Remember though, that evidence is going to contain every unreacted autopsy, the 360 crime scene footage taken at four residences, trajectory info/investigation on 32 bullets (or more if any bullets hit walls, windows, etc), recordings from any BCI recording devices. There’s a lot left to be disclosed. I’m sure there will be lots of info that is irrelevant as well, but there’s still an overwhelming amount of evidence to be released based off of the little discovery we’ve seen released this far.

3/28/19: Final pretrial hearing on 6/26. April 30 deadline for discovery. Discovery has not been received. Special prosecutor Angie Canepa & Fredericka’s attorney James Owen plan to hash out an agreement on what can & cannot be discussed with media. Attorneys agree on gag order. Trial starts 7/29 thru 8/2.
6/4/19 Update: Returned to court Tuesday (6/4/) for a pretrial hearing after her attorneys filed a motion demanding prosecutors turn over remaining evidence that will be used at trial. Judge Deering denied the request to dismiss the charges & said the case should proceed to trial. The hearing was continued until June 12 at the request of prosecutors & defense attorneys.

Yes, that's interesting. Still trying to figure out what that refers to. Does that mean they want written transcripts of all the emails, voice mail messages, texts, etc. from the Wags confiscated cell phones, computers, etc.? If so, that just sounds like a delaying tactic. Assume they've already been given audio files of relevant conversations, etc. that have been entered as evidence.

Also, since RN isn't on trial for murder of the W's, seems her attorneys wouldn't need transcripts of communications of the 4 Wagners pertaining to the murders.

JMO, this all sounds like standard defense attorney tactics to delay, nitpick, try to find grounds for objections, to have evidence thrown out, or otherwise try to tie up the trial process and confuse jurors into thinking the state doesn't have a good case. They have to do this because they know their clients are guilty, but they don't want them to admit guilt.

The defense may be thinking the prosecution could have a phone text conversation or email conversation in which Angie asked Rita to forge the documents and Rita agreed to do so.

Yes, that scenario seems very possible. One would think, though, that the prosecutors would have already provided that evidence, if it existed. The statement is very vague, so it's an enigma at this point.

ETA: JMO evidence connecting the custody doc forgery to AW should make the prosecution's case stronger, no? Maybe they did provide evidence like that and the defense is requesting transcripts of a bigger part of the communications, maybe to see if RN objected or that AW or someone else lied to RN about the purpose for drafting the custody doc. IDK. We'll have to wait and see.

Did you notice the request in there for the transcripts from the devices confiscated from the Wagners?

Question is, which device? Well It's a device that involves a CCU analysis......

The camera control unit (CCU) is typically part of a live television broadcast chain. It is responsible for powering the professional video camera, handling signals sent over the camera cable to and from the camera, and can be used to control various camera parameters remotely.

So it's very possible that what the defense wants is an un-redacted copy of the audio from a video camera. The audio part of the video is what gets transcribed and then the transcript gets redacted.

I can only think of one type of video that would be
#1) Redacted
#2) Pertain to all the Wagner's
#3) Be a singular not a multiple request.

I'm thinking it's surveillance video--- used as the "confidential reliable source."

However, there still could be a direct witness who overheard a couple of revenge/escape
conversations but because the Wagner's had multiple revenge/escape conversations I seriously doubt that all of them were overheard by an outsider/direct witness. A hidden surveillance video camera is more likely to pick up multiple conversations as compared to just one person.

The surveillance video camera could have been installed during the May 2017 search of Fred's house. And the searches themselves would get them talking, it's called "tickling the wire".

Considering that one terabyte is generally estimated to contain 75 million pages, a one-terabyte case could amount to 18,750,000 documents, assuming an average of four pages per document.

Jake has 4 more terabytes and George the 4th has 2 more terabytes of evidence!

I would venture to guess that a deal of the evidence is high quality photos & video which would eat up a bunch of bytes but that’s still a lot of evidence.

Also, can you clear up misinformation about the gun silencer? Examples....

There are only parts to build a silencer but not an actual silencer, there is an actual silencer but no parts, there is both a silencer and silencer parts, a silencer was found in a Well, no one knows where the silencer found, parts to make a silencer were found in a Well, no one knows where the parts were found, the Well was on the Wagner's former property, no one knows where the Well is located.

Hopefully I won't "go crazy" before the trials even get started...lol....Wow 3 trials all starting this summer, GW4's at end of summer, I was not expecting that!
