Adjourned/Remanded again (big surprise) and still just two murder charges. Next appearance is set for May 13th.

Here is a copy of Mortgage and Deed From Island One to John Bittrolff, granting him part ownership of Parkway International

Condominiums Apartment # H-204 at 6200 Safari Trail, Kissimmee Florida in Osceola County.

Noticed that Mortgage was signed less than 2 weeks before Colleen McNamee's body was found; just an observation.

I think the drugs are a way he could connect with them. I also think he saw many of them before he killed them - so technically they thought they "knew" him... His supporters say "It can't be him" because he's so nice - always helps out the neighbors, etc. He is probably charming, charismatic, helpful - could have been the unofficial Mayor of Manorville.
Then there's the "Vision Ministries" thing him and his wife were supposedly involved in...that could have been a way to talk to them about rehab maybe. Still not sure what VM ever did but it appears to be a company under the umbrella of his construction business.

What would make her more comfortable than a neighbor? I mean, if the SK said "Hey, I see you're from West Babylon, so am I....Yeah, small world, I live like 1 minute from that gas station, I get my coffee there every morning, oh, you too? etc etc etc." Wouldn't that make a third-party listening to the conversation (Dave Schaller) say something like:

"It's unclear why, but "something made her trust him," recalled Schaller, who said his cellphone was used for the conversation and that he overheard parts of it. "It was like she knew him.""

I grew up on Long Island and just today spoke with someone who grew up 2 towns away from me. It was like we were best friends all of a sudden, talking about what high schools we went to and all kinds of other local stuff, all in the space of about 5 minutes. I know Amber didn't grow up there, but I highly doubt that the SK was able to elicit this response from her any other way (like "Hey, I'm a rich famous person and need secrecy, etc.). Amber never would have bought that BS.

John Bittrolff was 14 yrs old or younger when his parents were separated.

I'm assuming this because, in 1980 they were living at separate addresses.

On an earlier post, I revealed that one of JB's relatives lived one street over from Amber Costello; on Chelsea Ave.

Researching further, I find that this relative and JB's father moved into this house at 3xx Chelsea Ave together in July of 1980.

Johns father later moved on, but the relative stayed and was living there in 2010.

Assuming John had a decent relationship with his dad and this relative, this neighborhood could have been part of his stomping grounds for many years.

Is it a coincidence that Amber lived about 2,680 feet from one of JB's close relatives in 2010 and his dad lived at the same address with this relative for a period of time?

Is it also a coincidence that (according to reports) Amber was killed by a serial killer and John Bittrolff is just a frogs hair from being classified as a serial killer?

IMO he became aware of Amber thru UtopiaGuide and when he realized where she lived and that she fit his profile as a victim; he couldn't resist.

Ive found 8 addresses for John's dad in 3 states.

In August of 1993 he was living in Mastic Beach NY and then suddenly 4 months later in December of 1993 he moved to Amityville, NY.

Curiously, this is just after Rita Tangredi's body was found. Did he know something, or is it a coincidence?

Next appearance in early June. July will mark a year since his arrest.

Just popping in to see if there is any news... can't believe no one has been caught yet.

Read a few recent posts and noticed someone mention about a relative of Bittrolff living close by at some point in time to one of the victims....not sure if it's the same relative...but this relative had an aerial picture of ocean pkwy (above the area where Shannan and other bodies were found on his facebook taken from a sea plane. He removed just that picture from his facebook in the week or two after John was arrested - which I found curious. He didn't delete any other photo's apart from that one. 9I wish to god I had screen shot the pic at the time) There is still one picture of the sea plane in his photo's where it is on the water. What it means...possibly nothing...but again why did he remove those pictures and what was his special interest in taking that picture.

Think I double posted??... opps... still original post I stand by...I think your somewhat right... also curious to see if Bittrolff is connected to any of these main players....to have inside info of the girls??... curious why his brother was taking a picture from a seaplane of the exact location where the bodies were found....only to delete that one photo from his facebook soon after his brother was arrested. Maybe one of you guys could report that to local authorities (I am from Australia)....as I definitely think that is weird...I am very happy to confirm what I saw and what I also witnessed as being removed from his brothers account....

I think the DAs office wants DNA or a confession before an arrest is made. Case in point? Bittrolff. Hes charged with killing two women. They know hes responsible for killing three women. Does anyone know the status of his case?

I believe I last read that it was being postponed until June something... I think it was on the thread about him here, with news links. However, now it's June, haha, so hopefully his case will move forward as well.

Something that always struck me odd was the timing of the arrest of Bittrolff...... it came only a few days shy of the arrest of Leah Cuevas. We had our own "Pickle Chris" reporting that soon after the torso was found in the parking lot not far from the Fire Island Ferry site that LE was all over Gilgo.....so obviously they considered a possible connection at the time....Then we have John (Ironic) arrested a few days before Leah....but there is big fanfare to say it's not considered linked to LISK and relatives have been informed... is there a possibility that John had always been their main POI and they had been keeping tabs on him and they shat themselves thinking they stuffed up somehow and he had got away with another murder...so that's why they arrested him on the two murders they felt they could reasonably convict him on...seriously didn't anybody else find it odd that LE made a big deal saying they had contacted the relatives of the Gilgo girls relatives to let them know it wasn't connected a little odd.

I also think LE has probably excluded JB from the other victims based on DNA, but I wonder if he is possibly connected to the victim found in 1996 but they have no DNA to prove it.
