BBM - If you watch the interrogations videos, when she is writing the letter to Travis' family, she uses her RIGHT hand, even though she says she's left handed. I noticed it and it stuck in my head. Of course I've watched those videos 5-6 times. I have them almost memorized.

Me again. The thing is you can't press the shutter with your left hand while holding the camera with one hand and that was what BN depicted in the doodle.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks that pic of JA looks like it was taken years ago.

She looked like a fresh-faced, spring chicken back then, but now her face now looks longer, droopier and bleak.

I may post a side by side comparison later on, but for now it's back to the game... Go C-hawks!

It's amazing what poor lighting, makeup and a smile can do for someone. Just compare some of her pics from in the courtroom during her trial and then when she did her media blitzes...

I was wondering if it's another relative, isn't her mom's maiden name the same as the "fan" that allegedly posted this? Plus the aunt had commented that she was glad he'd finally got in to visit her, or something to that effect.

Watch Melendez testimony. The unallocated pics were still embedded with the time and date on all but one iirc. Jodi did not have brown hair in April. The camera was purchased in May. There were 90 other pics on it

The photos recovered were time stamped.

"Not only was he very much alive. He was involved in these photographs with a woman. And yes, they were both sinning, because they were going at it. They were nude and yes they were engaged in sexual relations in these photographs," said Martinez.

I did watch it... like I noted, all the bedroom nude shots came from unallocated clusters and two of the six shown in court didn't even have the exif data from Encase, where Det.M had got those date/time stamps from. Whereas all the shower pics and the last 3 inadvertent pics all had both the exif and the camera date stamps still available, although those had also been deleted. None of the pics were in the camera's internal memory, only on the memory stick.

Yea, but what shade of brown.... it can go from light beige brown, to golden brown, to auburn, to brunette, to dark brunette... etc. and then there's her blonde streaks that she didn't give up until June 3, at least not in any pics I've seen(Othello was after and even in that pic you could see the dark brunette washing out from her previous colour).

Encase recovered the time stamps iirc from testimony. They also use a number of other investigative techniques to verify the data is correct. They will run a check on the camera if it's available to take photos delete and run through encase to verify the internal set time is right. They make sure chronologically the pictures and sequence match up to time stamps like is it light outside? Obviously if time stamp says 3am but it's bright and sunny.. There's a problem.

There were 90 recovered photos from the camera that the sequence of exif data matched (sequensequencing) she couldn't have thrown in 60 photos of previously taken photos In the middle of the other 60.

I have no reason to doubt those photos are authentic.
Also each Camera has their own exif data in the metatag string that it's unique to their maker. Itd be painfully obvious at the data set where some are taken by Canon while others were with the Sony

Plus..for what motive would cmja place herself at the scene of the crime when we all agree part of the premeditation was took great pain in making herself nowhere in arizona. Why would she set herself up beforehand by planting nude sexually explicit photos of Travis and herself the day he died and THEN go back to delete them off his Camera after putting them There? If anybody can provide a meaningful explanation to that I'm all ears

I had read on another forum, ************ iirc, that someone's techie son had explained that if someone downloads pics from the memory card onto a secondary device then deletes them from that secondary device while the memory card is still attached, that only the thumbnail info will remain on the memory card.

If correct, then it's possible someone moved them to or from someone's laptop, mailed/deleted them after viewing(even TA could have done this and then taken pics that overwrit those files) and then thinking they were safe, went on to use the memory card to take the shower pics later that day. Or, as I opined earlier, just plain deleted the bedroom pics earlier in the day, then when the shower pics were taken those new pics overwrit the previously deleted bedroom pics and left the files scattered in unallocated spaces with only the exif info left(for only some of them) and then deciding it was too dangerous to keep the shower pics just deleted them. Since no more pics were taken then none of the shower pics would have had their files overwritten like the bedroom nudes seemed to have had.

So unless we know for a fact that some of those undeleted active pics left on the memory card were taken sometime after the last time JA was in Mesa(whenever that was, she could have taken another stealth trip we don't know about which may have led to that last big May 26th argument) then anything is still possible imo.

Oh yea, then there's the whole business that Det.M said he couldn't use a write blocker like he normally would have because the only way for him to get the data was to connect the card directly to his pc, it wasn't working with his software, or something like that.. it was only after he'd taken the info from the memory card that he was able to then use his Encase program to read the data.

My take,
Travis let her in. She told him all is good (ie not going to use the sex tape) I'll give the tape to you. Lets have sex one last time (for old times sakes) Travis fell for it (sadly). When he was in the shower during the picture taking she caught him by surprise with the knife, and in rage she stabbed him, thinking that he would just die in the shower. He fought back, which sent her into a panic, thus the overkill.

I agree but I don't think it send her into a panic. I think it made her furious. You need to be really angry to be able to slash someone's throat..

I too do not think that jail pic from David "whoever" is recent. She looks nothing like that now. She has aged ten years since this retrial began, and I mean specifically since she was convicted in May 2013. In court, her skin color is a pasty gray and her face has many more lines. And of course she will keep up the pretense of "happy as a clam" for her visitors; it's part of her sociopathy where she morphs into whomever she needs to be at that moment to adapt to the moment, in this case, to her supporters.
She has still not expressed one ounce of regret for murdering Travis. Not any. She has convinced herself that he deserved to die for what he did to her. How sick is that? She has lied so many times that she blindly believes herself. She can't feel what normal people feel. And IMO she is not mentally ill in the sense where she did not know right from wrong when she slaughtered Travis. Her BPD is not an excuse for me. She knew what she was doing, and planned every detail. That she continues to manipulate behind bars makes me even more disgusted with her than I already am. And her followers, what kind of people are they, defending a killer? They must be a very lonely, misguided bunch.

Yes, she sprinkles big words. Most of the time when she uses a largish vocabulary, she's lifting whole phrases from novels or tracts. That's why one moment she sounds like she's come straight from the 19th century, the next like "Gone with the Wind", the next LDS manuals, then gutter slang, then bits of songs, then Bible-ese. She does not have an especially large spoken vocabulary (note her interrogation with Flores). She talks and talks and talks, and any precision she has is at the service of lying and manipulation.

I once had a bunch of ESL students who were savvy test takers, because in their countries rote was rewarded. In no time, they'd figured out they could sprinkle large words into an English exam essay (no, not me correcting it) and would get high marks, even if they were inappropriate in context. They often had no idea what the words meant. One had selected "intoxicated" for sprinkling and was mortified when I told her what it meant, since that was not something young women were supposed to know about in her culture. Lol.

Anyway, Jodi's sprinklings are an affectation: they do not come from somewhere intrinsic to her. They're sort of like an American cultivating a fake British accent and having it not work quite right......

Melendez testimony is clear that all the pictures recovered are from June 4, 2008 and place Jodi at the scene of the killing.

But why should she express remorse when she is innocent? Whether it was self defense or Travis's so-called friends dressed as ninjas, she was innocent.
