wow wow wow... Followed this heartbreaking disappearance in the beginning and periodically, and just want to say to all of you who kept this thread going and never gave up and got involved and fought for Holly and her mom: You are all amazing. What a wonderfully insightful, caring group of people you all are here. Here's to what's next - Justice for Holly.

Does anyone still think the Stephanie Roof case is connected? Could she have been one of his 'hunts' or stalking victims?

The thought here is that somehow, whoever the "person of interest" is in the Roof case, they implicated MH(if not himself).

That may come out in the future. I am not hearing anything one way or the other from those close to the case. I am curious as there is vague reference to another person he may have been stalking.

I am also curious if all the bones are Holly's.

I'm so sorry to see this outcome. My heart breaks for Holly's Mom and son. What a sick monster this guy is. Poor Holly. :tears:

There still has not been an arrest in Ms. Roof's murder.
But it seems that on the Horvath land of some 60 acres police knew exactly where to look.
Maybe Horvath spoke of the excavating to the neighbor of Roof. And the maybe the murders are not related but I still wonder if this was the tip they needed?

Anyone know or understand why Horvath is charged with two counts of kidnapping (Lehigh County charges)?

Edit: I found the answer. Now I'm sorry I asked : (

from ABC news: Police filed charges of homicide, evidence tampering, obstruction of law and abuse of corpse charges in Monroe County because that's where they believe he killed Grim. He's charged in Lehigh County with two counts of kidnapping, one in order to facilitate a felony — in this case, homicide — and the other with the intent to inflict injury or terror on the victim.

Our Salute to All Tireless Participants.

I don't even know what to say at this point. I pray for mama and Her son. Although not the outcome any of us wanted, I am glad that they all have some sort of closure. They have a long road ahead of them, but the community, friends, and family are all behind them supporting them in anyway they can.

I don't want to post here what I'm afraid happened to Holly but I will say, I think there must be another crime scene somewhere.

The trailer in the Horvath driveway could be involved.

The wife says she came home to his muddy shoes and light on in the bedroom so he was in the house, but he only had about an hour of unaccounted time that morning.
6:30am at Holly's residence. His fresh blood on her back door.
7:30am in Saylorsburg per phone ping.
7:30am to 8:30am unaccounted time
8:30am to 9:30am drive back to Allen Organ

It's not letting me reply to a post with quotes for some reason.
But if there was another crime scene why would he then bring her to his own property?
He could however hidden her in the trailer.
I'm curious of his movements in the week after. Did he take off of work? Did he have a day his wife was at work or gone for the day or weekend?

I hate to say this.....I think she was taken to his property after the fact. I think he probably had her hidden away somewhere for a while. Based on what was found in the search, it seems unlikely he would have harmed Holly immediately. He could have done that at her own place. It also seems unlikely he harmed her within his own home. And the timeline would seem to indicate he didn't have enough time to do whatever he did and bury her on his own property the same day she went missing.

I would also like to know his movements in the days following Holly's disappearance.
