The press on nails, the metal bracelet, and the clothing all look like things people wore when I was in high school during the mid-2000's.

I'm not sure if this was mentioned, but if I'm like other women, we don't typically match bra and underwear (especially fancy ones like that) unless we were expecting them to be seen. This is just my own opinion and may have nothing to do with the person found but I thought I'd share my own personal experiences as I think it may make an important point!

I was thinking it might be chosen to go under that dress. Black or white underwear would show through, which is a look some women don't like.

Don't know if this helps with a timetable.....

http://www.fundinguniverse.com/company-histories/jalate-inc-history/

Early in 1995, the company began replacing its "Lajate" brand of sportswear and "Zanoni" brand of dresses with the "Jalate" name. Products began to be manufactured by the company itself in a new 90,000-square-foot cutting and sewing facility, bringing in-house products that, for the most part, had been manufactured in independent cutting and sewing contractors in the Los Angeles area, lowering the company's total operating expenses.

This narrows our time frame by 20 years.

Looks like they're running everyone from Ohio, so if it's one of the girls we've come up with here, we'll know about it soon. Maybe we should start looking at people from outside Ohio?

As of right now these are all the exclusions:

The following people have been ruled out as being this decedent:

Tonia Aldrich
Melissa Blevins
Tierra Bryant
Nikki Forrest
Jodi Huisentruit
Jade Humble
Madalene Neace
Kimberly Riley
Amanda Romine
Lisa Sexton
Kristy Thomas
Glenna White
Chatham Wilson

Since Kimberly Riley has been ruled out, I think the next most likely is Tammy Hill.

I would have bet money on Tonia Aldrich.

When I posted here previously about a potential serial killer who lived in Lodi, Ohio, a poster suggested I post my information and thoughts in his thread. I respectfully disagree with that suggestion at this time for two reasons. First, this thread is about an UNIDENTIFIED obviously missing person. In order to determine who she is since we have so little information right now about where she even came from, I think it is important to try to figure out how she got to where she did. Working from the angle of a potential abductor in that time period and working backward may lead to who she was. By working backward from the timeline of a possible serial killer in the area, someone may have seen this young lady with this guy. Someone may recall something. IMO it makes sense. Second, aren't we the ones who always complain that different LE jurisdictions don't communicate with each other and share information across lines? So, are we going to do the same thing, not cross lines (threads) in the interest of tidiness and order? At the expense of figuring out what happened to this poor girl and who she is? What sense does that make? We'd be doing the same thing that LE does. Tunnel vision. It's killed not only more than one case, but also more than one person.

So, with all due respect, to the poster who I have great respect for but also to the rest of you here, I am posting my thoughts here.

I'm attaching a map that I put together. In red, I have posted the base of operation of C. Below, who lived in Lodi, Ohio at the time, the suspected serial killer who was a truck driver. He is currently in prison for the death of one Fetzer who has never been found. When he left his apartment, LE found the poster of a missing person. His half-sister later came forward and said that he had a special box in which, among other special things, he kept about 4 or 5 other posters of missing females. The remains recently found in Huntington Township are marked in blue just west of his base of operations. The second blue mark to the west and south marks the place of the remains of Amy Mihaljevic, just 13 minutes from where the Lorain County remains were recently found, although that is Ashland County. North of there marked in yellow near Lake Erie is Bay Village from where Amy went missing in October, 1989. Her remains were found in February, 1990. C. Below worked as a truck driver in this area at the time, moving in 1990 from the KY border to Lodi, Ohio in order to be closer to his truck route. Which implies he was already driving in this area. The red mark just to the right of the center of Lodi is the TA truck stop that's been there for eons. It is at the center of SR 224, I76, and I71. Showers and all the services. To the east of there, you will see a yellow marking for Alliance, Ohio from which a girl named Kathryn Menendez went missing 8-25-1994. Her body was found within days at one of the blue marks north of Alliance. I'm not quite sure where in the Berlin Reservoir area she was found, so I marked two blue marks along those two major roads. However there was another girl whose body was also found there. East of there, you will see another yellow Mark just over the PA. border which marks Rochester, PA from which Sarah Boehm disappeared on July 14, 1994. Her body was not found in the Berlin Reservoir until November of 1994, a good three months after Menendez's body was found there a half mile away in the same reservoir area. She was not identified until six years after she was found.

If you follow the east - west route, it's not a far stretch, knowing Below was a truck driver, that he may have been involved the two blue spots to the west and/or the two found to the east of Lodi, Ohio. It is a straight east /west trajectory on 224. Also note that Avon Lake is a straight shot out of Lodi up Route 83 and is a 50 minute drive.

You will also see a light green marking and some purple markings on the map. These are in reference to another serial killer active in the area. There is a Wikipedia link for him below, but there is so much more about him out there on the web. Robert Buell. His activity was in the early 80s. However when you read further about him, including court documents, you will find that he had a much younger accomplice. Buell's base of operations was Akron, Ohio marked in purple. The other purple marks are the possible residence areas of his accomplice after that accomplice left the Akron area. Haven't reviewed that information lately so I don't have a date. However he was much younger than Buell and, if he continued what he was taught by Buell, could have been active in the 90s and who knows, maybe even in the last couple of decades. On the map, you will also see a light green Mark north of the purple marks and east of all the red and blue marks. That light green Mark is where a young lady named Phyllis Brewer disappeared from in 1981. I included her because of the proximity and trajectories on the map. She could have been a Buell/andor/accomplice victim, OR she could be FLEK. I don't really know where to go with that and that is definitely OT!

That's my two cents. And here are the map and link.

Kristen Anderson and Jacqueline Lombardi added to the rule out list.

I'm interested in this one due to proximity to Kentucky and the Highway geography that leads up Interstate 71. She is not on the rule-out list at this time.

Missing out of Butler County, August, 1988:

http://www.journal-news.com/news/ne...y-missing-persons-cases-continue-to-ha/nq6LY/

"Hamilton police continue to look for information that will lead them to Cynthia Louise Carmack, who was originally listed as a 16-year-old runaway in August 1988. She was last seen at a shopping center on the city’s west side."

Charley Project says last seen at a shopping center on June 26, 1987:

Doe Network says she was last seen on September 20, 2988 in Hamilton, Ohio:

Another article identifies her as 16 years old, 5'2"-5'3" and 125 pounds. Dental and DNA are available. This is also a good site for searching missing persons from southwestern, Ohio or the tri-state area. I myself haven't looked any farther at it.

No fingerprints and clothing unknown:

Missing from Batavia, Ohio. Details say last seen in the 1000 block of Parkamo Avenue in Hamilton, Ohio. I'm thinking she was from Batavia but was last seen in Hamilton.

I just happen to remember this missing person case about Jody Lynn Brant, a 16 year old girl from Georgia who went missing during the Memorial Day Holiday weekend in May 1994.

Jody Lynn Brant was traveling all by herself when she drove her Ford Escort on Interstate 75 from Georgia to Michigan during the Memorial Day Holiday weekend.

Jody Lynn Brant apparently got lost somewhere around the Toledo, Ohio area. Her burned out Ford Escort was found near Erie, Michigan.

Here are the following links for Jody Lynn Brant:

Bumping before this case gets colder than it is.

I am thinking that the top they found is not a dress, but a cami. That means that her bottoms are missing. Jeans, etc? Things get drug off by animals. Just wondering how far they went in searching the surrounding area.

All of my VS bras have the date of mfr on the tag. Is there a way to see a better resolution photo of the bra?

About Jalate brand of clothing:

Sold in major department stores such as Macy’s and specialty retailers like Delia’s, Wet Seal and Arden B, JALATE offers hot new styles for every season.

My thoughts: She has on matching bra and underwear from Victoria's Secret (usually mid $$). Jalate is sold at Macy's. The nails are acrylic. She seems to have taken good care of herself. This broach and watch are interesting though. They don't seem to suggest a youngish person.

I don't thinks it's a broach, I think it's a buckle (maybe from a belt).
