Oh, and I think the letter was an 18 (or 20) page letter. They are discussing it I think on the Beth Karas pay site (I think she has the full copy)

BK does not have the full letter. She just wrote down a lot of the parts of the letter JM read in court.

The family didn't want it used so Juan didn't use it. I'm sure he had it. The killer told 48 hours she wrote it and Juan did question her about the flowers and the 18 page letter. But only to verify she sent it and that it was the ninja lie


Martinez then asked Arias if she sent a letter to Alexander's family on July 28, 2008, Travis Alexander's birthday. She confirmed that she had.

Afterward, Martinez played a video clip from an interview Arias gave to the CBS program "48 Hours" in August 2008. In the video, Arias said she wrote to Alexander's family members because they deserved answers.

Martinez noted the letter was 18 pages long. In it, Arias told Alexander's family that he was killed by unknown male and female intruders.

"So you lied to them, didn't you?" Martinez asked.

"Yes," Arias replied.

I bet after today the DT is going to tell JA she's going to get the DP if she gets on the stand, that she doesn't listen to them, and that the DT pulls a drama stunt right before she goes on the stand.

Yes. I am certain there are bits of twisted truth in what she is saying. She was the Ninja and so parts like this about her toes bleeding are most definitely her toes in those tight boots as she viciously kicked him while he was down. A couple other parts that made me sick as I realized it was her the devil herself:

-kicked him repeatedly while he was in the hall
-he could not feel his legs most likely because one of the deep knife wounds in his back probably severed his spinal cord

To have the gall to send that kind of letter on his birthday no less.
She deserves NOTHING except a hasty escort to her new prison cell.
And if it was up to me I would leave the zapper on her and give her a lengthy zap each day.

Im saddened and sickened about this letter. Before today I thought Grams letter was all. Uggggg

Yup, in her own words...its kind of ironic given how we/they have had to listen to her "words" via her journal entries ad nauseam!!! Also fitting is that her "words" are what will ultimately ensures she gets the DP.

Double checked what BK had down about JA snooping on TA'S phone.

JA did say that she looked at T's "phone and texts," found multiple exchanges with other women, that she checked to see if the messages fell in the timeframe she defined as "exclusive" with Travis, and that they did.

BTW , BK indicates that the exclusive and snooping section of the letter began on page 10. The attack portion begins on page 11. Nine pages beforehand to relate her warped take on their meeting and whatever else??

I live a few minutes from Phoenix now. Going to try and attend trial Monday. Wish me luck and let me know what other websleuthers have been attending. Going alone after I drop Mr. Zig off at airport early in the a.m. Assuming I will have to wait in line or win a lottery. Anyone know how the turnout has been?
