We are thrilled to share that Othram was able to assist the District 1 Medical Examiner's Office & the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office in identifying the last unknown victim of the Happy Face Killer as 34-year-old Suzanne Kjellenberg.

Is there a websleuths thread?
Actually there is sadly one more unidentified victim of the Happy Face Killer. It's this lady

CA - CA - Blythe, WhtFem UP7048, 21-26, hitchhiking, maybe 'Claudia', Aug'92

Well, we have a late night bonus update:

Othram, as part of an ongoing collaboration with the Spokane Medical Examiner's Office, was able to assist in the identification of 39-year-old Antonio Juanes Gasper. His remains were found in 2022 in a reservoir in Mesa, Washington.

Honored to share that Othram could assist the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Office & Southeast Missouri State University Anthropology team in identifying 59-year-old Louis Charles Borchers. His remains were found in 1980 and was unidentified until now.

What an incredible sleuthing journey!
Congratulations to ALL who played a part in solving this mystery! It’s really awesome that those students were able to collaborate with Othram!

The details of his last known circumstances made me feel sad, but I’m so happy that his case was handled with such dedication, and Mr. Borchers’s remains have finally been identified after all this time.

Gives us hope that as a team we can continue to resolve even the toughest of cold case mysteries!

As part of an ongoing collaboration with Mohave County Sheriff's Office, Othram assisted in the identification of Virgil Renner, whose remains were found in 1982. Cause of death is unclear and the investigation continues, now that he has been identified.

Not sure if there is a Websleuths thread for this one!
