...posting cuz not showing her face now is FUTILE!
but this is NOT the way it works with most courts. it's just not. and it doesn't have to work like this in THIS court either.
I know it is frustrating but this is not about us. IT is about the process. This is how it works. People get a fair and legal trial in America. It does not always go like clockwork.
We all know where this is going but it has to be done right so it only has to be done once! We don't want any appealable issues. If that Jury says DEATH, WE don't want it coming back because something about the process was wrong.
We have come so far ! Stay strong
What really bugs me of the judge in the past is when she says to the Jury.....just go back to your room and we will let you know in about 15 minutes.
Well, that 15 minutes turns into 30, then an hour, then 2 hours, then court is cancelled. She just has no respect for their time. IMO only.
Sure, some of it has not been her fault, but IMO a lot of it has been. As far as estimating delays and giving the jury their time to go home when not needed.
Michael Kiefer@michaelbkiefer - Tweeted this "We were just told we can go back into the courtroom, but we are going to adjourn for the day."
All done until next Monday Folks!
:woohoo:
The jury gets to think about those statements till MONDAY!
If Jodi is sentenced to death, I bet she'll have the mother of all migraines on the day they take her to the chamber.
Her friend bailed!!! I bet ya all!

Umm why does she not want to be seen? Curious?
Because apparantly we've all seen her already??
