I believe if they ever identify this victim it will be discovered that he is a gay man.

It could be very possible that another serial killer (aka the suitcase stuffer) was getting jealous that the Gilgo/Manorville SK has been getting all of the attention so the suitcase stuffer struck again! Here is info on his possible two other recent victims;

The woman discovered on Newbridge Road was in a suitcase, so was the woman who washed up in Mamaroneck.

I agree that SG probably wasn't killed by the same person who dumped the bodies on the parkway. It just seems incredibly unlikely that she ended up just randomly bumping into the LISK and getting murdered. Further, the LISK likely isn't JB because he'd be smarter than to kill a woman who had been brought to him by a driver, who would be a witness to her whereabouts.

Somebody here (I don't recall who) said that the last thing heard on the 911 call was SG saying something to her driver as she got dragged into a vehicle. IF that turns out to be true, then the driver and the pimp have to be looked at in that case.

My hunch is that her driver killed her while trying to calm her down without really meaning to.

As for all the bodies being related. Seems to make sense, I guess. But why did the killer change his M.O. from dismemberment to dumping bodies in burlap bags? Wish we knew what it is that Dormer thinks ties them all together.

I also wished to thank you for posting the screen shots. There is definately some resemblence between the composite and CPH, IMO.

I am glad that LE comfirmed that most likely one killer is responsible for the bodies found. I couldn't jump on the 'more than one killer' bandwagon as it seems unlikely to me that two SK's chose the same area to dump bodies.

This means that the killers MO did/does change....so this leads me back to being curious about this guy who abducted the woman at the bus stop. I wonder why he let her go?

Changing MO has been in the back of my mind lately because it would be risky to utilize CL to procure victims at this time. This person will not stop killing, he will just adapt new methods.

yes, well the real SK is likely looking for thrills but is too smart to kill right now. he fears he is being watched, that his vehicle is possibly bugged, so he is likely looking for his thrill without committing a murder or a crime. I think that what occurred last week is interesting in that the act the person committed last week is in the gray area of crime. asking someone to get in your car is not a crime, if she "happened" to see the gun on his hip as he would put it, well it may be a legal firearm. so was a crime even committed?

We don't have enough info to know what happened with that "abduction".
But I am open to the possibility that it was indeed our wanna-be cop in a rental car. The distinguishing charactersitcs in the description certainly fit. I wonder if the victim has been shown a pic of CPH? Probably not. That act falls under Nassau County jurisdiction. I don't believe the SCPD ever knew about CPH's history of gross negligence against minors in nassau supreme court while they were looking at him and that is pathetic.

Thanks for that. Well, it could be a different sk but either way, they want attention! Crazy to think that one sk is competing with another sk. But they don't think like "normal" people.

I recall reading about Ed Kemper's answer to a psychologist who questioned: "When you are walking down the street and you see a pretty lady, what goes through your mind?"

Kemper replied, "When I walk down the street and I see a pretty lady, part of me wants to cross the street and ask her for her name, you know...date her. But then there is another part of me that wonders what her head would look like on a stick."


I said all of that to say that we can't think "normal" as we sleuth because those folks don't have "normal" thoughts.

Atlantic City. On adapting to new methods, I would think he can no longer prey on escorts in the ny region as there is a good chance many of them would recognize him from this pertinent case. Movies...there may be a theatrical component...but Mickey Mouse is not an Icon of Broadway....Mickey Mouse is a movie star.

if you look at google maps - it's just about a 17 min straight shot up from Manhattan.

I think the sk definitely lives in Manhattan (and owns property at Oak Beach)

And, I'm wondering where he disposed of the head, hands, legs of this victim.

I now firmly believe the things my inside source has been telling me about this investigation:

the homicide squad has absolutely no clue who the LISK is.

the squad does not believe CPH is the LISK.

the current SCPD detectives aren't very good, and aren't as good as they have been historically.


Since the start of this case, unbiased rigorous analysis has concluded for me that one SK is responsible. The same analysis draws me to the conclusion that SG is related to this case, and that CPH is the LISK.

I just saw the update on the news, and I'm really irritated with the SCPD.

1) No (blip) Sherlock, it was one killer! Okay, strange things happen in this world, but really...what is the likelihood that several SK's are going to be operating and dumping bodies in the same place? It's not impossible, but not likely. I wonder - do they just say these things to throw people off for awhile while they investigate? Because I always thought that was downright stupid.

2) Bull_ that SG's disappearance is not connected. I say BS! (sorry for my choice of words in this post! I'm just really angry about all this!) I have to wonder again - do they really think this, or are they trying to throw people off for awhile? It is just WAY TOO COINCIDENTAL. And I'm sorry, I don't believe that coincidences of that magnitude happen very often, if at all.

Dormer says (with regard to SG's disappearance and his belief that it is not connected to the SK) "the MO is completely different, the scenario is completely different." Well, of course it would be different if there was no original intention of killing SG! The only thing that the "different MO" and "different scenario" might eliminate is the possibility that she was targeted from the beginning as a victim, that she was brought there with the intention of victimizing her. Is it not highly possible that the SK didn't intend for her to be a victim, but something happened while she was there that "necessitated" a change in plan e.g perhaps she saw or discovered something that made her flip out, and that her flip-out "necessitated" silencing her? How can they talk about MO and scenarios being "different" when what went down that night was obviously not planned, and was so bizarre?

It feels like they have no idea what they are doing. Can't they bring someone else in to work on this case, someone with some brains? I'm glad it's at least back in the news, but they HAVE to get this guy and resolve this, and I'm getting fed up. And I want them to find out what happened to poor Shannen once and for all. Maybe they are afraid of liability, after hanging her out to dry that night and thereafter.
