I bet Ms. Eveslage knows where it is. You could tell by her timestamps, she worked all hours on this case.

I think it would be very easy to spot them or their associates. I still feel the drivers of the topics are still around on social media sites. Most of the stuff posted would never meet WS standards. The Manley's were definitely being targeted for what seemed like months. I dont have any doubt, now, the Ws were driving some of the conversation and feeding the negativity trolls on the site.

I made it to Montana last night. I may have to see if I can get away to the thriving metropolis Waverly Ohio and see how the judge is doing. I'd like to ask Parker why he feels it is appropriate to crowd women on the witness stand and not men, certainly not CN.

I agree with you on that stuff, that's what I call shenanigans. Can only hope the jurors are seeing it the same way. I gave up trying to figure out juries when OJ verdict came in...I was as shocked as Robert Kardashian that day.

When he put those gloves on, err, pretended he couldn't put them on, and they in fact, did acquit, that was the biggest defense stunt that I've ever seen and boy did it work. Totally shocked that the jurors fell for that. IIRC that was probably the turning point and deciding factor that got him off the hook. The only solace is that his life has been far from what it once was when he was jumping suitcases in airports.

I feel sad for JM, especially with LM gone now, but she is there, every day that she can be. Only 69 and so much loss.

Agent Eveslage presented the evidence showing those messages on W's device, whichever it was, phone or laptop.

When those text pictures are on the screen I stand up and read them 4ft from the tv.

Not saying they didn't get info through other means, but the "...have to kill me" conversation came from the W's possession.

That doesn't mean they weren't fed passwords.

I'm really confused by the SKS, it does look like "someone" laid on the ground and fired several shots into CR Sr's doorway area. 1. Was CR Sr. the only person that was hit, and how many times by the SKS?
2. Was the SKS recovered?
It looks like CR Sr. figured out that BW set him up, because BW had bruises on his face, and CR had defensive wounds.
I wonder if GW & JW moved them to the back? (BW's broke back) I honestly feel that at least one of the boy's was indoors helping BW. (ST6)
JW said he went to mess with the grow to throw off LE. I wonder what that consists of?

I'd love to know too. If only to know if my guess is right. My main background was in I.T. , (both systems, and network, administration). Out of a large company with over 500 units, my guess is, maybe three people might have been able to "hack" like we see in the movies, and they were all in I.T. I retired early but still try to keep up with technology as it comes out.

The recordings themselves were fairly shot. Just a few minutes each and each one was just showing a different side of George. So no "smoking gun", but certainly painting a different picture than he was trying to break free of his family or somehow he wasn't as connected with them as Jake, Angela, and Billy.. he was just as connected and these conversations show it.

IIRC, G4 did not want to come back with them, and didn't. He was going to stay, then AC told him he needed to come home b/c of her father being ill, or that he'd passed. (Very loosely quoting, it's been awhile.) I don't doubt he wanted to possibly be free from them but even if he did, he lacked the courage. The two people I blame most are AW and G3. I think the R's and HHG would still be alive had they actually been caring parents.

*Trial continues (Day 25) (@ 9am ET) - OH - Pike County 8 people dead: Christopher Rhoden, Sr. (40), his ex-wife, Dana Manley Rhoden (37), their three children, Clarence "Frankie" Rhoden (20), Christopher Jr. (16), Hanna Mae (19); Frankie's fiancée, Hannah Hazel Gilley (20), Christopher Rhoden Sr.'s brother, Kenneth Rhoden (44), & a cousin, Gary Rhoden (37). Hanna Rhoden's baby girl (5 days old), another baby (6 mos.) & a young child (3) were unharmed. (April 21-22, 2016, Pebbles) – for *George Washington Wagner IV (27/now 31) (Jakes’ bro) indicted (11/12/18), arrested (11/13/18), charged (11/15/18) & arraigned (11/28/18) with 8 counts aggravated murder, (plus gun specifications on each), 1 count of 1st degree conspiracy, 4 counts of 1st degree aggravated burglary, 1 count of 5th degree unlawful possession of dangerous ordnance, 3 counts of 3rd degree evidence tampering, 1 count of 5th degree forgery, 1 count of 5th degree unauthorized use of computer or telecommunications, 1 count of 4th degree interception of wire, oral or electronic communication, 1 count of 5th degree obstructing justice, & 1 count of 1st degree engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. State witness: BCI agent Eveslage, discussed various recordings from wiretaps. Jurors this morning heard 13 recordings during which authorities either bugged the Wagner's vehicle and/or were intercepting their calls & text messages in May & June 2017. And 3 more phone calls in the afternoon session.

I remember hearing it on national news. I thought it was drug related before they ever mentioned the mj grow. I don't remember thinking cartel, just drugs. But harder drugs than mj. When the custody theory came up, I couldn't wrap my head around that idea until they moved to AK & DeWine put out the press release and even then I struggled with it because he stopped short of naming them persons of interest. I was convinced it was drugs until I saw an interview K Rhoden did talking about how that drug talk hurt fund raising, reward money & leads drying up - but I still couldn't wrap my mind around 8 people being murdered in 4 different locations over custody. Boy was I naive!

I don't remember if it was this site, a comment on a news article, or another social media form, someone immediately said to look at the father of the children! I was shocked, but they were correct at first guess.

His misogyny is going to hurt his client, imo. I’m sure every female juror gets angry inside when he does this. Probably they’ve been patronized and marginalized by over-bearing men at least a few times in their lives, and cannot stand it. JMO.

Yes. AW printed out the screenshot of HR and T's private messages back and forth. I believe BCI found a tote full of these screenshots in one of the trailers stored at the car lot. I'm shocked that they were even created, let alone saved to be moved clean across the states and another country! What value would they be to the W's later on?

Agreed. He seemed to really like it there. If only he had the courage to move there when he was 18 or 20. He could have made an honest living as a mechanic and created a nice life for himself. Unfortunately he was born into a controlling, hate-filled, criminal-minded family (JMO) and chose to stay with them and perpetuate their warped beliefs. His indignation and level of anger in the recordings is stunning in light of Angela and Jake’s guilty pleas. And we haven’t gotten to the really incriminating recordings yet. But they’re coming IMO.

Off Topic but IDK why these little towns, mine included, cannot encourage others to run for these positions. Surely there are others better qualified, and I'll end there.

If you are a Defense Attorney in Pike County, I would think a less than competent Prosecutor would be an easy choice.
