WOW i can't believe JW confessed. I cant believe they really did this. They would have gottne away with it if JW didn't testify. with all the issues with this case. I still don;t feel right saying they are guilty with out any doubt.
In my opinion, there is absolutely no way "they would have gotten away with this if jw didn't testify". The prosecutors had enough irrefutable evidence to secure an indictment against all of the W4 plus two others. One of those other two has pled guilty, and the charges against the other one were dropped--with the distinct possibility of those charges being refiled at a later date.

There was enough evidence to prevent all of the W4 from being released on bond, including a second request for bond for GW4. There are links in the media and timeline thread detailing all the evidence provided both before and after JW's confession, all of which point to the W4's guilt.

Do you have any links to back up your theory?

Edited to add:. In my honest opinion, I feel 100 percent comfortable saying the W4 are guilty without ANY doubt. JMO

I have been following the case almost 3 years and can back up with links and evidence my theories of guilt to help prove my point.

But it's not possible to present an organized defense that circumvents the evidence of their guilt, no way around that evidence and not possible to link to evidence of their innocence because there is none.
Even Jake's seasoned DP attorneys couldn't do it, and they would'a if they could' a.

Guilty as charged, 22 felonies, Jake 23, Justice for Rhodens and Gilleys and Manleys this is what matters most.

I don't expect to see anyone try to raise a plausible defense because again, there just isn't one. Easy to say they are guilty or may not be guilty but difficult to prove that point - for the defense that is. Prosecution proved
their point.

Checkmate prosecution takes down the king.

I sure hope we see the charges, and a few more brought against, the one they was dismissed against. My Opinion, she knew what was gone on, and help mislead the investigation. It a shame, we will not see her attorney, try to convince a Jury, how close to the cross she lives.

I am with you on this.
Maybe Jake will come thru with a few facts.

I don't think Jake would incriminate his grandma in any way. She is wealthy and could greatly contribute to his commissary account. She could influence who visits him like RW.

Just too risky to hurt the goose who lays the golden eggs because there is nothing in it for Jake. He gets nothing out of making her look bad. Informing on his immediate family got him something big time.

I think she is mortified at what has now transpired but there is still the chance that in future she or RW will do something for him.

At least accept his calls but right now no. (I think)

When the time comes we will be able to see his classification and what prison and what unit he's in. I predict Southern Ohio Correctional Facility - Maximum security prison located just outside Lucasville in Scioto County, Ohio. Only prison that is listed as 100% maximum. There are other prisons that house maximum security inmates.

Southern Ohio Correctional Facility

The prison is perhaps best known for its April 1993 riot, in which a total of 450 prisoners rioted, resulting in an 11-day standoff between rioters and law enforcement. One corrections officer and nine inmates were killed during the riot.[2] The riot has been described as one of the largest crises in Ohio prison history[3] and one of the longest prison sieges in U.S. history.[4]

You may get to see her attorney in a civil suit try to convince them. They did answer the civil suit, so unless its settled with her (doubtful) then eventually that will go to court. FW, RN, G4 are the only ones that answered the civil suit.

If Jake could shoot 5 people in the head/face, I think he could rat out FW.

Not the point. The point is he ratted out his family because it was in his best interests to do so = No DP.

If he rats out FW (if she knew anything) then that is not in his best interests to do
so = She or her daughter may one day take his calls or put money on his commissary account.

He committed murder for what he thought was in the best interests for his daughter = getting her away from certain guys

He did murder for what he thought was in his best interests = Getting full custody = Having his mom be the mother = Keeping her (his daughter) away from bonding with her mom's family = keeping her under the 100% control of the Wagner 4.

Jake looks out for his own best interests. Didn't care about putting his family in jeopardy when he "dragged" them into his diabolical evil plot.

I think it was both Angie and Jake who started the ball rolling, and Billy is opinionated and likely was involved in alot of the planning for the night of the homicides... 2 Cents

Jmo, since JW confessed and incriminated other members of the Wagner family/FWF, I would think the boat has already sailed on his getting anything from his extended family--especially his grandmother. MOO

Jake is going to be around for decades, FW won't be. I think Jake is playing the long game. RW will inherit and she might be more agreeable years down the road.

Whatever Jake does its for his own agenda.

I hope that person is charged and convicted of every wrongdoing she has committed in relation to these murders.

We could go back and forth on this all day long.

It is in Jakes best interests to tell the truth.

Yup. Good point thanks. ;)

I'll revise my opinion:

I give it a 50% chance he tells the truth because he feels it's in his best interests

Or

A 50% chance he feels it's in his best interests not to throw his extended family (FW RW) under the bus - so he doesn't tell what FW might know.

Doubt he would tell what RN and CN may know, which I think may be more than FW could even know. I believe RN would only tell what she had to once backed in the corner. I believe CN would only tell the truth about what was asked of him so he would not be charged with obstruction later. I do not believe CN or RN would volunteer extra information/ details if he they knew them.

MOO I think if JW has ratted out any other family members they would have been charged by now.
Good point, I can see why you would say that.
But, I don't think so because AC will not tip her hand publicly.
Also I don't think she would complicate things at this critical point in time.
There will be time to charge others later if necessary.
Especially the one close to the cross, as her original charges can be reinstated quickly by the Prosecutor if AC believes it is necessary.
Just MO.

Thanks. I forgot about Rita and CN.

Rita has already told what she knows I'm sure. I feel she was backed into that corner when her trial was like 1 or 2 business days away.

CN appears to have been honest with what he knows. Glock information, hair dye, and I believe that is just the tip of the iceberg.

I think CN would volunteer extra information but not so sure about Rita doing so, after all, she tried for a full year to protect Angela by lying her @#% off.

I doubt that either have told all they know. What would be their incentive to tell more than they are asked. CN probably told the truth to what was asked of him. RN (edit)
was backed into the corner about the documents so she had to come clean on those. Unless the state knew that she knew more stuff I do not see any incentive for her to volunteer any more information.

AW? Don't you mean RN?
