He is not the father of K, who had been in state custody after the slayings.

I'll check for you. It was in one of the interviews IIRC around the time of the raids last weekend.

I'm also updating the timeline. From social media or wherever, has anyone seen information that gives an idea of when Wagner left Ohio? In news articles, the owner of the car lot where LE searched JW's trailers said he had dropped the trailers off about a week before the raid. Has anyone seen anything more specific?

Also, for those who have viewed JW's photos on his FB page, which members of his family appear in them. Use initials only, pls. Mods, please remove if this question is against TOS.

It was acting funny for me yesterday. Others have said the same over the last few days. Probably doing some work on the site or something.

If LE are right about the direction they are heading, they really dropped the ball.

Why did it take them a year to act when they must have had a long time ago, most, if not all, the evidence they have now? If BJM is ruled in, they aren't saying, they have publicly brought all the suspicion on the W family and JM.
Why didn't they name JW as a POI or suspect and forbid him from leaving, if that's what he is? Surely they were watching him since they had suspicious texts from the night of the murder and saw him selling his house, packing up and talking about Alaska. They let him go and now they're searching his stuff, I guess they took it where all the other confiscated trailers are sitting. It's crazy..

LE can't simply decide to name someone as a suspect and prevent them from relocating. They may think someone did it, but they still have to have some real evidence to support that before they can officially do anything about it -- even just publicly naming someone as a suspect has consequences and they need something to back it up.

No doubt JW & his family have better access to legal counsel than the Manley's -- and they are likely very aware of the fact that they are free to move or go on vacation or do anything else they want to at this point. They can move to Alaska or Canada or France for that matter -- if LE has a valid legal reason to bring JW back to OH they can, but otherwise he is free to go as he pleases.

JW & family originally put their home on the market back in August. Selling the house is not a sudden development where LE had no previous information that they were considering moving. For all we know LE knew as soon as the buyers, sellers and the RE agent came to an agreement.

I do wonder if the paternity testing results were part of the decision to move? What was the timing of the disclosure of those findings to the 2 who agreed to testing?

If JW was indeed found to not be the father of baby K, then he would have no real need to stay in the area. I don't care what either JW or LM said about him keeping S close to her maternal relatives. He has full custody and make the decisions he feels are best.

Frankly, if I were the custodial parent of a child whose other relatives were massacred in the night, I would get that child as far away from the area as I could. Away from potential danger, but also away from the chatter -- no child needs to hear people talking about your mom's murder everywhere you go. I do not thing S is in any danger and being out of the immediate area is probably a good thing for her.

I hope for S's sake that JW had no involvement in the killings. I don't know if I believe that or not, but there is currently no publicly known proof of his guilt despite the recent searches and hoopla. The law states clearly "innocent until proven guilty".

I have watched and read a lot re this case and today, for some reason this scenario popped into my head.
One or two of the men that were killed were the prime targets,the rest were killed because they would have known who the murderers were. I belive that surviving members of the families know, or have a very good idea what this is all about and who did this. Somewhere along the line there will be retribution. I think if JM failed his poly it would have been a question that asked if he" knew who did this". No one is going to speak up and tell who and what due to fear of being killed or waiting in hopes that the case goes very cold and then "make things right"

Maybe the LE searching JW's property and household items was to finalize ruling them out. That said, if they were guilty, I can't see them leaving evidence in a trailer on someone else's property.

Remember, LE later went to Flying W Farms with the huge caravan that included an ambulance and, according to a witness who lived nearby, a SWAT vehicle. Yes, Franklin County SO later retracted their statement that SWAT participated in the raid, but if the neighbor is right, they were conducting these raids to arrest someone and may have anticipated some resistance.

A neighbor said he counted at least 33 police vehicles that went up the farm, which includes a church, several barns, and a large home. The Wagners breed horses, American Mastiffs and pigs on the property, which includes a church. The neighbor said he saw a vehicle marked with SWAT, an ambulance, and one that appeared to be an amphibious vehicle.

You are right about Christmas. A member of Jehovah Witnesses bought a company I worked for. He did not allow Christmas decorations and unfortunately no longer allowed Christmas bonuses.

Well that's funny, cuz all he had to do was offer a year end bonus like they do at my company! 😂😂😂

I am starting to believe all this is designed to put pressure on people to talk.

LE is pretty good at judging the temperament of people and predicting their actions. It is possible LE put that device on JM's truck knowing he would find it and destroy it. Then arrest him and put some pressure on him. They may have known he or someone in his household would tell JW when he found it also.

In my opinion there are too many coincidences. Granted the W's apparently had their home up for sale for a while, but this hurried move right after the tracker was installed and then found looks like running.

I don't think, that they thought, that JM could make that bond, either. I believe that they wanted him in that cell to see if he really knew anything and the risk of losing his job, and being away from is family, would be great enough to force him into talking to them.

Well, as a parent, I just came up with the thought of a 40 yo father texting a 23 yo... "Is Junior with you?"

That makes sense.
But also, my husband is 33 years old- most of his friends that he talks to or goes to get a beer with are guys that are 15-20 years older than him. I know that he has an "old soul"..... but he gets along best with older people. So, the text exchange doesn't seem too odd to me, in regards to age difference. It seems odd to me because of the timing and "possible involvement."

That last part sounds like a convenient way to screw your employees out of money.

Also have to wonder why, during the raids last Friday and Saturday, LE didn't raid the JM, BJM and LM properties to look for evidence.

Apparently, a SWAT team wasn't needed, since JM voluntarily turned himself in to authorities.

Good way to get out of paying bonuses... My sil's company doesn't let anyone off for Christmas, or give Christmas Holiday pay, b/c they don't celebrate Christmas. (They're not Jehovah Witness)

Thanks for that information! So there are no extended family, etc. in those photos. Wonder if the others are still back at Flying W Farms? Chris Graves said a woman answered the phone there last Saturday when LE conducted the raid.

He's going by a different name now? I just cannot believe that LE is fine with him leaving the state with an active murder investigation. They must not have told him not to leave or else they never thought he would leave since he has claimed money troubles from the beginning. . .

The site is acting wonky for me too. Google Chrome is better than IE for me. I wondered if it had something to do with the cyber attack earlier this week.

Not sure if this has been discussed recently . I apologize if it has, its tough to keep up on these threads, as well as working and taking care of a newborn . Anyways, has there been any talk of CH? Where has he been ? It has been confirmed that he isn't the father of R? I suppose if he was the bio father, custody would be granted to him. However, that has not been stated. The infant was four days old, why wouldn't he be staying the night with HR- especially if they were together and R was believed to be his??
