His lawyer says C.Y. was alone for 10 hrs (until 1:30pm). His lawyer just put the murder @ 3:30am.

Ehhh.......he didn't THINK the child would be there for 10 hours by herself. He tried to get hold of Michelle's sister around 8 a.m., IIRCC.
