Just a FYI. I showed my husband the picture of what I assume is Worley's rig (the white rig behind the red truck) and he thinks it is unlikely Worley was a long haul trucker due to their being no sleeper and also Worley would not have hauled anything too heavy with a rig that small. Of course, this doesn't mean Worley hasn't had other rigs that he could have traveled in.

Those bulging sealed boxes are a scary thought. Possibility of him dumping remains out of town. This monster is calculated and brazen and had every means and excuse for transportation due to his occupation. JMO
JMO, but from what we have seen it looks like he primarily did oversize hauls. Mobil homes, perhaps heavy equipment even. In California oversize hauls require permits in every county the load moves through. They have to map the route, to avoid low overpasses, bridges which might not handle the weight, etc. What I wondered was if he used pilot cars? If so, that would mean someone traveled with him.

Jeeze, I'm so terrible at posting on this phone. I meant to quote your post perfectingpink.

I wonder if he drove other companies rigs for this, which is entirely possible, except I don't know why his company would be listed for the heavy transportation if he was doing it for another company. Also, he may have had another rig before the one in the pic and that is what he used.

I noticed that this detailed info states there is a pool on the property, yet, I haven't seen on any map of the property.

https://rehold.com/Delta+OH/COUNTY+ROAD+6/10627

Very likely there was an above-ground pool onsite once upon a time... and since removed. Rural folks rarely have in-ground pools.

Additional info: I looked up the property on Google Earth and in the historical pics it shows an above-ground pool appeared in 2005 and possibly 2006 (a bit too blurry), then it's gone. It was located in front of what looks to be a shed on the left (south) side of the property.

Is there a link to the original warrant for searching the house?

No links have been located for any of the search warrants other than this one.

It was made available online by WTOL.

AFAIK not yet. Several members said they will try tomorrow to obtains these docs from the courthouse.

I doubt he did any heavy hauling considering his rig.

He may have required an escort in Ohio depending upon the length and width of his oversize loads.

He could have also hauled halves of double-wides while another hauler pulled the other half.

That could be another avenue for investigators to determine his whereabouts for certain time periods.

Sorry if this has already been mentioned, but does anyone know approx. how long it would have taken Sierah to ride her bike from the location Josh turned around on his motorcycle to where her bike was found?

IIRC (someone please correct me if wrong) it was approx. 5 miles from the point Josh last saw her to where her bike was found. I am estimating that could have taken Sierah about 20-30 minutes putting her at the abduction site around 7:15 give or take. (JMO)

MSM reported that JDW's phone was pinging around the abduction site for almost 2 hours. Just for the sake of this theory I am going to say 1 hour 45 minutes. (Again JMO, it has not yet been released as to the exact amount of time he was there, and what time he was there)

If he was riding down country rd 6 and crossed Sierahs path at the abduction site around 7:15pm (the time I am estimating it would have taken her to get there) and you add 1 hr. 45 minutes that would put us at 9pm. I believe a local said 9pm is about when the sun went down and started getting dark out. If that is about the time he left the scene with Sierah that would be 1 hour before Josh contacted family about not hearing from her/phone going to voicemail. I think jashema (Josh's aunt) said that family started looking for her right away, so let's say by about 10:30pm family is out on country rd 6 searching. (JMO) That would be 1.5 hrs from the time I am estimating and completely guessing JDW left the scene and in that time he could have taken her back to his property and secured her there so he could go back to try and find/collect the evidence that was left. So JMO *if* the time frames I estimated are somewhat accurate by the time he was able to come back to get evidence he could have seen there where already people out looking and just kept driving.

It could have taken him about 1.5 hours to get her back to his property and secure her there in a way he felt confident she couldn't escape while he left to go back for evidence. 1.5 hours isn't that long especially if Sierah was putting up a fight the entire time, which I believe she was.

Again this is all JMO while I try to figure out what could have happened from the time Sierah was last seen by Josh to the time people started searching the area. I just don't understand why JDW would leave all that evidence there, he had to know it would lead LE straight to his barn. JMO he had every intention to come back for it but that plan was messed up by Josh's quick actions.

Hopefully we will have more facts released soon on the exact times his phone was pinging at not only the abduction site but also the site where Sierahs remains were found. I also wonder if after the almost 2 hours his phone was pinging at the abduction site if it ever pinged there again that night even if it was just for a few minutes. (Which could suggest he did come back for evidence but saw searchers already)

Is there a link to the original warrant for searching the house?

I was going to say not yet no, unless I have missed it. I've had my head buried in the 'other possible victim thread' and maps.

Then I see the above 2 posts and have my answer too!

I've not seen a picture of his truck or a description, where are you seeing this?

That looks like a LOT of evidence that LE has packed up, if indeed that is what that pile of stuff is.

As we have all witnessed, the tragic abduction Of 20 year old College coed Sierah Joughin, who courageously brought JDW's decades long trail of terror to an abrupt end. The Community united and came together as one. Everyone from all walks of life lending their full support. The amount of Law Enforcement resources; local, state, and federal was tremendous. The ms media and internet social media awareness was on fire sharing her missing person flyer info across the landscape of America in hopes of bringing her home safely.
When learning of her discovery and fate, we all shed a tear and changed our focus on seeking Justice for her and her loved ones..

Then the darkness set in. We all learned that she was the final victim of a very evil nonhuman creature; a stealth predator analogous to the devil's disciple, which may be responsible for many unknown unsuspecting innocent victims which have vanished from the area over the past few years or possibly decades. Following missing/murdered person's cases for years, and primarily those that were the victims of serial sexual predators/killers. There are those invisible victims that are considered by their abductors as 'the less dead'.. These victims; runaways, prostitutes, drug abusers, and homeless are the preferred targets of predators for many reasons. They are easy prey, easy to lure, transient, distrusting of law enforcement, seldom have family or friends to even know that they are missing. Many times their is virtually no media coverage or awareness generated for them, Valuable and limited investigative resources are not spent searching for them..
Due to Sierah's valiant sacrifice, these many unknown precious victims now have a voice...Everyone is someone's daughter'...

Imo, James D. Worley likely preyed on these victims enabling him to fly under the radar while remaining stealth for all these years or decades... Truck stops would provide an unlimited supply of this preferred targeted invisible prey...and investigators would likely conclude that it was the work of long haul truckers.. all jmo..

TRUCK DRIVER IS BEST JOB FOR ASPIRING SERIAL KILLERS, ACCORDING TO FBI
May 26, 2016 by Christine Colby

http://crimefeed.com/2016/05/truck-driver-best-job-aspiring-serial-killers-according-fbi/

The FBI has recently shared its finding that the profession most conducive to being a serial killer is that of a long-haul truck driver.

“If there is such a thing as an ideal profession for a serial killer, it may well be as a long-haul truck driver.”

This is part of their work on the Highway Serial Killings Initiative, in which they identified a pattern of women’s bodies dumped alongside roadways. The Bureau noted that most of the female victims in these cases are transients living a high-risk lifestyle, and are often prostitutes picked up at truck stops. They state that they’re looking at truckers as suspects, which comes with a lot of challenges. “The mobile nature of the offenders, the unsafe lifestyles of the victims, the significant distances and multiple jurisdictions involved, and the scarcity of witnesses or forensic evidence can make these cases tough to solve,” they say.

Analysts with VICAP, part of the National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime, publicized a map in 2009 that showed more than 500 murder victims that were found along highways, and also names 200 potential suspects. The current version of that map lists more than 750 victims and almost 450 possible suspects. VICAP tracks these potential killers as they do their jobs, through gas-station receipts, trucking company logs, and other evidence. This helps them determine where the trucker was when a particular victim was killed.

I'm not understanding why everyone is so focused on this "pinging" for 2 hours. Wasn't it Steelman that did the map that showed there was only 3 towers that cells could ping off in that area. Didn't he AND LE explain that the ping just meant that the cell was within 10-12 miles of that ping? His home was within those 10-12 miles. Why do people think that he was actually lollygagging at her abduction site for 2 full hours? To me, it's absurd to think he was in that cornfield...100 yards from her grandmothers AND mothers house for 2 full hours.
