I wonder if she will be called to testify at his trial?

The restraint is noted and appreciated.

Sounds like if the family has any say, there WILL be a trial and no plea deal. Does NY ever televise their trials because because I'd sign up for PPV to watch it.

Oh lord have mercy!!! Can you imagine the poop storm this trial will be??? The poor Vetrano family..I would totally PPV too..

Of course his family is in total denial. What family wouldn't be?

I'm sure PV would like to "unsee" his daughter beaten and brutally murdered.

Tragic for both families, for sure.

CL's family will have the opportunity to visit him.

The Vetrano family does not have that luxury and will live with a gaping hole where their heart once was.

I had not see that.. see now this changes everything!!..yes that is too coincidental that he went to the hospital with all of that the next day?. Now reading more of the things that are being uncovered it really is looking like this is the guy..Also looking at his arrest photos, which I have a lot. He makes me think of the bewildered confused almost smiling to the cameras photos that were taken of the Son of Sam, another guy that had this slow not right look to him.. which brings me to my initial thought.. Karina may not have been his first person.. Its just the person whos family just did not give up.

Chanel had bad scratches all over his arms and face and an injury to his hand. Did the cops do that to him in order to frame him, on the day of the crime?

Omg i just literally burst out laughing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

he was walking around howard beach with a crowbar. Looking in parked car windows. Going into backyards. I dont think the residents care what color shirt he wore.

"One of my lieutenants who works in my office lives there, lives in the community and came to remember a stop," Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce said Monday. "He followed up on a memory of his when someone was stopped for suspicious behavior in that community."

Police believe an attacker tore at the victim’s clothes during the killing, with the jogger suffering scratches on the lower part of her body and scrapes on both legs. Police sources said there was bruising to her buttocks and the backs of her upper thighs. There were signs of vaginal and anal trauma, the sources said. Her panties were pulled down below her buttocks, the sources said.

Did CL claim he was mugged twice?? If so, I wonder if he was taken to the hospital Twice with unexplained cuts and bruising??.. It would be interesting to know the date of the other time he claimed he was mugged to see if it coincides with another woman killed..

If this guy claims that he was mugged twice, I wonder who else he attacked, if anyone.

Can you imagine...her parents see this. Read this. They know what was done to their daughter. I just can't help but get choked up reading that.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but, I believe I read that he said he was mugged again in October.

I think the physical evidence is solid against the perp, but I do anticipate the defense fighting how the DNA was collected. I hope all the evidence collected will be deemed admissible in court.

jmo

NYC won't be a fun place to be if they don't let the DNA evidence in. People will go nuts

wow....

my random thoughts/ramblings/opinions only....

2 fathers....2 children

Father A works in education and takes pride being knowledgeable....only to have his own son be born mentally unstable/handicapped.....whether he admits it or not....he is deeply ashamed of his son as he ( his own son )represents everything he despises

Father B works as a firefighter ( justice/hero worship/narcissism/control ) He is proud of his perfect popular daughter ...who represents everything he loves

hmmmm.....this is every parents worse nightmare .....you don't have control of anything

Autosomal genetic disorders

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autosome

Partial aneuploidy can also occur as a result of unbalanced translocations during meiosis.[11] Deletions of part of a chromosome cause partial monosomies, while duplications can cause partial trisomies. If the duplication or deletion is large enough, it can be discovered by analyzing a karyogram of the individual. Autosomal translocations can be responsible for a number of diseases, ranging from cancer to schizophrenia.[12][13] Unlike single gene disorders, diseases caused by aneuploidy are the result of improper gene dosage, not nonfunctional gene product.[14]
