Thank you for pointing this out. I don't want to go off topic. I guess the name of this thread assumes that there were remains in the trunk. I will go find another thread where we can discuss what was really in the trunk. Thanks

Here. Here's what was really in the trunk:

Talk about her. Look at her. Look at her sweet innocent smile. Think about her defenselessness. Then talk about her. Talk about Caylee.

Wherever you do post your thoughts, can you possibly first back them up with some links and/or docs that support the basis for your ideas? We seem to be re-writing the past with debate based on new rumors and innaccuracies.

Thank you.

Not for the faint of heart, so stop if you are bothered by blunt observations.

Even though Caylee was bagged, being in the trunk for several days in the heat would, IMO, be enough for gases to form and blow up the bag(s) to the point of rupture. I sincerely doubt there was a body directly placed on the carpet. Casey was just not smart enough to realize what happens to a corpse after several days in Florida heat, even though it was in one or more plastic bags. Hence the need for the canvas-like laundry carrier which was only used to transfer the body elsewhere outside the car IMO.

Do I believe there could still be an corpse imprint on the trunk carpet assuming this? Absolutely. Do I believe Mommy and Daddy A helped to clean up the mess? Yup, sure do. Why else would the car doors be opened, presumably to air out the interior, inside their garage rather than sitting in the driveway? They were obviously keenly aware of the situation at that time.

She left the keys in the car? this is news to me. Can you post a link to this info? I thought the tow truck driver said it was locked. And I thought the tow yard guy Simon Birch confirmed that it was out of gas.

I could have sworn that I read some place that the keys had been left in the car. Unfortunately I can not find that now and I have looked at several places. I retract my comment about the keys being left in the car. However, leaving a bag/purse on the car seat in plain view is still asking for someone to break into your car and possibly even steal it.

CA made a comment that KC would carry and extra key in her pocket in the event she locked her keys in the car-Maybe that is what you remember?

It could be. At this point I am not sure. For some reason I could have sworn that I read somewhere that the keys were found in the ignition when the car was towed from Amscott. However since I can not find anything stating that then I must be mistaken.

IMO...this case has been going on too long to possibly remember everything.

I think that is one of my biggest problems......to much information. Plus not having the mind of a teenager I tend to forget where I read something at or found something at. I wish they would go ahead and get on with the trial so that the experts, lawyers, witnesses, etc don't end up having the same problem. Well that and I want to see justice served sooner rather than later.

Thank you so much! The picture and your words brought me to tears. That is the reality and how someone can gloss it over, minimize it, and make excuses for it, all under the guise of supposedly finding out the truth, is beyond me.

Hopefully that whole truth is the real truth and not the wildly creative Hollywood scripted Anthony abridged version designed solely to save KC.

It is highly unlikely that we will ever know the whole truth unless KC has an epiphany and tells us .... and even then it will be the KC 'mistruth' version and not the real truth.

Bold mine.

Would you please post a link that shows that cheese was in the car? TYIA.

I don't have a link but I believe it was a velvetta wrapper in the trash bag. And all mother's know that velvetta is not actually cheese....it's a cheese product. That is why they call it velvetta not enough cheese to call it cheese. Don't think a mouse would even eat it. Have to see if I can find it because I think the chicken was a lunch meat wrapper also. No REAL MEAT OR CHEESE was in the bag. JMO

Edit: Okay, found the evidence pictures. Doc dump from 4/6/09 Post #1, picture 33 shows a salami wrapper that is empty, velvetta box, empty and a vegetable, pasta frozen dinner package that is empty. NO meat....no cheese. Sorry folks I do not know how to link.

This beautiful picture of Caylee brought me to tears also. As soon as I looked at I could feel what that little hand would feel like to hold, and what Caylee's little head would feel like when you smoothed down her hair. It just left me breathless. I get so caught up in the crazy people, stupid lawyers, details, details, details that it is so good to be brought back to the horrible reality of what happened to precious Caylee and why we are all here.

This photo makes me very sad. I believe it will bring a similar emotion to any of the posters in here who see it, whether they believe KC is responsible or not. There is no denying this little angel is no longer part of our world. I believe nearly everyone who posts in this forum or forums similar has developed an emotional attachment to this darling little girl. The one thing I believe everyone wants is, that the truth comes out, justice is served and this little sweetheart’s spirit can be at peace.

I don't post very often, I'm mostly a lurker...But, crying along with the rest of you about this adorable little girl, the realistic side of my brain makes me think that as cute as she was, if she was raised by CA & KC, she probably wouldn't grow up to be such a sweet angel, and that makes me hate KC even more.

I really wish I could agree, TDA, that everyone is sad for Caylee and other victims, and wants the truth to come out and for justice to be served. Unfortunately I have seen, not just in Caylee's case, and not specific to this forum, a few (thankfully only a very few) people who just don't show any signs of wanting truth or justice. It is a very painful thing.

It has nothing to do with who one believes is responsible or not responsible. We can always show respect for victims, no matter our beliefs on any aspect of the story of what happened to them.

Who is responsible or not responsible just has nothing whatever to do with respecting victims.

If I might be permitted to deviate for a moment from our forum convention of not addressing posters directly, I would point to you as someone who is a shining example of this. You seem to take a position that is unpopular and of a minority, yet you always respect the victim. You do your research carefully, you provide references for information to support your contentions, you look for and rely on fact - never fabrication or rumor, you state your case clearly and intelligently, and you always do all of this with the utmost respect for Caylee.

And if I might take this opportunity to say so, I am very glad you are here, and while I may not always come to same conclusions as do you, I always appreciate your obvious sincerity and seriousness about this very grave case.

Even when I disagree with you, TDA, I appreciate all of your contributions on this forum.
