Another bit from this link:

Prosecutors are now convinced Thomas made up that story to frame Raymond, according to the murder charge filed against Thomas Friday... Now, the tables have turned.

Raymond recently gave investigators a confession that contradicts Thomas' earlier statements. New court documents showed Thomas actually devised a plan to rob Hill and take her car.

Raymond told investigators he panicked when the plan went awry and decided he had to kill her. Raymond reportedly choked Hill until he became too tired and that's when Thomas allegedly took over. The affidavit showed Thomas choked Hill until she quit breathing.

Good link above. I kept searching for a motive.

Shame on both of them. I love the turn of events and backstabbing amongst murderers.

At least Annie's body may be brought home. RIP

Wow. This case turned on a dime. I didn't believe she was telling the truth at least about where they left Annie Jo. Makes sense she was lying about the murder, too.

I hope they bring Annie Jo home immediately. Her mother deserves to give her a proper burial and end this nightmare of not knowing.

Trevino also said, "I find it odd that the district attorney struck a deal with the person who killed her to testify against the person who turned him in."

"It is hard for me to give a more in-depth comment because I still have not been contacted by the district attorney office, even though they know I represent her," Trevino said.

Surprise!! Your client blew her only chance. Guess you should have made finding the body a critical point to back her story instead of continuing with the lies. Nice job, Counselor. You lost the advantage.

Hill had a sexual relationship with and had bought drugs from Raymond’s older brother. Raymond told police he used his brother’s cellphone to lure the girl to the apartment while the brother was in the Oklahoma County jail, unbeknownst to Hill.

The two moved Hill’s body out the back door of the apartment early in the morning on April 12, the affidavit states. Thomas drove Hill’s car out of Oklahoma City limits with her body in the back seat. The pair dumped her body in a field outside before leaving her car in an Edmond neighborhood.

I wasn't aware Annie Jo had a sexual relationship with the brother. Did I miss this early on?

To think they did all this to rob her and steal her car. Who are these young monsters?! Chloe is a new level of "mean girl", but jealousy is an old motive for murder. What was the motive for Chadd? He just felt he had to kill her?

Outside the OKC city limits? They were already in Edmond and outside OKC city limits so this statement makes no sense. UCO and the apartment where the murder took place are both in Edmond. If Annie Jo's body was in the back seat, I still think they didn't go very far.

So if the motive was to steal Annie Jo's car, why did they just drop the car off?

Excellent question! If they didn't kill her, how were they going to get away with stealing from her in the first place especially a car with such detail? She would know who they were and where they lived if they robbed her...so all she would have to do is call the police and bam...they are busted. His story doesn't make any more sense than her story. They must have planned to kill her all along, imo. The robbery is fluff in the confession.

Did they steal anything else? I don't recall hearing anything about a purse, money, jewelry, cash, or cards. I believe her phone was missing.

I have to wonder what truth Chadd gave them to corroborate his version of the story in order for him to take away the deal from her? What could he have said or done in what appears to be a he said/she said murder confession? I can see why he wanted the deal because she was heading to Juvie court while he faced big time prison for life and/or the DP. Can she still be tried as a juvenile offender in light of her lying about her involvement in the set up and murder?

Parton-Scoon interviewed Thomas before she turned herself into police.

“She was not able to give me locations, but she was able to describe them and once we actually found those locations, we realized she was telling the truth,” Parton-Scoon said.

What is she talking about? They did not find any locations or Annie Jo. I am quite confused by her statement. Obviously, Chloe wasn't telling the truth anyway.

Maybe the private investigator was meaning the location of the apartment, where the car was left, etc., was the truth?

May Anne soon be returned to her family.

Hmmm...maybe so. I have nothing except kudos for the PI though. This can be a learning experience not to trust a murderer even if she did give up some details.

I think the sexual relationship detail was only released yesterday. Which would make Chloe want revenge, What would Chadd be getting out of the scenario?

He began choking her and became tired, so Chloe took over? And to steal her car? She knows who you are and can identify you. His story is just as stupid as hers. I don't feel that either story is truthful.

What makes anybody think that Raymond is telling the truth? He has no proof to back up his statement. If Chloe Thomas had located the body ,imo, there would be no plea deal with CR. This is the DA trying to accomplish 2 things..save taxpayers money with no trial and locate the body, imo. It should be interesting how CR's attorney will argue her case. I think another deal will be worked out as the DA only has the word of a confessed murderer who copped a plea as his only witness.

It clearly gives Chloe motive. Chadd could have been jealous of his brother or he could have been wrapped up in Chloe enough to help her. I think she did plan it and was the one who set it all in motion.

I would like to know if Chadd knew Annie Jo from her seeing his brother and for how long? Did his brother corroborate the story Chadd told about their relationship?

I do hope Chloe will be charged as an adult now and there will be a trial. She blew any chance of a plea deal, imo.

Raymond was first looked at as the killer, but prosecutors said they are now convinced Thomas also had a hand in the murder, a contradiction to her confession.

"Obviously, they no longer believe my client and, thankfully, it will be a jury of 12 Oklahomans that will decide whether she is lying or not," said Trevino. "And we just look forward to a speedy day in court."

Interesting. This will be a trial to watch.
