I like your thinking. Is there some "keyword" we can use to google this evil doctor so we can see his identity without you having to disclose it?
 
I'd like to search for any connections to FL during the time between 2002 and when he settled his civil suit in 2008 but Mr wm is on hiatus between jobs and it's been difficult for me to research in depth. It has always bothered me that lisk appeared to take a break in '08 and my POI had a civil suit against him so I wondered if he killed elsewhere.
 
Sleuthers, This morning I'm doing a bit of sleuthing and wondering if my fellow Sleuthers are aware of other sks who dumped victims murdered at different times in the same spot. I know sks may dump in the same general area but this guy dumped them in such close proximity that it has to say something. I am thinking about the GB4 and the AC4. I personally do not think that all of ui in suffolk county are victims of the lisk but that is my opinion that is probably not shared by many.

The two victims in Brockton MA in mid to late 2014 were found literally on top of each other. The top one dismembered, the bottom one skeletonized.

Because of proximity and the postmortem timeline on the yet to be identified I'm sticking with most if not all on Ocean Parkway was the same guy. The peaches and cherries and some of the others I'm not so sure.
 
I was reading the UG Long Island Street Action thread and I noticed something interesting about genius. He will talk repeatedly about parking and watching from a far either stings going down or watching girls getting picked up and dropped off again. Pretty interesting as some have suggested the killer watches the victims until they are done with the john's.
 
Genius thinks highly of himself. Creepy Stalker suits him better.
 
Does the killer use a gun? Too early victims dumped on LI in garbage bags were killed by a gunshot wound.

Wolf Hill Road man: Case History
The victim was located near a chain-link fence in a wooded area 50 feet off the shoulder of the eastbound lanes of the Northern State Parkway, east of Wolf Hill Road, in the Town of Huntington, Suffolk County, New York.
A contracted inspector from the state Department of Transportation who was overseeing a grading operation about a half-mile east of the exit found him. Contract employees last worked along that stretch of road when lighting fixtures were installed in December.
The man was shot three to five times in the head and torso with a large caliber pistol, and his body was stuffed into a black garbage bag.

olice say that the killer dumped the head, with a single bullet wound to the head, in the frozen pond, where it was found on January 25, 2003.

Did the LISK use a gun or are these victims of another murderer?
 
John Kelly Profiler is slow rolling out some thoughts on this case on his YT channel. Three videos to date with a few minor mistaken details but otherwise I can't say I disagree with anything so far.
 
Just a thought that came to me. I wonder if LISK pretends to be disabled in order to seem less of a threat.

That worked for Ted Bundy but I think LISK portrayed himself as more suave and sophisticated than he is/was or ever could be. I think he was a repeat client for some of the victims, built a level of trust in that respect, and perhaps this explains why some left their phones and purses behind.

The disappearance of Maureen Brainard-Barnes (the first of the GB4 to go missing) is why I think LISK was a previous client. Maureen called her sister from Penn Station then vanished. Maybe she called LISK in a last ditch effort for money because she knew he was good for it, and perhaps he told her to take the train (subway, LIRR) to meet him somewhere.

It’s difficult to believe that an adult could be forcibly taken from Penn Station. Yes, it could happen but considering the sheer volume of law enforcement and daily commuters passing through there, surely someone would notice an abduction and intervene.

Good points made.

LISK probably grooms his victims into thinking he's a great guy & feeling safe with him.

As mentioned by others, the GB4 were experienced women in this business & street smart, & to think some left their phones, & other things behind to meet up with this guy makes me think he had met up with these girls before several times.

The thing is, since he's looking for victims to kill, why would he take such a risk to meet up with these girls several times & be seen by others with these girls unless he was taking them to secluded places to have sex, with no one ever seeing him with these girls.

Boggles the mind that he or his car were never caught on video......he's very careful & very lucky in his endeavors.

As for a profile on LISK, it's difficult because we the public don't have much information.

He's probably 45 to 55 years old......

Intelligent with an IQ of 115 to 130.....

Familiar with forensics & police techniques (doesn't mean he's associated with any job as a police officer)

Computer savvy unless he had someone set up a VPN on his computer so he can browse Craiglist & communicate with his victims......

Shows discipline & is cunning by purchasing burner phones to integrate into his crimes.......

He loves to inflict emotional pain on his victims & their families......especially when contacting the victims little sister & friend, he gets a sexual & emotional high off calling them & hearing their despair.


Still not enough information out there to get a full profile of him imo........
 
Megan's mom Lorraine did say Megan left her phone behind.
She retracted that statement.
She said she would not leave her phone behind.

Someone called her job several times.
The caller was told she's not in.
The caller wanted her cell #.
Said he was NYPD.
Her co-workers did not give it to him.
Lorraine said the NYPD was never on her daughters case.

SCPD has Lorraines cell #.
She reported the calls to them.

Its not a stretch to believe the killer took Megan's phone.
 
I remember Dave Schaller saying on 48 Hours that LISK called Amber Costello multiple times on the day she disappeared. What he didn’t say was if the calls came from a blocked or accessible number, and whether the police took the phone as evidence.

It’s interesting that Amber was instructed to leave her phone behind because LISK clearly enjoyed using the victims’ phones to taunt their family and friends after the fact. He called Melissa’s sister and boyfriend/pimp, called Megan’s mother, called Maureen’s friend Sarah, and in 2012 a woman claiming to be the mother of Peaches called a CT tattooer.

I wonder what, if anything, LISK kept that belonged to Amber. Maybe asking her to leave the phone at home was an attempt to cover his own butt. Perhaps he had enough self awareness to know he needed to cool it with the calls lest he be caught.

I was thinking of this the other day how the first two GB4 escorts had their phones with them when they met LISK, but the 3rd & 4th girl supposedly left theirs behind.

With Barnes, her friend Sarah was contacted by LISK, but with Melissa, her pimp & her sister both get harrassed. It seems LISK was enjoying screwing with their heads until it got out that the police were trying to locate his location during the calls to Melissa's sister.

He might of thought it's time to distance himself from the victims by convincing the girls to leave their phones at home, who knows his method to his madness.

The first two GB4 victims were killed 2 years apart, 2007 & 2009, then Shannan Gilbert disappears on May 1st of 2010, & LISK kills Megan on June 6, 2010 & Amber on Sept 2nd 2010, only 3 months apart.

I wonder if LISK was ramping up his kills instead of having a longer cooling off period because he thought the police may eventually find his dumping ground knowing they're searching for Shannon........but imo, it's taking a big risk dumping Megan & Amber's bodies on Gilgo only a month after Shannan disappears at Oak Beach.

Either he has inside information on what's going, or he's been very lucky up to now .......he's a controlling risk taker, he calculates everything he's going to do in his favor & then acts on it.

Would be nice if the feds gave the public a bit more information to see if they could help out.

Couldn't agree more. Look how long he kept Amber on the phone accord to DS. I also think he's a drunk dialer when wifey goes to bed and he's left to his own devices.
