Does anyone find it strange that these items have been in the possession of LE, FBI, or whomever and no one has been arrested. What is up with that. I find that odd. jmo

Nope, not strange at all. It takes quite a while to prove who had access to child *advertiser censored*, how they got it, who they got it from, what they did with it if they transferred it to someone else.

I think the quanity of it plays a big part in this investigation. Distribution.

Since this has come out....Hailey being trafficked is a good probability...imo.

I have other thoughts on this..but will hold back for now.

These people mention spending quite a bit of time in the bedroom and sitting around watching TV, so... I wonder where the rest of the CD's are. We have many memory sticks and CDs in this house.

I don't know what's on all of them.

NONE of them are hidden in drawers or anywhere else.

Why would anyone hide an innocent memory stick?

It was not in Billie's hand... it was in her house.

Everyone in her house had access to it.

Absolutely, it being in her DRAWER points to her, but that isn't enough.

If they arrested Billie for possession just because of the location, they would have to arrest the others who lived in the house and could have put it there.

If that was only Shawn, they might do that. But since that would also include a teenage boy who's been through enough... I think they will wait until they can pinpoint when, where and how the pictures/videos were obtained. Shawn could argue that D hid it there when he realized the house was going to be searched... to avoid getting in trouble for it or something. Only Billie has said it was Shawn's... Shawn hasn't said that.

Also fingerprints.... I think they will check for those. I don't think D would have wiped them off. Only Shawn or Billie. So if there is NO prints on there....

mck, the type of *advertiser censored* and the amount found on the computer and the memory device/thumb drive/whaddevayawannacallit may indicate a much larger ring than just BD and SA. As I believe has been stated by posters before me, investigators looking at this type of crime have to not only look at each image and try to identify the child/location involved, but they have to track down the passage of each image from one pervert to the next to the next. It does not at all surprise or disturb me that given the discovery of over 100,000 pornographic images early this year, LE has not yet issued warrants. They want to be sure that when they do come out with warrants, every single one will be iron-clad.

I am curious if people think she only knew where it was but not what was on it, or if she and SA watched it together, or if she had never seen it before at all, or if it will in the end have nothing to do with what happened to Hailey.

I don't think BD will come clean over knowledge that there was child *advertiser censored* on that flash drive and CD. Some dirty, filthy ugly stuff, but let's not forget BD was SA's Dirty Girl.

I think there are a lot of circumstances pointing toward TH, but not what I would call evidence. They still can't even say how or with who Kyron left the school. Sorry to be OT.

I too thought possession of child *advertiser censored* was enough for an arrest on the spot. If Le comes in and finds pot, a person would be charged, just as Clint was, in the midst of all of this. I doubt the pot was in his hand at the time, if it was found during the search. Of course, he probably also admitted it was his, like a grown-up.

I hope there's some way to link the images on the memory stick to some on SA's Mom's computer. That will prove they were his. SA supposedly putting them right there in the room where he spent so much time with Billie sure isn't much of a hiding place IMO. Under some things in a drawer is little more than a box under the bed or up in a closet. A CD behind some dvd's isn't either. All media right there together where anyone could search for a movie or something. I think they were probably put there then forgotten to get rid of.

I know a young lady, here in Texas, who was living with her bf, when child *advertiser censored* was found on his computer. IDK how LE found out, (some kind of tracking?), but cops just showed up at his door. He got into immediate trouble. That was just a few months ago, & he has already sat in county, had his hearing, been found guilty, been sentenced, & is awaiting his transfer. So in this case at least, justice moved quickly. Now the weird thing is...this college educated, pretty young lady, is standing behind her man. She thinks he was railroaded, even though behind her back, he copped a plea. Maybe she'll come to her senses before he's released. He got a 5 year sentence. MOO.

I wonder if BD has that van that I thought was donated to help her find HD. If items were donated and the "cause" was "misrepresented" can donations be re-possessed?
I hope that this child *advertiser censored* turns into a bigger case and nets LE more that the two main possessers.

The next big breaking news flash will be that there has been a huge child *advertiser censored* ring busted and X # of people arrested including SA and BD. :great::woohoo::great::woohoo::great: Give em all 20 years!!!!! Unfortunately not more.
