Dern his time! We had just gotten everything on a time line and figured out what he meant from the first few interviews. NOW WE HAVE TO START OVER!

I wonder if NG is going to ask him if he killed Katelyn.........maybe he'll change that answer too!

The LD test thing is one for-sure lie, he either took it or he didn't, one of his two answers is a lie. I do NOT believe one can simply make a mistake about that particular issue.

Also, I see people on Facebook saying the phone and battery are actually hers and the police have them as evidence? Did anyone else catch that on NG?

Many pages ago, I said I would eat my husband's grimy ballcap if JC is innocent....even marinated it and everything, ready to go...but don't think I'll need to worry about it. I can't explain away his appearance tonight or connect anything he said with a the chance of a neighbor coming in and grabbing her...
Can anyone else explain the lie detector business, in particular???

He did say he asked to leave and did leave work early. He did say that he took a lie detector test before also on the second day of her missing.

I think the phone, etc. are absolutely her belongings, it never made sense that they weren't...oh dear...
 
Well, I said I'd fall out of my chair if he had anything to do with her going missing, glad I have carpet under my chair, things are looking really hinky with him.

Ok, now here's another thing.

I thought the phone was hers and they knew it was hers all along.
 
On the Bring Katelyn Home page, they are saying he took a "voice recognition" test, and that he passed, not an LD test. Maybe he thought it was the same thing and the police told him it wasn't OR when the police said they did not give him the ld test he asked what they did give him or he's just making something else up.
 
I do NOT believe he has not been asked to take a LD...whether or not he has taken one, I have no idea...

I have tried to give this guy the benefit of the doubt til now, despite my cynical brain and my tendency to go with stats until proven otherwise...but geez...he really blew it tonight, I believe. I hope LE was watching...
