getting ready to show OS clip - --- seems very obvious to me that to Mason it's all about the "win" and that is why I can't stand to watch him. Good show though. JA just talked about how it is ok to judge jury as a whole but not individually. He said it was , think he said, deplorable how the Jury foreman got the hate mail.

JudgeA says that the public sees what the jury sees but the public sees more and therefore the outrage. Jurors speculate and make up scenarious that aren’t there because they feel there is something they are not being told.

Moderator says that JB opening statement is unbelievably dramatic.. Why wasn't it developed any further. Sending message to the world that CA will have to testify. Her father denied it so she would have to testify. Was this done for effect or did you think you might have to put her on the stand.

CMason was surprised as most people about the opening statement.

Blah blah blah. Man CM is arrogant. He said that even though GA said he was shocked to hear the opening statement and his involvement it was a lie because CMason told him weeks before. Mason says that from day one he knew that CA would not be on the stand. He said that he wouldn't let her because he saw the 5 inch book of LDB for cross examination questions.

CM stated that when the jail house letters were found and before their release, he called GA out of his own moral beliefs to advise that GA that he was going to hear some very bad things, he also said he told CA as well... CM did not agree that these statement against GA should have been made in court.

Moderator says JB opens by telling us that my client is a liar and this is the reason. She was sexually abused and taught to be kept silent. Was there an advantage that everything was a lie. This case is maddening. If it was an accidental drowning why go to so much trouble covering it up as a murder and if it was a murder why would you put up the Fusion pictures? Why wouldn't you sit at home crying.

JA says that no one has ever seen a person like CA before. He says that he admires her ability to lie and maintain it for years in exact detail and never making a mistake and adjusting it on the fly.

CM says you are assuming that CA had anything to do with the concealment of the child. He says that he isn't at liberty to say how the child ended up in the swamp.
