I'm also confused here- when those meter readers tapes first came out I heard he said a GRAY BAG- how come now the tapes say something white or multi color and a white board? how did it change from a gray bag to this?

From what I've seen in those pictures, that bag was buried in vine growth- there is no way it was placed there within a month. By October the growth in the woods is becoming dormant and dying.

In fact, in the weeks prior to December 11 I would imagine that area was more lush and green since it was before the cold snaps started- the bag was so very well hidden in that undergrowth I can't believe anyone can definitively say that it was not in that spot unless that specific spot was taped.

And if it was, it shows a setup.

I don't think it proves the body was not there. For all we know, he did see the bag & made a decision NOT to tape it but tape around it. I dont know if thats what happened but all things are possible.

site?? After these tips, why wouldn't LE call for a search of that area then and there in August even if the body wasn't found that day?
It should have been a site of interest being so close to the Anthony home.

Not sure about the protocal for shooting a rattler so close to those homes, but I doubt it is allowed unless the officer felt his life was in critical danger. Leaving the scene may have not been the best option since he could have called in animal control, but under the circumstances perhaps he felt with all the calls coming in that were dead ended that the snakes weren't worth the effort. I am sure his supervisors are going over protocal and his actions at the time.

I wonder if the PI realized the danger they were in while shooting said video? Did they run across any snakes?

i don't think they can go shooting willy nilly in a populated area (even though they were in a wooded area of a populated area)..a snake slithers and moves in under stuff, it's not like its a big loping moose or something...a snake would be a much harder target to hit.

I don't know about FL - but I was in LE for 20+ yrs.

Relative to discharging your firearm under those circumstances, it was not against policy. You wouldn't be firing in an open, populated area, considering the weapon would be pointed downward. We just had to submit an incident report as is mandated anytime a duty weapon is discharged.

However, I must confess, I, in that situation, would have probably picked up a big stick, "drove" the snake away and completed the *call* I had received from dispatch.

The most interesting sentence is: 'The defense's spokesman said they don't want their former private eye to divulge privileged conversations they might have had about where Caylee's remains might be.'

Wait a minute...JB was telling on national TV that Caylee is alife right up to December 11. So, the sentence above is the proof of his lies? It means that PI has knowledge about 'remains' since time he works for JB...which means JB knew that Caylee is NOT alife....Am I missing here something?...

They clearly love Casey more than they loved Caylee. That is evident in their actions and words throught the time Caylee was missing.

They would be perfectly happy to let Caylee's murderer go unpunished and unidentified if it would keep their damaged daughter out of prison.

The only action I saw was driving a bill board around, putting a money jar out, tv & print interviews, hose spraying, name calling, crazy guilty acting, accusing everyone, claiming KC is MOTY. Caylee is found... the PI people can no longer spoon feed the A's "live Caylee" tips and "casey was telling the truth" tidbits to stay in the A's wallet... so what do they have left to stay in the A's good graces? convince them that they have some kind of proof that would show Casey didn't put Caylee out there in those woods.


It's a given... 2 known entities that prey off of the pain and desperation of a missing person's family, are psychics and money hungry PIs. Not all PIs are like this, but they do exist.

Maybe not watching soaps (I was being sarcastic in context,) but I'm still more inclined (with reason,) to stretch to believe that KC spent hours 'in his office, doing illegal things,' than otherwise.

I have no links, no citations and no news articles to back this up. So bring it on.

That said, I, personally believe that KC has worked hard to foster an emotional; connection with KB. And has been somewhat successful.

Contrarily, as much as I disrespect JB, I don't personally believe he's even that dumb to enter into a physical relationship with KC.

I think he tried to offer support, and I think he acquiesces more than he should, but I think even he is too legally savvy to cross some lines.

KC spent much time in JB's offices, but I personally believe she spent many of them just escaping her folks --> watching tv in the boardroom.

A fellow sleuther had suggested at one time Caylee may have been placed in one of those bags that you vacume the air out of. Space Saver bags. That may be why LE took all the vacume cleaners from the A's home.

Or they thought the vacuums might contain dirt from the burial site (fallen from shoes and clothes). Now that they have a burial site, they may have tons of soil samples. I'd check Casey's clothing for EVERYTHING. For heaven's sake, the hair of an-already dead victim was found inside the accused's car. I hope they bring in soil and pollen forensic experts. Orlando in June and July? Lots of plant activity then. I'd even want to know what plants/trees, in the area of the burial site, were producing pollen in the area of the burial site and whether Casey's clothes had any of such pollen on it.

I could believe that if it were not (seemingly) verified that this video was indeed from November. I don't think that the P.I.s would have had the forethought to film this area for the purpose of further emotional blackmail.
