I don't think so Adalena. Broken hyoid is indicative of strangulation, but I don't think the ME would report it as a broken neck. That's a huge stretch. ME's are usually fluent in Latin and English, based on my medical background.
I just keep wondering if he stomped on her neck. I find it hard to believe that a tennis racket could cause that kind of damage. I can see him stomping on her to finish he off in all is rejected rage. Makes me sick to think about.
Thank you. It was a stretch on my part. The whole thing makes me sick too. My heart aches for the families of Natalee & Stephany. Can't imagine the grief. I'm so glad they have him in custody. When I heard of him wanted on this homicide in a foreign country I was reminded of Beth Holloway so long ago begging he not be free to harm another. Don't remember her exact words but she turned out to be right in my opinion. The injustice of someone daring to take another person's life & they were so young. In both cases they were the only daughters. Untold losses.
