The defense asking about Hannah looking at the shooter and the bullet wound number one being consistent with looking at the shooter... ugh he is going off Jakes proffer saying Hanna Mae looked at him. I tell you what if a masked stranger with a gun entered my bedroom where I had a newborn and I looked to see him, you better believe I would have turned around quickly and covered my baby. I see what the defense is trying to do..

Also, the medical examiner saying the silencer could have changed the distance and then the defense pouncing on that as well. The defense really has no defense it seems. Just poke holes in Jakes version.

Bullets at Dana's consistent with the bullets found in victims at Frankie Rhoden's home. Inconsistent with the bullets, etc. found at Chris Sr's

So not JW at CRSR's as far as handguns as according to AC via Jw's proffer he went onto the back property while the two Gs moved the bodies to the bedroom. Two different caliber bullets killed CRSR and GR. CRSR took rifle and handgun shots. Did GR get hit by a rifle shot or just two different handguns?

People that would hoax a school shooting. I'll never understand the lack of empathy, for any parents, grandparents, husbands, wives hearing about it or LE first responders rushing towards danger to save. It enrages me

Even then, it was two years after the murders. Still might demonstrate their habits, inclincations if they tested positive for drugs. Probably not anything that could be used as evidence, though.

Parents went racing to the scene, police had the area blocked off, and it was chaotic.

Someone said that BH(Hatfield?) saw $400,000 in a bag in CRsr's possession. Do we know this is true? Is it testimony? If true, there might be $380,000 out there hidden. I don't think the WAG's got it. They would have made a bigger splash.

PIKE COUNTY TRIAL: Court has adjourned for the weekend. Interestingly, on redirect, Canepa asked if Hanna's injuries were consistent with her turning her head. Dr. Looman said yes. Jake is likely to testify Hanna turned and saw him before he shot.

I missed the response. How did AC respond?

I remember the sad story of the Clutter family murders in Kansas. IIRC, Perry Smith stated that when he went to Nancy Clutter's room, he shined the flashlight on her, she looked at him, then turned her head away as he shot her. If accurate, if Hanna was briefly awake, she may have been turning towards her infant in a protective movement. Didn't have time to do much else. JMO

Did he say he saw CR with that money right before the murders or just at some time in the past? He took the option to not be on camera or audio, so we don't know exactly what he said. If the Wagners had found that much money, they would have spent it to stay up in AK instead of coming back to be arrested. JMO

IMO his defense will be that he was not inside at the time of the shootings. That JW is a liar . That GW4 had entered the trailer while he, CRsr and GR walked to the barn. And that GW4 began shooting GRsr and GR after JW shot CRsr from outside. Again this is just MO.

IMO, there might be some things that could come up in Billy's plea deal that would not bode well for G4's trial defense.

We will not hear a peep from Billy or his lawyers until G4's trial is completely over.
