I completely disagree. Here's my theory:

After Caylee passed away KC freaked out and tried to make it appear that Caylee drowned. It didn't work because her lungs didn't fill up with water so she took the shovel and dug by the pool (where the impression was found by LE). She buried Caylee there 1st until she could come up with her plan of where to put her then. I believe the reason the cadavers hit in other locations in the backyard was because during the time of before and after the attempted drowning she put Caylee down in various places so she could dig by the pool.

Don't they live in a subdivision? I'm just wondering why someone didn't notice her moving Caylee all around and digging? I have nosey neighbors in my neighborhood. I figured all neighborhoods had at least one nosey neighbor.

Very close but the jaw bone is wider than Caylee's. It is more square. Also, as previously stated the ears are different. The top of Caylee's ear begins further up. It doesn't curve down onto the skull as much as this other pic. Sure is close tho.

On a picture of KC and Kaylee at the beach there was a big blue and white cooler on wheels. If the body was in the cooler and KC went to a park or near the water, it would look like a picnic, or fishing, until she felt no one was around. At the house there is no way anyone could see from the front of the house, due to the high wooden fence. Same from the back. There should be a door from the back yard to the garage and she backed into the garage and put the cooler in the trunk, it could have been unseen by neighbors.

If Casey's cell phone was pinging near the Anthony's and receiving calls from the Anthony's on 7/16 in the morning, she wasn't at the Anthony's, but she could have been at Lee's. The cocoamom's church is not going to ping near the Anthony's.
If Cindy and KL were swimming after Mt.Dora and KC comes home only to get into a fight which makes Cindy so mad and preoccupied that she forgets to put the ladder to the pool away. KC and KL leave that night, return home later to an empty house. KC gets carried away on the computer and KL goes out to swim again.

I think she was mad and left quickly, leaving her cell behind. How about when mom came to get her at TLs on July 15th but LE went to his apt. and got her cell phone at 10PM? Seems she leaves in behind occasionally - especially when dizzying and emotional things are happening.

Why, oh why, was she searching for "shovel" on her computer? Who would search shovel? What CSI programs were on in Jan/Feb/Mar that might have had an episode with a shovel? We know there was a CSI with the cholorform, but was there one with a shovel?

Perhaps I should go back and read through the whole thread, I must be missing something. (no surprise there!) This pic does look like a little boy, with different facial features than Caylee. Can anyone provide insight? Pretty please?

Excuse? Why? If I thought my kid had stolen something from my home and it was in the trunk of the car I paid for, I wouldn't need an excuse! I wouldn't ask any questions, I wouldn't pussyfoot around. I would take my key, go to the car that I paid for and retrieve my stuff. Then there'd be questions and in this case I believe Geroge's question to KC would have been "What in the he!! have you done!"

GA acts like he has to walk on egg shells around both CA & KC! Those women rule that house and always have!!!

Even at the LE interview he kept saying "MY GUT FEELING WAS KC LIED"
The officer then asked him WHY he never confronted KC and WENT with the GUT FEELING!!!

His answer "everytime CINDY would make some excuse for KC so he would let it go"

The shovel really popped out at me...especially in light of the fact that she did indeed borrow one. Why didn't she break into the shed to get a shovel? She seemed to have no problem doing that to get the gas cans a couple of days later. Something tells me that the shovel is VERY important. And not to dig up bamboo. Something else CA went on and on about.

I also think a lot of what the As have said has first been "prettified" by their spokesperson or lawyer at the time. Like if they ask you, this is how you respond. Yes, IMO a parent would just go to the car and open the trunk. The way George makes it sound it seems he fears his own daughter. Scary.

ive thought that too, like ga seems like someone who no doubt has a shovel! hes a grown man who seems to know how to keep a home. and if digging up bamboo is something they always do then why be dumb enough to put an extra person in the mix by asking for a shovel. and that neighbor sounded like the most honest person in the bunch. his transcripts were very believable. i guess cause hes not an anthony i suppose.

Hi Everybody,

This is my 2nd post. Think you guys are wonderful!

I have a theory about the shovel I would like to share.

First of all, IMO I do not believe the shovel was borrowed to bury Caylee. This doesn't make sense to me as GA is an excop, there are dogs in the household, and although it has been done before, I find it hard to believe KC would do this. I also do not believe the the swimming cover up (accident) story from LP (although I do love him). It would be extremely hard to use a shovel to get a corpse from the bottom of the pool.

So here is my theory....

There is no doubt that Cindy is a "helicopter mom" and probably searched KC's room regularly (especially with the lies and theft issues). I'm sure KC was aware of this and probably never left anything incriminating in her room. So, I believe the shovel was borrowed to retreive something hidden underneath the sandbox. I have a 4 year old daughter who has a sandbox and once filled every Sping it is impossible to move. Also, if you have seen any pictures of Caylee playing in the sandbox you will notice the sandbox is on mulch. If KC were hiding something under the sanbox she could have easily wedged the borrowed shovel underneath, lifted up a side to retreive whatever she had hidden underneath, and then fixed the mulch to make it look like the area hadn't been touched.

She could have placed Caylee's cloths under it? She could have had the chloroform under it? Stolen credit cards?

I pray for you everyday Caylee! Bless your little beautiful heart!

This makes sense and could she have buried something out by the Airport also?????????????or retrieved something the day a women in the straw hat was seen.

I just finished reading part 13 of the 11/26 doc dump. The last document in that section (2950) is an email from Rick to CA. I am still laughing myself silly, because he has just basically said to her what the rest of us would love to say to her, but can't.

While Baez is working to get Casey out of jail and back with her parents. He said his job is to protect her at all costs, defending her against her current charges and any charges she may face in the future.

I don't think I've heard an attorney define their job quite that way before. All costs?? Even if he's disbarred after this fiasco? I think they're using him (or still using him) to defend her so they can claim 'inadequate representation' later on appeal. They know his experience doesn't make him prepared to handle a case like this.

No doubt because you use your own money. Remember, Casey was on someone else's dime and money never proved to be a consideration for what she bought, other than from whom she would obtain the money.

where did the photo of the child in the sunglasses on this thread come from? I'm confused (it doesn't take much) those glasses look like the Disney Animal Kingdom tough to be a bug show 3-d glasses IMO
