Raven is innocent!

personally..........i've never been a SOLID guilty............but most definitely , not an innocent either, as far as raven goes...

...for me, it's what raven has done since the murder that really make me doubt him..........his erasing of the web sites.........janet's pictures on the family site.......his pathetic excuse months later at a one-liner "memorial'......

...even if he did so on the advice of his lawyer, if it were me, and i truly grieved the loss of my spouse, i'd say 'screw you' , and i'd put up a major memorial site anyway.....

...everything raven has done to date just doesn't LOOK LIKE the actions of an innocent man..........

Well lauriej, you can just see all the time, effort and expense he put into the website memorial for Janet. Wow, he might have broken a sweat over that.

... so few people have come forward and wholeheartedly stated that they believe Raven is 100% innocent, I want to make sure that the few who do take a stand for Raven know they are welcome here - all points of view are good - anything that can help solve Janet's murder.
And that's what it comes down to. I agree, Moxie. All thoughts are welcome. Since we've explored every possible variety of how Raven might be guilty, (it seemed there was no end to that trail), it would be nice to start to discuss other possibilities and how the facts might support other theories.

Welcome back, Rooster.

I know Raven is innocent. My opinion is not going to change even if I don't post for awhile.

D&C 122
5 ...If though art in perils among false brethren;...
6 If thou art accused with all manner of false accusations; ...
7 ...know thou, my son, that all these things shall give thee experience, and shall be for thy good.
9 Therefore hold on thy way, and the priesthood shall remain with thee; for their bounds are set, they cannot pass. Thy days are known, and thy years shall not be numbered less; therefore, fear not what man can do, for God shall be with you forever and ever.

I know Raven is guilty. I guess my quoting the D&C pressed a button.

FIVE: 'Honor your father and your mother.' .... check

SIX: 'You shall not murder.' .... check

SEVEN: 'You shall not commit adultery.' .... check

EIGHT: 'You shall not steal.' .... check

So, what exactly is he innocent of?

Wow. Powerful stuff. It's hard to mess with or question the Ten Commandments.

Too bad *advertiser censored* wasn't included in the big 10 ... because we could put a little check by that one too.

Rooster, haven't seen you in a while - I hope you are bringing good news for Raven as it seems the numbers are against him here. I think some of these folks really want to put their minds at ease about this murder and they are definately worried about Kaiden. Can you let us know how Kaiden is doing and if Raven has any idea whatsoever who killed Janet? It's hard fighting some of these folks here if I don't have anything to go on.

 Abaroa said little to reporters outside the courthouse Tuesday. He said his faith is helping him get through the tough times since his wife's murder.

His faith? In What? Himself?

Can you here me now? "I have overcome the world."

All kidding aside, for Raven right now, if he is innocent, this must be awful. But if he is guilty. If he is guilty of murdering Janet. He might think he has overcome the world in terms of getting away with it. But one day he will, as will we all, stand before God and have to account for his actions. He can't fool God.

Raven's defense if he is charged with Janet's murder may have taken a nosedive on Tuesday, when he was caught on camera leaving the courtroom after his felony embezzlement convictions.

He may have looked many things, (gained a little weight, losing some hair, uncomfortable with the reporters questioning him), but the one thing he did not look or act?

Insane.

Sorry bud.

There goes your defense.

Bipolar or Personality Disorders does not equal an insanity defense whatsoever, never has, it won't even be a question, when and if Raven gets charged with Janet and her unborn child's murder.

Especially if you have been taking medication for it and you choose not to continue taking it. Then you are liable for your actions.

Not your doctor. Not your wife. Not your mother. Not your father.

You.

I found it interesting that his lawyer made a statement something about Raven moving on with his life considering Raven had made that same exact statement BEFORE his wife's murder.

Even if he's bi-polar and not taking his meds there's still no room for an insanity defense. Even though I think the guy is Coco for Cocopuffs.

The whole thing with the lawyer and Raven on camera was just weird. Why didn't Raven use that time to say, please help find who killed my wife? And why did his attorney look like he was completely on edge the whole time Raven was talking? If he is not guilty, why the weirdness?

If he murdered Janet, he's not Coco for CocoPuffs. He is just evil. And I don't think there is a cute punchline for that.

I watched the video again, and the part that's really bothering me is the end of the segment in which he speaks about Kaiden. Again, I don't know what it is but watch him during that part the next time you watch the video. I could be over-analyzing (as I tend to do) and I don't know how I'd react under the pressure of a bunch of cameras and microphones, (especially if I didn't expect them to be there).

I'm convinced it's a matter of when, not if, Raven will be arrested for the murder of Janet. How much you wanna bet that his attorney is thinking along the same lines?

I think I would be shy. But if I didn't have anything to hide, I would not be uncomfortable...

Oh, I bet you are absolutely right.

And truly, it's not like his attorney is his best friend. For his attorney, it is a business, and if Raven is charged, that is more money for him.

Although I do wonder where Raven is getting the money to pay for his legal fees. The trust fund is bound to run out of money sometime.

Watch out Cingular.
