I used to believe it too. If we were to believe everything she said, she would be a very important witness. Not only the cousin and best friend, but also, possibly the last person to have seen HR alive. And much more...

Nowadays, I take her words with a bit more caution. Someone mentioned "survivors guilt". The last 2 years have been very difficult for the family of the victims. She has been exposed a lot in the media.

The truth will come out of this trial. We need to be patient.

I think I saw her sitting at the back of the court room at GW3's arraignment hearing.

What makes you cautious with what she has to say? Is she not completely backing the w theory?

I think that RW would get her share from FW, though because she is unmarried and has no children. She's stuck with her parents too, and managed the farm for them. It doesn't appear that she receives a large salary either.

RAW has a successful (or appears to be) life, and doesn't seem to really need his part right now. So his part going to his children probably wouldn't be a big deal to him.

GW3 and AW, or the boys, may have been borrowing against their inheritance, since we don't really see any successful businesses or jobs, for any of them. I've seen that happen. One has financial difficulties and a parent will assist them but it is deducted from their portion of the inheritance that they would have received. Who knows though, they may have been makin' bank driving OTR and selling furry pigs... I may have gone into the wrong line of work.

Truck drivers make good money. It has been said JW quit because HMR was upset about him being gone too much. Why quit completely? Why not take short runs where you are home every night. Around my area they are begging for even short run truck drivers. I don't recall ever hearing who he drove for or who owned the truck. If he was running as an owner/operator driver, what happened to the truck? Was it sold? Repossessed? Where was he driving to and from? Diesel mechanics are in demand, too. Why not take a day job doing that if not driving truck. Something is odd about his work history and his brother's from what I've seen.
When I was his age, I had already had two back surgeries and still had a place of my own working general labor jobs. How was he even paying for his phone service or for gasoline? The property owner where they left their trailers said JW worked for him sometimes but it didn't sound like it was a regular part time job. Was he and his brother "sales reps" for CRsr and skimming or not turning over the profits? Did they maybe get in debt way over their head with CRsr doing that? Something is sketchy in my opinion...

FW never struck me as the type to give anyone anything. Not even her kids which imo was part of the falling out with the other son.

I think the other motive was drug deals and money owed to the Rhoden family. Imo several of the W family had a meth problem. People addicted to meth are lousy dealers as they get too wrapped up in their own addiction.

Keep in mind JW was pretty convinced that the newborn was also his baby. So he would have received custody of 2 children. Had to be quite a blow when tests showed he was not the father

Personally, I THINK, if, trials are ever held, so much time has passed by then, the state won’t call a lot of personal/local witnesses. The murders were not witnessed by anyone & so their testimony would not be that relevant.
I’d expect more technical/expert witnesses. Every known relative/friend/acquaintance of 8 simply cannot be called.
That would serve no purpose.

It’s fairly easy to say “ I’m a Waggie, I’ve got money and I’ll haul you into court and make public every word you said about your family friends or whoever. I don’t care.” It May have been about keeping the house a mess or more importantly MJ ir hard drug use. Didn’t even hav to be fact. Another option is I’ll write you a check for $5 or 10 k and you can have visitation but I get custody.

You find their weakest point and push until they give in. Period end of custody issue.

It takes so much money to run a tractor trailer over the road. Many privately owned rigs set idle, these days. I’d like to know if they were in the black. I have my doubts.

Yes. Some will be called. But few. IMO. Because, if there’s trials, it’s gonna be quite “ugly”. If nationally televised, maybe by Court TV, I’m guessing it will be like something never seen. I have a hunch. Maybe I’m wrong.

I agree 110% if the Ws hadn't gotten them all they would always have to worry. There is still family out there that is why I said I would be worried if I were one of the two grandmothers who assisted the Ws after the fact. Do you think the W sister knew what was going to happen?

According to people who knew the R's they were a family that would fight at the drop of a hat and they would sometimes drop that hat themselves. I think the W's were very afraid of them. And I think they had reason to be. According to MSM Frankie and Junior took a crew to a man's house and knocked out one of his dentures because the man's son said something about Frankie's derby car. Apparently there was quite a few of that man's family there and involved but that did not deter the R's.

So the circumstances being what they were and the W's being the cowards they are, they thought the only solution was to kill them all.

I think if Robin had been involved in any way she would have been charged along with her mother. Right now she is considered a victim.

If you look at the court records for George his ex wife has filed for custody of little B since he has been in jail. In response George has asked for a mental evaluation to be done on her. So apparently even if he is in jail he does not want his ex wife to have custody of his son. Or he thinks she is not competent to have custody.

I think you are right. There will be family and friends testify as to the status of custody since DeWine said custody was the motive.

Iirc, the truck driving was rather short lived. We will never know if HR asked him to quit. I can see a child of her age wanting to be with her bf 24/7 tho.
