So are you saying that Jake lied when he said he killed Dana? Even if she was awake on her phone, she was lying in bed. What defense did she have against him? He sneaked into her bedroom at 3:32 AM and shot her in the head before she could react to anything. Think about it. It's 3:32 AM, dark in your house, you are not expecting someone to come sneaking in your bedroom with a gun. Then suddenly BAM! you are shot in the head twice before you know what hit you. Then he went back and fired 3 more shots into her head when he heard her making sounds. So yes Jake could have killed them all himself. In fact he plead guilty and admitted he killed Dana and Hannah and Chris JR and Frankie and Hazel. By himself.

Yes, I am saying that was a bold face lie. You know why? Because the coroner said she was shot twice in the BACK of the head while she was lying on her side. So what do you think happened? Jake walked in and Hannah looked at him and Jake gently whispered to her "Please, turn your head away so I don't have to look you in the eyes while I kill you."? I don't know of any world where that would happen or that she would have just obediently turned her head so Jake could put two bullets in the back of her head.

Unlike Jake, evidence in an autopsy, given by a coroner does not lie. Two bullet holes, back of the head. You figure out how that could happen if she was lying in bed, looking at him?

That is a crock of BS about him repositioning her body so the baby could nurse also. She was already on her side. He didn't give a FHF about that infant whether it starved to death or not. If he had, he wouldn't have been shooting a .22 bullet in the bed with that baby where it could have easily ricocheted and hit the baby killing her or the bullet could have passed through Hannah's body and killed the baby. So someone please tell me why they think he cared one tiny bit about a baby he knew was not his. If he cared he would not have killed that baby's mother depriving little KR from ever breastfeeding again.

Great points! I could go here or there on Dana or Hannah being awake, but there sure is something weird about that whole Hannah situation. Sure, she could have turned to see him, turned away for cover and, then, get shot it the back of the head and behind the ear, but .... it ... well ... seems ... questionable, especially if he took the approach AC said in the opening. The repositioning so thr baby could feed with a moaning person on another room (DR) and an alive person in another room (CDJr) also seems odd. All possible, but also possible is he shot her the back of the head and is ashamed of that or he messed with her body for other reasons. It just feels squirrely.

So I bet this is the computer evidence on Angela's computer that was seized. They laid the ground work the last 2 days with Tabitha talking about not having permission to access her accounts. I bet all the planning and chatter about custody and all that is coming up now with the BCI agent and then the the phone and computer records specialist.

It occurred to me that he, Jake, might have waked her up intentionally, so she could see he was about to murder her. One last act of cruelty! Just a thought.

No, I can't. I can't wrap my head around a mother acting so irresponsibly, and a whole slew of other adjectives that I'll just leave alone.

I'm still nauseated over the testimony that George's Mom went into his room, scratched his back as they had a conversation, all while he was in bed. YUCK and totally incestuous, imo. She didn't just cross a line, she obliterated several.

But, who worked there helped her to obtain this. Narcotics are typically locked away, but again, it's easy to fudge the books. DEA/state should be investigating that aspect now that it's publicly out there. Again, someone(s) on the inside helped her do this. And I'm SURE word of mouth made sure everyone there knew about it.

His idea or maybe Angie, through her attorneys, told whoever brought his clothes to the courthouse what she likes seeing him wear. Someone had to find out where their clothes are, gain access, then pick something out. I assume family members. Someone has to be in charge of their vehicles, property, animals, yard work, upkeep, Bank accounts, mail, packages, bills etc....

When there isn't any family or close friend available the attorneys can get someone appointed through the court.

He was probably helping out some with running the farm, too. He may have also liked being back in his own room, with lots of space. IIRC from some photos of the bullet proof vests during one of the raids, it looked like he had a new, recently remodeled spa-type bathroom. Things were probably quieter and roomier at FWF.

My thought , if a farm worker/ friend could walk into Billy’s room and see all that - weapons, vest, murder equipment, etc. surely FW could see it too. Wouldn’t FW question it? I can not believe anything would be inside FW home without her knowing about it and her permission.
Or is that normal stuff to be found in a Wagner house-Obvious murder equipment.

Finally made through 2 days of testimony.

WOW!!!!! Samantha and Tabitha made great witnesses for the defense.

In fact I saw George smiling really big at the lunch break today. N&P look like they are kicked back on a beach in Jamacia after about a dozen Margaritas with George in the middle of them writing down his drink order and the instructions on where N&P can find his bathing suit and suntan lotion. Or maybe he's passing Nash a reminder to use suntan lotion on that bald head or he is going to regret it.

Samantha threw Jake under the bus about 50 times but claimed George bought her kids Xmas presents and gave her money to pay her bills when she didn't have any money, towed and fixed her car, claimed Jake blamed everything on George. Made a great character witness for George but did not testify to one shred of evidence George was guilty of anything but being generous with his money and time.

Tabitha was a disaster for the prosecution. The defense caught her so many lies I lost count of them all. But she did manage to throw Angie under the bus about a thousand times. Defense totally impeached all her testimony, even that about her running for her life by riding a bicycle after dark. She admitted George came after her and tried to get her to come back home with him. Also admitted she bit George, tried to rip his cajones off and was screaming her head off in the yard so he supposedly slapped her. Maybe because she was off her meds and hysterical and upsetting their son? She also admitted she did not and was not going to call the police to file charges against George. He also got a court ordered protective order against her so apparently the judge didn't believe that hiding until dark then running for my life story. On top of that she admits George gave her the money and took her to pay the fine she got.

She claimed George, Jake and Billy burned the house down, but admitted she was not there so couldn't provide any evidence of that either.

Defense also impeached her testimony on the W's never allowing her to leave. George took her to school and she admitted she came and went from the W's home until George caught her cheating on him for the third time at which time he took her phone. Admitted also that the reason George didn't want her calling her mother is because her mother took her to meet up with her lover and George found out. George wouldn't let any of them come around after that meeting in which Tabitha and her sisters admitted their stepdad molested them but all of them refused to go to the police and report it. Tabitha even said to Hannah that the fact that her stepdad molested her did not bother at all now. Then the defense got Tabitha to admit she understood why George didn't want B around her family. Then she practically gave B away with her mother telling her she needed to make B her priority over some guy she swore she was in love with. But she signed him away anyway.

That business of Angie telling them when they could have sex or not giving George BJ's is not believable.

Defense got Tabitha to admit she was sleeping in George's bed and having sex with him at 11 years of age with Angie and I suppose Billy's knowledge. But yet Angie did not sit on the side of the bed when Tabitha was 11 years old and George was 14 and tell them they couldn't have sex except for procreation and if Tabitha gave George a BJ they would both go to Hades. According to Tabitha Angie sent her upstairs to sleep with George at 11 years of age to "comfort him". Then supposedly Angie gave them this no sex/no BJs talk when Tabitha was 19 and George was 22 and they were already married. What a load of BS.

On that enmeshed family, all for one, one for all, Tabitha shred that today with her testimony. She could only recount one time that George took Angie's side against her and that was with a mild "I didn't hear B crying." when asked. Then posted on FB that she had a wonderful, perfect life with her husband but screwed it up. Maybe by trying to rip his cajones off? Or did she screw it up by having numerous affairs and admitting to her husband she was incapable of being faithful.

No witness to that Angie making her leave the room so she could lie down beside George and scratch his back and talk over his days. I am calling BS on that one too after I heard today's testimony.

Once again 2 days of testimony goes by and still not one shred of evidence that puts George at the murder scene.

Let's recap this.

About 5 days of crime scene testimony. Another 4 days of DNA, ballistics, shoe print evidence, blood splatter and medical examiner/ coroner testimony. No evidence against George.

Next 5 days slinging mud at Jake hoping it splatters some on George in the jury's mind. Still no evidence against George.

One half day of slinging mud at Billy. Next two and half days of women praising and fawning all over George for his helpful ways and generosity while they both sling as much mud on Angie as they possibly can. Still no evidence against George.

16 days of not one shred of evidence George was in on planning, was at the murder scenes, or even knew about it until days later.

Heck I am still left here waiting for George to cross the WV border into Ohio during the night of the massacre.

AC has thrown so many red herrings all over her case, I have lost hope that she can get George a jaywalking ticket let alone a guilty verdict for 8 murders.

AC is relying solely on the testimony of Jake to place George at the scene. That is like depending on a broken stick to hold you up. Angie can't put him there either since her and Jake says she wasn't there.

Jake has told too many lies in media interviews and to LE to be believable and the defense is going to come after him and Angie like sharks after beachgoers. There is going to be a lot of blood in the water after Jake and Angie climb down off that witness stand.

I know that George is 100% guilty but I have a gut feeling he is going to walk free as a bird. Probably even come back and sue the state of Ohio for keeping him locked up for 4 years and win millions of dollars to go off and live his dream life in Alaska, dragging Tabitha who will be hanging onto his boots. I hope he falls into a very deep crack in one of those huge glaciers in AK.

Maybe tomorrow will be better.

and she isn't a weak and feeble female she gave GW more than he could handle when she bit and grabbed his nuts to make him let her go, and she is very strong to have survived SA and to have somehow maintained a relationship with her mum who enabled the abuse as she testified to

I'm sorry, but all it makes me think is I can't imagine how Looney Tunes, toxic, and abusive the W environment had to be for T to have to resort to those measures. With the throwing of the 2x4 and chasing her with the gun, too, it all sounds like just another day at the Ws. It makes them look atrocious and purely toxic. MOO

Also, jm2c, but in my opinion, childhood abuse survivors tend to bond intensely, especially when they are young. The fact that she cheated before the marriage says to me that he was already treating her like garbage. MOO

I am not going to sift through all the flour with you looking for bo weevils D. Just think about this.

It's 3:30 AM. You have been asleep for hours in a locked house (per Kendra) where you believe you are safe. You look up and see a masked man in your bedroom pointing a gun straight at you. You are going to be shocked and your eyes are going to be locked on that gun pointing at you. It is going to take your brain at least a minute to process that. By then it's all over. You are not going to turn your head or even move because shock and terror is going to paralyze you.

Now who are you going to believe? A medical examiner who did the autopsy and said Hannah was shot twice in the BACK of the head while lying on her side or a pathological liar and murderer like Jake?

Because he is a physco pedophile? Or never believed the R's would allow him to take KR in the first place but wanted to look concerned about her so they wouldn't suspect him?
