Accuser 10 talked about a time that he and Sandusky were wrestling. He said Sandusky pinned him to the ground, pulled his shorts down and started to have oral sex with him. Accuser 10 said he freaked out.

Accuser 10 then took the stand. Accuser 10 does not have a lawyer. He met Sandusky through Second Mile in 1998.

John McQueary said to call 911 his sonwould have had to tell him that he saw someone injured, crying, screaming… he said I don't know the answer to that. He said, whatever had taken place was over. He said, it's not like I walked in on it.

John McQueary testified at the Curley/Schultz hearing. I checked the transcript.

Point for the defense (a minor one).
 
Under cross examination, Accuser 10 tells defense attorney Joe Amendola that one time at a pool, Sandusky picked him up and put his hands down his shorts and touched his genitals.

Amendola asked Accuser 10 about a trip in a car. Amendola said – he had his right hand on your thigh? Accuser 10 answered – Yes.

Accuser 10 then recounts a wrestling match in the basement where he says Sandusky pinned him to the ground, pulled down his sex and forced oral sex. Accuser 10 said Sandusky's wife, Dottie, was home at the time.

Amendola asks Accuser 10 what he told the agent. Accuser 10 said – I told him I had contact with Sandusky.

Victim 10 isn't the strongest witness, because of his criminal record. There is no corroborating evidence.

I initially thought the same thing but don't you think that because his testimony pretty much mirrors what the other two victims testified to, that the jury can and will overlook his criminal record? Still a victim of JS. If I were on the jury, his criminal record would mean little to me.
 
sickening...just sickening...he needs to go to hardcore prison for the rest of his unnatural life.

I agree about the criminal record-I would also think maybe-just maybe he was acting out b/c of what JS did to him
