It’s going to take me a while to catch up but in the meantime I have a burning question:

Has there been any testimony/reasonable explanation for BW to have lived (at his parents) separately from the family? I understand he helped more and more at the farm, however, millions upon millions of people commute to their job every day. To me, it sounds like this was an on going living arrangement, more than just his father’s illness/death and it only adds to the strangeness that was the norm for the W family.

Any insight on this?
TC said it today in her testimony. Asked a question about seeing BW at the house (IIRC it was the Peterson Rd house). She answered that BW was "seldomly not" there. The only other was Tackett when he testified, he was brought into BW's room...I took that to mean he was staying there then...maybe not though.

I think the prosecution is going to wisely leave the conversation about the Conspiracy charge #22 until closing statements.

In closing statements the Prosecution will recap all of the testimony and evidence presented. They will then tie it all together with the Conspiracy Charge definition.

IMO, Conspiracy will be the final thought in the jurors minds as they leave to deliberate.

She seems really happy with her new husband.
Tabitha deserves a Medal of Honor, Gold Medal plus lots of hugs and a good bottle of wine. With all she has been through, Nash cross-examining like she is the one on trial and testifying for 2 days. That girl is a SURVIVOR and got to tell her side face to face with one of the 4 Wagner demons.

Yes, T’a testimony is what made me think to ask. I have not seen Tackett’s testimony yet. Working my way backwards because the last one I saw prior to today was BCI at Dana’s house and so much has happened since then!

Taking care of his dad when his dad was sick.

And I just read somewhere today, trying to find it, that Billy and Angela fought alot, not doing so good with their relationship. Maybe this came out in some testimony on the stand but I'm sure I heard about it today.

Canepa made it clear Billy didn't live with them at time of murders and that in 2016 the only time all 4 Wagner phones were together was on the night of the murders. Scheiderer said George's phone was at Peterson Rd that night which means the other phones would have also been with his at Peterson Rd.

I think Billy started spending more time at the FWF as his father's (Bob) health was failing and his help was needed there.

His dad passed away in 2017 approx. 3-4 months after they ran to AK.

To whomever asked who we will see tomorrow, just caught up here and don't want to go back and find the post. I am now checking today's news and Twitter's on the case and saw this from James Pilcher-

The next witness - if we get to him - is BCI agent Jon Jenkins, who has opted in for video.
@local12

eta-also found this-

The prosecution's case continues Wednesday with another special agent for the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation taking the stand, followed by the return of the state’s phone and computer records specialist.

Trying to piece together the timeline as I believe HR said in her message she had only been broken up with JW 11 months - and T had moved out by then so that means BW was living at the farm at the very latest by 2014-15? Up until his arrest in ‘18. I guess what I’m getting at is it’s another piece to this puzzling family: both BW — AND his sons (grown/married men) each lived with their parents (lived with their mothers?).

Where’s Freud when you need him?

Couldn't he work on the farm and help with his father without living in their home? They have some kind of personal care home on or near their property; it's not like they can't get help with the medical issues.

It is all they knew, and I believe until they become more exposed to the outside world they didn’t realize it wasn’t normal behavior. Yet, it was occurring all around them. This is a cultural issue in Appalachia that is sadly ongoing and as @Betty P touched on, my hope is this case can now draw some light on the unspoken, and bring some educational resources to the region.

Sad, sad existence. These young girls in a sense were pawns in a very sick world. IMO.

This is completely IIRC. I think HMR moved out of the Peterson Farm just after TC did, late 2014.

It has become clear to me that the living situation with both J & G4 and their wives and significant others was NOT a healthy one. Angela had a sense of power in inserting herself into her son's personal lives. And G4 completely caved into his mother's wishes, even as an married adult. It is so clear he was apart of a very sickly enmeshed family unit. All for one, one for all.

I can only imagine how humiliated G4 must be right now after hearing TC's public testimony about the sick control his mother had in the intimate control and details of his life...

And it was this control 4 participated at all levels of the conspiracy to commit murders. With what we already know, one would have to believe BW, AW and JW left this most critical decision of their lives away from GW4. It goes against how this family operated. SON, you need to do this or else your itch doesnt get scratched.

My heart went out to TC the past few days...having to relive the worst part of her growing up years for such a horrendous reason. I was a county victim/witness coordinator for years dealing with DV and SA victims and families of murder victims.. watching so many of them testify on the stand. TC did well I believe..I am sure she was aware beforehand that the defense would come at her with past acts and she looked liked she was ready. Hopefully she sleeps well tonight, realizing she had to do this for herself and her son. This could have been therapeutic for her, getting to tell her story. Hopefully her monsters have been slayed

@FeliciaDawn906

@WCPO - Feet chains, handcuffs are secured to a chain around his waist, bullet proof vest. I'm sure more LE then what photo shows.....George isn't going anywhere.

I wonder who's idea it was to dress him like a gunslinger for a trial where 8 people were gunned down? He certainly looks the part. On top of it, he looks mean. Moo.
