I agree. If he rats out the "insiders," the remaining insiders will never ever have any regard for him. He's screwed because the prison officials will come down on him for various reasons. Turning on those inside will be just one of many of those reasons. They are his keepers and he has crossed them all; he bit the hands that fed him and humiliated them and got them in deep trouble. I don't see what the DA can possibly do for him if he cooperates. Plus, who would trust him to tell the truth?

I hope he's quickly transferred to a PRISON hospital so his punishments can resume.

There's no doubt Sweat will live out the rest of his dayz in Solitary..Certainly NOT at Clinton Fauz Max Security Prison ( what a laughable term, eh?)...

The prison described during Boston Bomber for Life described just how that w ould work..Absolutely NO interactions..including their hour of outside exposure ( LOL done in an singular enclosure) nobody else...Move his Butt elsewhere..

This could very well be the answer really...He can squeal all the way without any repercussions from fellow inmates nor Correctional Officer's who HELPED his sorry Butt!

Not knowing who Israel Keyes was, I did a quick wiki search. Found some remarkable similarities to Sweat (except that I don't think Sweat was a serial killer): methodical, intelligent, planned his crimes in great detail, long ahead of time, meticulous.

Wonder if Sweat had some sort of hero worship for Keyes? And had figured out that his cabin was near the prison?

I looked up the status of the cabin at 511 Poplar Street. Apparently, the last purchase date was in 1997, which when I believe Keyes bought it. Not sure who owns it now -- a family member? Or, is it just sitting there waiting for the county to claim it for unpaid taxes? He'd been paying taxes on it until his suicide in 2012. An Amish family lived there very briefly, perhaps a month, while he was still alive. Richard Matt was a serial killer as defined by the FBI in a 2006 symposium, not sure about David Sweat, but likely, imo. Guess, prison is an institution of higher learning for violent felon inmates, especially the convicted murders/lifers w/o parole.. Both Matt and Sweat were very cagey psychopaths, imo. Psychopaths are very creative, manipulative, deflective, and calculating..

The 1980s serial killer/sexual predator Robert Parker would spread cayenne pepper throughout his victim's apartment after raping & murdering them to render the k9 searches ineffective.

Serial Killer/sexual predator Brandon Scott Laverne spread cayenne pepper on LA victim Mickey Shunick's shallow grave to hinder or prevent K9 detection.
