An older report, posted July 13th/updated July 15th:
You hear your love, the woman in your life, has been found HANGING and DEAD at your home, wrapped in electrical cord...do you RUN to her? Or do you "stay in constant contact" with investigators?
Makes it sound rather non-committed, to me...
Well, if your kid is fighting for his life in a hospital, you may not run home to your wife.
He was at the Hospital with Max, Max was not dead yet
Bumping this last quote. The father, according to the L.A. Times, was round' the clock at his son's bedside, after Max fell. He was there with his second wife Dina. They never left his bedside.

Rebecca died after Max was seriously injured but before Max succumbed to his injuries. Max died
after Rebecca did.
I understand a father being so consumed by his son's precarious situation and grave injuries that he does not break from his bedside to comment on his third wife's death or get involved in her funeral arrangements, etc. If it was me, my child would be so much more important at that moment. So his absence and lack of any kind of statement are not red flags to me. He was probably in shock, intense fear and single-minded vigilance at the time of Rebecca's death.
That being said, the whole thing stinks. I suppose it is possible that, for example, Rebecca was caring for Max when he fell and felt so guilty, as if it was her fault due to perceived negligence or something, that she took her own life. But why was she naked and why were her hands and feet bound?
It also possible that Shacknai's brother, in a rage over the little boy's accident, blamed her and sought revenge.
Or, possibly, either Dina or Shacknai could have taken a little break, in grief-filled rage, from their son's bedside, and went after Rebecca.
I think the reports from the hospital will really help.
It is a tragic and weird case, all around.
