Interesting the AC victims were left in a row as where the LI victims. Aslo sets of four.

I got a distance of 118 miles between locations. I think it is very odd that the tiny little bit we know matches up with the other case. Near water/ 4 bodies/ lined in a row.

Is there a motel anywhere close?

Also the bodies were found 4 years ago on November 20, 2006

There is the Gateway Inn, located at 1780 Sunrise Highway, Merrick, NY. It is right off the Meadowbrook Parkway. Its approx 15 miles away from where the bodies were found. You can make this in 15 minutes at night.

There is also the Econo Lodge, 429 Duffy Ave, Hicksville, NY. It is right off the Wantagh State Parkway, Its approx 18 miles away from where the bodies were found. Would take 20 minutes.
(I would never stay in these Hotels)

Just throwing this out there. Just a few miles from where the bodies were found there is a place where you can anchor your boat. Its called Zachs Bay. Its located on the bay side. Its right by the Jones Beach Theatre.

The most recent victims were wrapped in burlap according to yesterdays reports. Them all being in a line was enough to convince me. The area they were found in is alot like the location of the new jersey victims.

The Alanta victims were laid out with their bodies in the same direction with no shoes. The latest were placed in burlap bags (maybe even dismembered in some way) and thrown into the brush. They were in a line because they were thrown along the road. Maybe the killer changed his method of disposing of the bodies, but my guess is different killers.

Found it. I guess its Lancer Jim. Strange on mine, Jims name has a 4 digit number over it.

On mine it is just JIM. Odd.

The other murder of the two woman were ruled out as being the same killer as the AC 4.

They did not fit the profile of the victims except that they were hookers.

The jennings murders are different too but I cant explain how that case has a forum here.
I am guessing JIM is a free lance writer who knows a little but not alot.

I met a girl who had worked for the casino's arround the time of the AC murders and there were rumors that the locals were saying had to do with a casino's employee ,and one girl had been a cook when she was a waitress.She said lots of girls get beat up. I worked with her over XMAS of 08 in Virginia but she knew alot about the case and wasnt the follow the news reports type of person. She was giving me first hand accounts of her employment and co workers and she was a recovering drug addict. She did not reveal much no names or etc.. I came home and checked what she said and she was correct except I have never seen where a casnio employee was a suspect. She ended up leaving after a few weeks and that was that.

So AMW is talking about body posing, etc now. Hmmmm, that makes you wonder. I think it's pretty safe to assume that these poor ladies weren't deprived of their lives right here, one by one on the side of this road, so what happened?

I'd have to think he's pretty darned familiar with this area and knows traffic patterns, etc, in order to feel comfortable not only dumping, but potentially posing bodies as well? And he went back to that spot, within a few hundred feet, at least four times? Wow, he's a cocky one, isn't he? Comfort Zone anyone?

I gotta wonder if Atlantic City is home for him and this is his vacation spot, or vice versa. He seems to know both area's awfully well. Ditches? Who knows the ditches in any particular area? Someone who's looked at them every single day.

GILGO BEACH, N.Y. -- The mother of a Maine woman who worked as a Craigslist escort and went missing from a hotel on Long Island says police have told her daughter might be one of four bodies found dumped along a beach.

Twenty-two-year-old Megan Waterman, of Scarborough, Maine, was last seen in June in Hauppage, where she went with her boyfriend.

Waterman's mother, Lorraine Ela, told The Associated Press that a Scarborough detective told her he was "leaning toward one of the four victims being Megan, but he's not 100 percent guaranteed."

I didn't see where he posted that victims were all found with out shoes and socks. The bodies were found face down with their faces pointed toward AC.
The were all strangled and were clothes. The area behind the motel was
poplar for crabbing. Sound like they were pose.

Is there a Websleuths thread on Megan Waterman? I'm curious to know how she was separated from her boyfriend on this trip. Was it a vacation for them or was she working as a prostitute while they were there together? I haven't had a chance to look for old news reports on Waterman, but I'm wondering what the boyfriend said at the time she went missing.

I'm just trying to think about how the killer would have found his victims (I'm assuming it is a "he" based on SK statistics). Prostitutes advertising on Craigslist seems like the easiest target, but this is a big vacation destination as well and I'm wondering if he could have lured his victims in another way.

The bodies were not that well hidden. I mean, right where I`m standing right here, Nancy, the trees are a lot taller, but the area a little bit further down where the bodies were found, it was short brush. So this is where he found the skeletonized remains, that first day on Saturday.
