Just after 11 p.m. ET, NYPD Special Operations tweeted that they were investigating a possible secondary device on 27th St. Preliminary indications from a senior official were that a pressure cooker was found sitting out in the open.

THe CBS outlet says they got it out of a suv, they did not say anything about pressure cooker but it could be that was what was in the bad in the suv (my conjecture !) Trying to put the two reports together!!

I was reading on NYC Fire Wire facebook post for commentors not to post any post of where they are staging, due to the fact that it may be a lure to get all first responders and then detonate another explosive.
