Yeeew. Really annoying. I'm starting to hit news sites that only allow a few free views of articles per month. They'll cut me off if I view too many articles about Stephanie.

If you clean the cookies in your browser and your history, the count of the free articles will restart, like you never were there before. At list this helpes on most of the sites I've encountered to this day with limited free articles to read. Changing browser to read on the site will also help, I believe.

I am posting a new pic of a similar necklace to the one worn by Stephanie, as my previous one had a caption that suggested it was a picture of her exact necklace.

It's also in my album if anyone needs a bigger version.

I don't think there's any problem with us setting up media and timeline/summary threads. Lots of other cases have them.

Yes it is. There are reports from MSM on 7/17 and 7/23. I think on 8/3 they talked about her car. Somewhere in there JCSO asked about the kids in the green pickup. Mid August was the flier distribution and late August was POI.

It might be easiest to go back to the first thread and find stuff.

Yes, that was the original description which we googled a picture of and posted, but my understanding is that one of the Longview ladies described it differently and Dicentra confirmed that. I may be revealing info that was pm'd to me, so I don't want to go further, and I don't have time to check it right now. I probably shouldn't have mentioned it, but it would be nice if we could get a description from Dicentra. I would say go ahead with what you have and we can correct it later if necessary.

IIRC July 10th was the date Stephanie's mother reported her missing.

It was actually earlier, but Dicentra had to look for her in likely places before the report became official.

The first searches were July 10-11.

Investigators Review Warner Case
October 10, 2013

On Thursday, a good friend of Warner spoke to NewsWatch 12 about the investigation. She did not want to show her face on camera. She said after her friend’s disappearance, Ames has thrown parties at Warner’s home and trashed the place. The friend says she saw Ames’ interview with us and does not believe he is mourning or searching for Warner.

“I think honestly Lennie is responsible for it and I don’t think that she’s with us anymore. Honestly, because if she was she would have found a way out by now,” she told NewsWatch12.

The sheriff’s office has known Ames’ location for a while. He is currently in the northern part of Oregon and has been cooperative with investigators. Detectives are also in touch with Warner’s family members, talking to them daily about the case.
