"William Rhinaman, 53, is also charged with obstruction and perjury charges, fueling long-running speculation school officials helped cover up the world-shocking rape of a drunken 16-year-old girl by high school football players.
Attorney General Mike DeWine would only say Rhinaman of Mingo Junction was charged in connection to his job as IT director for the Steubenville schools.
This is the first indictment in an ongoing grand jury investigation, DeWine said in a statement. Our goal remains to uncover the truth, and our investigation continues."

"Rhinaman had played for the Big Red in 1976 and 1977, according to team records."

The school is expected to release a statement today.

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- An indictment against the Steubenville school district's director of information technology was unsealed Tuesday, revealing a few more details about charges stemming from a months-long special grand jury investigation....
It is my guess that, that dude is going to be spilling everything he knows about who knew, when they knew it and what they knew in order to get a plea deal. He's facing three felonies. If he blows this whole thing open and can get the coaches and administrators involved in this out in the open and convicted, then I wouldn't mind him getting a plea deal. JMO

A selection from the article:
"Superintendent Michael McVey in a statement said that Hannah Rhinaman worked for the district during the same exact time frame included in the indictment and was paid $7.70 per hour. She worked 118 hours under a "purchase order" contract in her father's department setting up computer labs and updating software.
McVey said the district continues to cooperate with the investigation.
Hannah Rhinaman recently served 30 days in jail after being found guilty in the Steubenville Municipal Court of a drug offense and operating a vehicle under the influence. She was ordered to seek help for alcohol problems.
She could not be reached for comment today but on her public Facebook page said, "I love how popular I am now that I'm on the national news. F--- off.""
There is a copy of the indictment that accompanies the article.
