Are you effing kidding me?????????? what is with these people????? Right when the Padillas were about to do the right thing, they do this crap. Okay, I'm reconsidering joining in on that silent drive a thon holding signs on Monday!

AMEN.....1K a day for security for this worthless little lying twit? Padillas: this
money could be used for someone more worthy. Caylee is Gone.

I see a book written. There has to be something in this for them. No one in their right mind would keep that girl out of JAIL where she belongs.

No wonder she was in such a good mood last night she baked a bunch of brownies. (the heck with her 3 yr old daughter out there in a field or landfill somewhere:furious:)

Maybe Casey promised to give up info in exchange for staying out? I wish but I don't know.

IMHO are is only one thing that JB could have said to make LP change his mind and that is that Casey is excepting the immunity deal.

On the other hand, it could be that TP talked LP out of it, since Tony didn't want to revoke the bail. His view is it is a person's right to bail and he is right.

Actually, :) a person does not have a right to bail. A person has a right, depending on the charges, to have a bail amount set.

Well isn't that just peachy??? and what's up with Casey carrying a tray of brownies to att's office? What does she think this is, a freakin party? Grrrrrrrr

pfffft.

LP wanted to, TP could not -- as it might ruin his rep as bondsmen.

There goes my pleasant weekend thoughts of seeing her carted back, ala Paris Hilton in tears.

I'm completely done with the Padilla chit. It's for more face time period. Screw this, I will turn off my TV anytime I see the name. Disgusted with this game.

I think that JB asked him to wait until the timeframe plays out until Tuesday , when Casey has the right to accept the offer. If they find the body, other evidence they have is supporting of the conclusion she died at her mother's hand then the whole bond issue will be gone. One way or the other Casey will most likely be back in jail by or on Tuesday.

I truly do not believe there is any offer of immunity on the table, if there truly is, it is about attempting to move one's client along in the anticipation that they may run out of time when the bulk of the outstanding tests come back, or if a body was found.

I have been vocal both on here and to Tony P directly, while I HATE the tartlett is out on bail, I DO understand that given they bailed her out for the right reasons, the rules changed immediately after, this was not what they signed on for, it does not change the responsibility they have to their profession and they are prepared to take the heat on it.

Remember, if you believe Casey had help moving this child's body as I do, there are 2 people VERY nervous about the following:
1) Prelim confirmed results leaked the day TES comes to town, and the day after it was announced they would be.
2)TES met with LE today, is going to begin searching this weekend, and they are the best there is in a recovery situation.
3)Release of discovery strongly indicates there was no kidnapping.

One of those people are going to get limited immunity, and it is not Casey, imo. And DD I agree, it is imminent, possibly even today.

I think she threatened him...lol -

Tony Padilla said, by phone to someone at Fox 35 yesterday: "..that he has an obligation to protect the credibility of his company and not just shuffle people out and back into jail."~snip~

He said that here too, but this isn't business as usual. It's a completely different situation. I mean, she not only didn't post a dime...but the conditions they asked for weren't met. Not to mention, if the testing results are right and things are as they appear, it's basically moved from a missing to murder case. If everything was as usual, I could understand...but it's not!

Just this morning on Fox News LIVE he stated he was revoking her bond and SHE WOULD BE BACK IN JAIL ON SATURDAY! That was less than 4 hours ago. He said he was doing it because of all the threats the family was receiving.

LOL, hang in you will get your moment!! We all deserve it I think!

Maybe the WS folks more knowledgable about the law can help here. But I didn't think bail could be revoked unless there was violation of the release rules or new evidence. Anyone know for certain?

The state can revoke bail under the conditions you mentioned. The bondsman can revoke at any time for any reason.

I'm completely done with the Padilla chit. It's for more face time period. Screw this, I will turn off my TV anytime I see the name. Disgusted with this game.

And at WS, it's an ego boost, to have members fawning over them. If you look at the threads, you can see that there are never any substantial answers.

Casey was probably begging TP for him to give her one more day, just like she was begging her mother to give her one more day to find her missing daughter before getting the police involved.

I'm not knowledgable about the law, but I do know this. If I put up that amount of money to bond someone out, I would be entitled to change my mind. It would be my money.

I don't know who guaranteed the $500,000, but if it was LP, he doesn't need Tony's permission to revoke it. I can see him discussing it with him, however, he should have kept his d**n mouth shut until it was decided. I'm with whoever else posted, I will not watch another thing with his face on it, he is such a pompous jerk I can't stand him.

I would prefer to give the Padilla's the benefit of the doubt since they have been doing this for a long time and probably know a whole heluva lot more than they can tell here on the internet:)

When will this merry-go-round be over????? I'm getting motion sickness!!!!!!!

I'm right there with you! This roller coaster ride is making me queasy!

I respect the Padillas and whatever decision they feel is right to make in this case... but man, the constant up/down/back/forth (of the whole case in general, not just the bond situation!) is enough to keep us all dizzy!

If they aren't going to pull the bond on her I think they should throw her to the wolves and let her fend for her self . This "Rock Star Image " crap is really ticking me off big time .

Will this nonsense ever end? This has been the most unbelieveable/ridiculous case I have ever seen in my whole entire life. Lie, after lie, after lie. Does ANYONE tell the truth? UGH!

Funny you say that...there have been lots of instances in multiple threads where members told Tony stuff about this case that he didn't know.

I don't put faith in people I don't know. I don't know Tony, I don't know Leonard, so I have no reason to "trust" them.
