I wonder if that was a reference to the person in the car that has been identified this evening, and if that is still a thought.

I'm not sure if those are LE's thoughts, or mostly his and the family's. At least on the surface, she does not seem to be a highly likely target for sex trafficking, as she has a home and loving family, and a job, where anyone who knew anything about her, had to know she would immediately be looked for.
