ! I have been listening watching to documentary on LV

Security

ha

there security is unreal we have to remember there are billions (yes) of bucks on the properties

there are floors below the casinos with all kinds of stuff

They employ lots of retired govt folks to manage their security

In the documentaires [[Every month all the casinos and DHS FBI etc etc meet to discuss security issues . I forgot the name of them but Isreals (like our version of the CIA) comes in every month!!

There is humm humm lots of interactions with the govt and casinos its big money !!

follow the money!!

[FONT=&amp]Davis said he had attended a few monthly security meetings in the past. The meetings are about discussing challenges and networking more than they are about coordinating policy, he said.

I know there are people that think the fact checking sites are a conspiracy but for those that still cling to provable facts:

Is the Mandalay Bay Security Guard 'Missing'?
Police told us that despite widespread rumors and speculation, Jesus Campos is not missing
.
As we have reported, there is no evidence Campos was involved in the shooting other than being victimized when he, along with hundreds of others, was wounded in the attack. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the law enforcement agency leading the investigation, has repeatedly said that Paddock was the only shooter that night. Nevertheless, various disreputable web sites have already been busily spreading misinformation that Campos was implicated as a second gunman, and that authorities had arrested him as such. Both claims are completely untrue and have been roundly debunked. Conspiracy theories were kicked up anew on 12 October 2017, when the 24-year-old Campos abruptly cancelled media interviews, including a scheduled appearance on Sean Hannity’s popular Fox News show. According to his union, Campos went to a walk-in medical clinic that night instead. No other explanation for the cancelled appearances has been offered.

Although many may find it unsurprising that a person who narrowly escaped mass murder days earlier would want to lay low, the cancelled appearances caused a cascade of meltdowns among the conspiracy-minded and attention-seeking. For example, in all-capital letters, Ann Coulter tweeted, “MANDALAY BAY SECURITY GUARD, JESUS CAMPOS, NOW MISSING AFTER SCHEDULING 5 MEDIA INTERVIEWS.” Self-deputized “investigative journalist” Laura Loomer declared, “If #JesusCampos is truly a hero, why would he cancel his interview with @seanhannity ? That’s like ripping up a winning lotery [sic] ticket!”

LVMPD officer Larry Hadfield told us that Campos is not missing, and reiterated that Paddock had no accomplices when he rained bullets down on the Route 91 Harvest Festival. Hadfield told us, flat-out:
Campos is not missing. He’s not under arrest. We tell people what we know. If they don’t believe it but they’re going to believe whatever web site, then I don’t know what else to tell you.
In my rational mind [the fact he has security] makes sense because these people, the hoaxers especially, will go out of their way to take this offline. These people will show up and they will harass the victims.
He definitely needs some kind of protection because they will go to great lengths to prove in their paranoid minds what they think is right. They are scary individuals.
It's a lot just to have the courage to speak publicly once and deal with the exposure in the media and post-traumatic stress they’re suffering from. It’s reliving the tragedy.
It would be very reasonable to expect that Mr. Campos has either been directed by his medical care providers or his family or from his own sense of balance to withdraw from public appearances at this point. I think we owe him the opportunity to get a couple of weeks behind him that will enable him to gather his strength and his emotional focus to be able to deal with these things. In our opinion, he’s a hero.

-It happens all the time in BIG cases laced with cover ups. We live in a world of hacking, and surveillance is a snap to ‘adjust’ in relation. Again, it all depends on
the winning money man.

Someone made a fake website with a fake article saying he was the killer. Maybe he has PTSD. Maybe there are people threatening him, we don’t know that. Maybe he has security because of whack jobs like the reporter LL who showed up at his house.

ETA - it seems like a broken record, explaining why it’s not so outrageous for him to have security.

But he has been watched from the beginning .

The very beginning

If you go back to the first thread you will the links and discussion about noone knowing much about him or where he was or if he had been interviewed.

From the beginning even after being hailed as hero

the beginning part IMO is telling

someone or something knew that whatever happened and for why would become promatic

From the get go all strange

What proof do we have he was wealthy?

I guess wealthy is subjective. In my little world, someone able to spend $10K-$1M at any time in a casino has money. Beyond my bank account!

His multi million dollars in real estate holdings and sales are in the public record.
The RE agent that sold him his two Nevada homes, both in the $400,000 range, said he paid cash. She has no reason to lie about something easily proven.
He made $5-$6 million in profit from the sale of his Dallas property in 2014, valued at over $8 million in 2004.
There is real evidence of his wealth, a paper trail.

Las Vegas shooter used real estate investments to fund gambling, guns

After touring the 111-unit apartment complex in Mesquite, Texas with the brokers, Paddock bought it for $8.4 million, partly with the proceeds from selling some smaller properties in Los Angeles. When he sold Central Park Apartments a decade later, he had likely made $5 million to $6 million in profits, according to financial records reviewed by Reuters.
“He was kind of a scruffy dude,” said Jim Hearn, a broker who recalled showing Paddock around the complex of small, middle-class apartments in early 2004. “Didn’t look like he had two nickels to rub together, but he had a few million bucks in an exchange account, which was clearly real, and he did his due diligence and closed the deal.”
That purchase appeared to be among Paddock’s most profitable investments, which included numerous smaller real estate deals in the Los Angeles area.
The rent from the 111 apartments in the complex gave him more than $500,000 in net income after expenses in 2011, for example, a sales brochure prepared for potential buyers showed.

Why does a lone gunman need multiple cell phones?
I know people who carry second batteries, spare chargers etc
The only people I've heard of that carry lots of phones are people who need "burner" phones. Moo

Sent from my SM-T320 using Tapatalk

One possible explanation is to ensure he had coverage in the areas he traveled. I'm assuming out in that area there may be dead spots for certain carriers that other carriers cover. So it would be smart to have phones to cover all areas if you've got the money to do it.

Dear Cariis,

I firmly believe that if this horrid shooting had happened anywhere other than Las Vegas then the investigation would be drastically different and far more transparent. In my opinion, this city is run like a powerful business, unlike other cities.

The money and power in Las Vegas control any narrative.

Whilst Las Vegas promotes "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" there is a corresponding but opposite message about "surveillance everywhere".

Las Vegas has been successful, up to now, in promoting its safety (surveillance everywhere) as well as the opposing message of a vacation spot where "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas".

Although these two messages are opposite, (no one sees and everyone sees - what you do) they have worked together to create effective marketing for Las Vegas.

In the 2007 NYT article (below),

"The Strip is famous for its video surveillance of nearly every public inch of casino-resorts, scrutiny to which Mr. Young points as a deterrent “for any criminal who does not wish to be caught.”

juxtaposed with:

“It’s a vacation place,” Mr. McGoey said. “People don’t want to be walking around with passports or going through metal detectors or screenings. It’s always going to be a relatively soft target.”

In other words, the message from Vegas is that it is "safe" to do what you like as well as "you are being watched"

This is only my opinion.
