Keep in mind that the suspensions and loss of certifications being tracked are likely nothing compared to what's coming after the fraudulent billings. Considering RH's diagnosis of enlarged thyroid on a patient with no thyroid, followed by his announcement that the patient's thyroid was normal, both medical errors done in furtherance of fraud, he should be kissing his license(s) goodbye for a very long time.

Having been involved with different friends who have been in the alternative field for forty years, this alternative stuff is highly lucrative and getting more so as Baby Boomers age and we discover , in fact , we are getting old. The schemes are many. I could go on and on and on with this topic. Suffice it to say that money is flowing like water . And Boomers are not the only ones, I live in a foreign country now where there are many trust fund thirty year olds. They buy into all kinds of alternative things as well.

2. A church is tax exsmpt. A great LEGAL scheme used by many. Think Scientology, for instance.

3. I bet many of the things he does are legal. There are so many ways to shelter money, Hubby and I were talking here where we live about things we see . Since he was in biz, he talked about many different legal ways that buisnesses use such as making a company so they can rent to themselves. The ways are many. All LEGAL.

4. People seem to fall for all kinds of things as they are looking for miracles. And a shyster is looking for those peoole and is willing to provide the miracle.

I think it was about the high number of phone calls CWW made when he was in jail in Missouri. His phone bill was something like $400.00. And some of his calls were to a Miami number.

Some of these various entities may no longer be exempt organizations under the IRS. There is a place on the IRS website to search for current exempt status, with certain exceptions noted on the page. Here's the link if anyone is interested.
