Well, Cindy does or did have the most to lose. Besides all that ... Where will GA go? Last time to his parents in Fort Meyers. It so happens living in the same house - separate lives happens. Costly living apart after a split. Couples can remain friends after breaking up for the perks. CA gets an escort ... GA a place to sleep.

As for their already existing money issues, how much worst can it get? CA funds drained. Supposedly she hasn't worked for 3 years. Personally, I just don't like having to be liable for GA squandering debts. But how much more can he spend if they can't get credit?

An old shoe is hard to throw away. :rose:

Quite frankly after the appearance of the Corporate Compliance Officer for Gentiva, I safely predict that CA's disability will be cut off in a few months. I think it will be within the next 90 days after Casey is convicted.

I think that things are about to get a whole lot uglier in the Anthony Casa. I hope they get through it and come out okay the other side.

It is my deepest hope that when this trial is all over, I will forget to wonder about them. :)

Cindy will publish her book and 1/2 the lifetime earnings from it will be GA's in a community property state. He will take his $$ and split, and because he's nice looking, and a celebrity now, he'll have no trouble replacing Cindy--often. He'll do some book promotion appearances with CA, and later without her.

Not if it stinks and has holes in the soul (sic). :)

I hope that they stay together and hopefully find peace.

Cindy gets off the stand, looks at Casey and mouths, "I love you."

George gets off the stand, looks at Casey and makes the motion of washing his hands.

I don't know how they can sit next to one another in court, let alone share the same house. :dunno:

Thank God George finally figured out that his daugher is a crazy loone.

I voted yes. They have been together for 28 years now?
not to be mean but with ICA as a daughter it might make it real hard to get a "date"

I would seem to think it may turn out the exact opposite is true. It's a strange world out there, and with all the publicity he has had, a lot women would be sympathetic to him and his plight.

Let's keep in mind that this is the same world that a Drew Peterson easily found girls half his age to marry, even when it was widely believed he was responsible for two of his ex-wives deaths.

George's suicide note certainly expressed a deep devotion to Cindy (and very low self-esteem, sadly). I was kind of surprised by that, and found it touching. So I don't know if they will stay together. I think it will depend on Cindy, who may be annoyed that he was not willing to lie for Casey and that his relationship, whatever it was, with River Cruz became so public. I kind of hope they do stay together, because really nobody else will ever understand what they've been through. And I hope they get counselling. Lots of it. That may make it possible for them to really support each other.

I don't see how they can stay together. I truly believe that even after all this, if ICA was acquited Cindy would welcome her back into the house with open arms. And continue the controlling strange dynamic with the added edge that she could hold all this over ICA's head forever. Would like to think George's self-respect would not allow this, but sadly I think he would. So though I believe he should run far away and attempt to start over, doubt he will.

At first, during the trial, they seemed to be reunited in doing the right thing by Caylee (and in their grief). Not so much now, George seems a little more maverick and somewhat being honest. Cindy reverted back to lying...
Forgot to add, I voted NO. I think this trial has permanently torn their family apart- except for Lee with Mallory. Exposing all the families lies and dysfunctionality publicly and the split of Cindy continuing to lie for Casey while George has begun to tell the truth, I can't see any amount of therapy overcoming that, plus they'd have to admit they have a problem which they also haven't owned up to... In addition, it was mentioned, that they came close to divorcing in the past over George's gambling. They've each supposedly had affairs, so toxic as they both are, there are other people out there who would sympathize with each of them and take them...

I DO BELIEVE THEY WILL STAY TOGETHER at this point in their life. if casey gets death penalty i feel both will have nervous breakdown and that will change the events. both will be needing to be hospitalized at some point. holding them together is like making two half make one whole if casey also is sentenced to death. they could survive if lwop but death penalty will make one or both incapable of trusting , compassion and will effect them in every way of life.jmo feel cindy will remain single if divorced. lovers but no hubby-lol

george will have many woman willing to have him as their friend and lover. cindy will be more independent and will be more public in speaking and tv . george will stand up for himself more and cindy could be shocked he says no more bull from anyone- so-- in the end who knows. could depend on verdict .
BBM. I think this is the only thing you & I have ever agreed on.

I voted no. They are united now because of what is going on but after the trial is over and their granddaughter is gone and their daughter is in jail for life, I just think they won't have much to hold them together anymore. I feel bad for George and he seems like such a soft spoken and gentle man, and he is an attractive man. If he and Cindy don't stay together, I hope he finds someone who won't run roughshod over him and will appreciate him for the man he is.

Cindy is needy and cannot live alone. GA is addicted to the drama. I don't see them splitting.

I think this trial experience binds them together for at least several years. Ultimately they may drift apart. I've read a page or 2 of comments before posting and noticed many referred to money...they will reap from this trial. I'm of the belief they shouldn't despite the situation they both lied and shouldn't be rewarded for that.

I don't believe they will stay together, after this is over I hope Cindy will finally find some peace with her daughter in jail and George gone. This River Cruz thing will be her last straw I bet.

Don't know why but I think they are just putting on a united front to get through this and try to keep their daughter off death row. I get the feeling they are like best friends and worst enemies rolled into one. Whatever the outcome I hope they will be able to go on in life...knowing they did the best they could in a situation where no one wins. I have no doubts that they loved Caylee very much, and Casey too. I can't even begin to imagine what their lives have been like since June 2008.
The answer to the question of this thread is...I don't know. JMO
