P.I. Says Partner Knew Where Caylee Anthony's Body Was

OK, let me play devil's advocate here for a moment via speculation.

What we know is Kiomarie was interviewed at nearly 10PM on July 19. Kio grew up on Hopespring drive and her dad still lives there. Kio has a friend named Bailey who also lives on Hopespring very close to the Anthony's. Bailey had already spoken to Brian B. and learned he had spoken to LE about the shovel. So Kio and Brian get to talking about KC, and when Kio heard about the shovel, she starts thinking about the secret hiding area off Suburban. Bailey calls Brian and gets the detective's phone number, gives it to Kio, and Kio calls the detective.

Neighbors are obviously talking. It probably does not take long for word to spread about Kio's interview and suspicions about the woods off Suburban. Maybe neighbors kind of are convinced that the area is a high-probability area, but are afraid to spend a lot of time searching themselves because 1) they are neighbors and 2) they figure LE will be able to do it.

So LE does an initial search of the accessible areas (some of it was wet), and they come up with nothing. TES comes out and searches same area - no luck. Problem is - as we know today - the body was not quite in the spot Kio had pointed out. In fact it was several hundred yards away, up the street close to Hopespring.

Neighbors though grow convinced that area is a highly probable area. They know of Kio's story. They know of the shovel. They know TES and LE could not get into all areas. They are unconvinced the unsuccessful searches to date have ruled out the area.

Now throw into the mix speculation that the MR's supervisor is also a neighbor of the Anthony's. Since neighbor's are talking and still think the body could be found up there, the supervisor speaks to his good buddy the MR and asks him to take a look when he does his route. He may even have assigned him to do that route in August just because he is trusted. An official utility vehicle parked up in that area would not look suspicious.

So the MR takes a look and finds a suspicious-looking bag. We know he called it in three times, and the bag was not located. Fay comes in, floods the area, and no searches can be done until early November. Note that rumor has it Kronk was not on that route in Sept., Oct., or Nov.

This next bit of speculation is going to infuriate a lot of Lee haters here when they read what I am thinking. :scream:

Meantime, Lee, I believe, is not drinking the KC Koolaide the way Cindy is. He knows KC did something. He does not know the details, but has suspicions, and does his best to pull information from KC without raising her ire and having her shut him out. He loved Caylee and wants to know the truth. He gets enough KC code to believe her body is nearby, but no details.

Lee becomes aware of Kio's and the neighbor's suspicions.
Maybe he hears about the MR's finding and subsequent failure of LE to locate the body. After Fay, this gets filed in the back of his mind. He starts to drop from public view. He loves his mom and feels she is in a deep denial over KC's crime. He knows - feels - KC did something to Caylee and does not want to get caught up in the maelstrom Cindy is creating.

In early Nov. TES finally can get out and do a search. But they find nothing and pull out earlier than expected. Bewildered, Lee talks to the PI and says:

"Look, there was a MR out up on Suburban near the area Kio pointed out, and he found a very suspicious bag. LE went out there with cadaver dogs but could not find it. Then the MR met them out there but they could not get into the area because of a rattlesnake. He wanted to try again but Fay came along. This past weekend TES went up there, but once again they were too far up in the area of the school. As I understand it, the MR found the bag somewhere along Suburban between the corner at Hopespring and before the school. Not sure of the exact location. Can you check it out?"

So the two PIs hike up there several times to look and video-tape. The information they have is that Caylee's body was found in August, but not recovered. They find nothing. They are close, but not quite in the right spot. Anyone that has seen the psychic videos will agree the area was very dense. They report back to Lee: nothing.

Nejame catches wind that Lee sent the PIs up there and he decides he has had enough. Time to bail out. They privately think the child is dead but publicly berate LE for not searching for a live Caylee. Well, Lee believes she is dead, and probably George does too, but Cindy won't admit it. He's had enough and resigns.

Lee gets word back to the supervisor neighbor and tells him the PI's could find nothing.
Can we get the MR back out there. So the supervisor reasigns the MR to the route and asks him to see if the bag is still there. The MR is back on the route, finds the bag, sees the skull...and Caylee is brought home.

IMHO

Pretty good speculation, JWG. The morning that the remains were found, my first thought was that it seemed awfully convenient that she was found while the A's were out of town, and LA was my first suspect as to someone who could have been behind a tip-off or something that allowed Caylee to be brought home. And at this point, there is simply nothing that I couldn't believe! This case has been a rollercoaster ride from day 31!

You do play a good devil's advocate, I must say. After I calmed down to read it carefully...you gave me some great food for thought. ;)

I have a harder time connecting the MR with the A's. I can see the supervior being in the same neighborhood, I can see the two of them talking about it at work. I can see the supervisor expressing his opinions as to where the remains might be, and maybe even agreeing to look the other way if the MR man started to do some searching while he was on the clock.

I don't really see the MR man being in those woods to take a leak. I live in a very rural area and even in this area most service people will drive to McD's or a gas station to make pit stops.

Unless one of them has a close personal relationship with the A's I don't see LA telling one of them and I don't see the PI's telling them either. I mean if you want that type of control, then you want someone you can trust not to tell the circumstances of how they found out.

But I can see one situation in which the MR man may have heard something. What if the day the MR man was there to read the meter, some of the PI's and/or LA was out in the yard discussing the location. Who really notices the MR man. And they may have tried to talk quietly or talk in "code" so the MR man couldn't understand. And maybe he heard more than they thought and decided to do his own searches. I can see him not sure enough of himself to call LE unless he had something more concrete.

Though I confess I am not so sure why more attempts weren't made after his first call to LE. Another thing I am not clear about. Allegedly JH told LP they were going to move the body? I can see why they might, but why would they tell LP about it??? I can see why JH might even tell LP that they had the video of the search, he could have been talking to LP trying to get a media contact that might pay for it or he could have been trying to get LP to shop it around. But why tell him they planned to move the body, commit an illegal act that could become a felony???

On Nov 5 KC had an interview with a Mathew Troccoli....Im still trying to see who this is.....

Back during this month there was research done on him and I think he was a paralegal that came to see her, possibly working for Baez at the time. Who knows though, with all the crazy twists and turns.

Whew! Just finished reading!

I would bet that Hoover already has immunity. Now LE and FBI have the video Hoover took of DC videoing the area of where the body was. IMO, Hoover is saving his own azz after his self preservation instinct kicked in.

Hoover may have approached LP and asked him if he wanted to buy the video or knew anyone who would. LP advised him to go to the FBI. We will know sooner or later just how any of this came about.

I honestly think that Casey DID want Caylee's body found and that the duct tape was so that maybe LE would buy the kidnapping story. This might have been the plan, but things began to go wrong with the kidnapping plan. I believe that by the time Caylee's body was discovered, it had been realized that the kidnapping plan would not work.

I think that DC is in some deep poo-poo, and I believe the Anthony's are also. This is just my take on it.

About the duct tape..................IF the duct tape was placed on Caylee's head to keep the garbage bag in place, then there would be the plastic of the bag between the duct tape and the hair as well as the skull (hate saying that). I cannot wait to see if there is. IF there is no plastic from the garbage bag sandwiched between the duct tape and the hair and skull, then the duct tape had been placed directly on little Caylee's head.

Given the twists and turns of this case, it honestly would not surprise me if the P.I. moved the bag, put debris in it's place, filmed the area, then replaced the body. I believe that the MR was tipped off by someone in the first place. It was stated in an article that the MR would be telling his story in a few days. That was right after the press conference he gave the day little Caylee's remains was identified by Dr. G.
Well, we have not heard his story yet. Why?

I hope the FBI has polygraphed Hoover. If he is getting immunity, then he would have to agree to it if asked to take one. I further hope that NO ONE in this case gets any sort of immunity, but if they do, I hope that it would only be after taking an FBI administered polygraph.

Polygraphs have evolved over time. I have a friend that went to Quantico to take routine update polygraph training. He was then offered a great position in Dallas, Tx., and moved there. He firmly believes in polygraphs and I do also.

......at the developements of today! More on the way tomorrow also!

Good to mention LP and the Meter Reader together.
I always wondered why LP never "vouched" for him.
LP never referred to him as the the 'good citizen'.
I figure LP knows.
But he did say he tried to give the guy a $$$ reward but the city wouldn't let him have it. In the beginning, he appeared to be trying to do something to "thank him".

SS I agree! I'm just saying that the A's will never admit to their part in all this.

I do, IMO- if Cindy is promised by LE that sharing what she knows with them will keep her out of prison she will spill in a heart beat.

It just seems to me that... if there's evidence DC knew where the remains were, and JH has known about this since mid November, why wasn't there a massive search of that area right then? If this has been discussed already I'm sorry.... why didn't JH alert the authorities back then? Last night LP said something about JH wanting to use the videotape to sell... well then wouldn't LE be climbing all over his hide for withholding this evidence for his own personal gain?

Angel, thanks so much for posting the link!

One of the first things this atty says is he believes LP got the dates wrong. They were only off by a few days, but it makes me wonder where LP is getting his info. from. Did he not write it down and just went off memory? Or does he have some other source?

Updated Video released this morning with P.I. JH. Close to 15 minutes long:

*NEW RELEASE TODAY! RAW INTERVIEW: P.I Jim Hoover Speaks Out
http://www.wftv.com/video/18436081/index.html

wow bombshell..can I just say I do like Kathi B the reporter.

multiple cell phones, multiple calls looks like DC was getting specific info while there
and look at Hoovers face during this interview. He is dying to speak!!
and DC was there other times afterward to look for the body?
Wow this is so weird it is almost unbelievable but in this case somehow I believe it
thanks Angel for link!

I hate to be so blunt, but is there a cliffnote version of this new development? There is so much information and it is overwhelming!

Thanks in advance.

WOW Thanks Angel!
So this will be a busy day today....I am guessing DC will be hauled in for questioning now, if he hasn't already. So he was definately working for the Anth's at that time.

It was said at least twice that more than one phone was used by DC. I am thinking throw away phones. Anyone else think this?

Really wish she had of asked why Hoover waited all this time to go to LE with this info. Last nite on Jane V., Lee's attorney accused Hoover of lying and said it was fishy that he waited all this time to go to LE. My theory...he was in a bad position knowing what D. Casey had told him, didn't plan to say anything as, after all, he is a PI that is supposed to be able to keep a secret. But he had made the mistake of opening his mouth to LP, and of course then LP spilled the beans on national TV, which left him with no choice at that point but to cooperate with LE.

WOW Thanks Angel!

I'm thinking that the motion JB filed asking for a Grand Master for any interview with D. Casey will be addressed today also. Don't you think that ASAP as the ruling comes in on that LE will be having a looong talk with DC?

I don't think a GM will be needed now, more like his own personal lawyer.

This is one big snowball rolling down the hill now!

I'm guessing that LE's waiting until after a funeral service is held to question all members of the A family will probably be going out the window as well......after all it doesn't seem likely that Baez is going to let a funeral take place anytime soon........and LE has work to do reguardless of what Baez has to do.
Looking like the next few weeks will be filled with deals and questionings.
