Remember though, that evidence is going to contain every unreacted autopsy, the 360 crime scene footage taken at four residences, trajectory info/investigation on 32 bullets (or more if any bullets hit walls, windows, etc), recordings from any BCI recording devices. There’s a lot left to be disclosed. I’m sure there will be lots of info that is irrelevant as well, but there’s still an overwhelming amount of evidence to be released based off of the little discovery we’ve seen released this far.All that evidence but probably only less than a gigabyte is actually relevant
18.75 million? I couldn't count to that number in my next lifetime I don't think, even if I started at 5 years old, but guess you can do it. jmo

The defense may be thinking the prosecution could have a phone text conversation or email conversation in which Angie asked Rita to forge the documents and Rita agreed to do so.Yes, that's interesting. Still trying to figure out what that refers to. Does that mean they want written transcripts of all the emails, voice mail messages, texts, etc. from the Wags confiscated cell phones, computers, etc.? If so, that just sounds like a delaying tactic. Assume they've already been given audio files of relevant conversations, etc. that have been entered as evidence.
Also, since RN isn't on trial for murder of the W's, seems her attorneys wouldn't need transcripts of communications of the 4 Wagners pertaining to the murders.
JMO, this all sounds like standard defense attorney tactics to delay, nitpick, try to find grounds for objections, to have evidence thrown out, or otherwise try to tie up the trial process and confuse jurors into thinking the state doesn't have a good case. They have to do this because they know their clients are guilty, but they don't want them to admit guilt.

But FW has a maid!Come on Johnny, that's the way I keep house. If it wasn't for hubby cleaning the house every day I would look like a rock climber trying to get to the kitchen to get my morning cup of coffee. Hahaha

But FW has a maid!
Fredericka’s scheduled pretrial today was continued until 6/26.
You’re welcome. Just a note, this continuance was filed by the STATE.Thank you MittenScarpetta! Much appreciated!
That maid may be so much like me in the housekeeping department that she could be my twin sister. HahahaBut FW has a maid!
You can come clean mine too if you want to. HahahaTrue, IIRC she was interviewed or referenced in the Oxygen show about the R/G Massacre.
FW gives me the impression of being an "old school" woman who believes doing your own housework is for "poor folks". She seems the type who would eat baloney sandwiches and beans, if needed, in order to afford a maid. It's about social status. TBH, it's not just FW, I know a lot of people who do the same. I clean my own house, though.
Did you notice the request in there for the transcripts from the devices confiscated from the Wagners?
I think Gov. DeWine's laser focus remarks were "tickling the wire."
It fits the definition to a tee....
The tactic of “tickling the wire,” means having wiretaps in place and then placing stories in the media and then waiting for revealing conversations.

Considering that one terabyte is generally estimated to contain 75 million pages, a one-terabyte case could amount to 18,750,000 documents, assuming an average of four pages per document.
Jake has 4 more terabytes and George the 4th has 2 more terabytes of evidence!
Terabytes and terabytes of recordings.
