Unless I'm mistaken, though, there's been nothing to connect SY with JB or SG or MP or anyone else..... it's SY's bio that makes him stand out as someone to look at.

d) If this is a fact, then the possibility SG got into MP's vehicle, and he then left Oak Beach.

e) Did CPH call MG, prior to MP and AD returning to Oak Beach?

It is huge if we can determine that SG never walked into the marsh.

Extremely important things to know
1) Time and date of SG's last call to MG
2) Time and date of CPH's first call to MG
3) Time and date MP met with CPH, looking for SG

Why complicate this more than it is. There are over a dozen interviews with MG on the internet where you can hear her state that the last time she heard from SG was on Friday APRIL 30th just before SG was leaving for her appointments that evening. MG also has stated a dozen or more times how she received a call from someone claiming to be Hackett on May 2nd. She even asked him right to his face in his own house why he was denying calling her on the 2nd.

Okay this time line is becoming clearer.

CPH called MG, May 2, before AD and MP visited CPH on May 3.

It therefore is not possible that CPH called MG on the behest of MP and AD the day before they came to Oak Beach

Either CPH met MP on or before May 2, or he got SG's mothers phone number from the only other person who had MG's phone number, SG!

Where did CPH get MG's number, and why did he call, could not have been at MP's behest.

Could MP have somebody call MG on May 2 posing as CPH. How was MP aware of CPH prior to meeting him on May 3?

This comment is full of errors and I don't know why it is being brought up after it was corrected on another thread.

SG called her mother the night of April 30 before her date with JB. She disappeared sometime around 6:00 AM the morning of May 1. CPH or someone impersonating him called MG on May 1, according to MG. AD and MP returned to OB on May 3 to look for her. Shannan's mother filed a police report in Jersey City on May 4.

This was long ago established on these threads.
 
I have just reviewed several articles and interviews with MG, AD, and MP and I think there IS some confusion about the date MG received the call from CPH. So far we only have MG's word that she received the call. She says it was May 1, but also says it was the day before Alex and Mike visited CPH and tried to file a police report at OB. They visited OB on May 3, so she may have been confused about whether the CPH call was made on May 1 or May 2. There was no confusion about MG receiving a last call from SG on May 30, BEFORE she went to JB's.

Hey.

CPH never stated that he called MG the day he received a visit from MP & AD. As a few members have pointed out, in the now infamous letters to 48 Hours, he claims to have a phone record of a call from AD a few minutes before he called MG on May 6th. He claims in the letters that it was then that Ad requested he call MG.

Even so, I've learned not to trust MP or even many of the media reports. It's all scrambled eggs and fuzzy reception at best.

If MG's phone records show a call from CPH on May 2nd, well that would be something significant. That would suggest CPH lied and attempted to conceal that call. I've been asking for proof of that call for over a year now. Not one person (including MG) would post it for us. Do the phone call records exist? If not, all of this is mute.
 
Seaslug MG had a face to face conversation with CPH. He denied calling her on May 2nd. She said he called her before she knew she was miissing. She went on to say the police have the phone record.

I'm 99.99% sure that I have either read, or in a video heard, MG say that the 1st call, the one she belive was from CPH (May 1st or 2nd), was from some kind of untraceable phone, meaning that there was NO phonenumber in her phone records from that particular call.

MG also early on, July 2011, stated :

I have tried really hard to find the info about the "untraceable phone/no phonenumber in the records" again, but so far has not been able to find it, if I do find it, I will post it.

And please note that I am neither for or against MG's claim that CPH called her, I´m just interested in that the correct information comes to light.

In a past thread we discussed an interview on the LISK site that was from someone claiming to be MG. One of our regular reliable posters commented that it was likely MG giving the interview because she did comment there on occasion and she had pretty much said the same thing on her Facebook page. In the interview she states that a man claiming to be CPH called her from a land line with his name and number in the caller ID on May 1, 2011. IIRC CPH has admitted to that call, therefore the question becomes how did he get MG's phone number

Alternatives;

**** MG's number given willingly by SG to CPH. "thanks for treating me doc,
I will leave with my driver now, btw can you call my mother and tell her
I am okay' This fits the neighborhood gossip rumors

**** The call was from someone other than CPH, to divert attention from
somebody else, not CPH. Who would have a motive to do that? Could
it have been somebody on MP's behalf?

**** The number for MG was taken from SG's phone without SG's
knowledge.

If you believe there is a conspiracy against CPH, and the conspirators found SG's phone somewhere and made the call, why would CPH admit to making a call he never made?

Again the focus clearly comes back to MP.

means, his hands
opportunity, when he got her into his vehicle.
dumped the body in marsh off Parkway
dumped clothes in marsh when he returned May 3 to Oak Beach

And AD would be perfectly cool with becoming an accessory to murder?
 
What if MP's concern over GC calling the police was not out of fear of LE but out of fear that JR, who I believe was already free of his fed conviction, would get wind of this fiasco out at OB? Could it be that MP was afraid that this further attention from LE might once again lead to his going to jail... and perhaps he was afraid of being used as a pawn in SG's upcoming case (the one where JR had already been convicted.)

SG was Defendant 3

So who was Defendant 2? Was it another escort or possibly a driver? MP and anyone who may have been pulling his puppet strings may play a huge role in what happened to SG.

I've had in my little brain that E. Evangelista was defendant #2, but no way to prove that. Maybe there's a way to search court documents (I dunno how). And, for what it's worth... I still believe JR had a partner who had too much to lose and wouldn't not/couldn't not risk "publicly/legally" being associated with the business (aka puppet string puller :))

SG & EE "... arrested at 300 Sinatra Drive on Tuesday, June 23 and charged with promoting prostitution, conspiracy, and manufacturing, distributing, or dispensing a controlled dangerous substance.

Gilbert’s employer was listed in the arrest log as Lace Party Girls and her alias as “Sabrina.” Both were released on a summons."
