There was talk about it. If you look at the minutes it was sealed by defense but they allowed JA to bring in about her deverting her clients to TA to help him. I was outraged about it but that has been going on all thru this trial. Just look at the minutes and see how many exhib. have been sealed. ALL BY THE DEFENSE. TA's bank records are one of those. Too predjudical. I say BS

The bank account information wasn't allowed in. We don't have any idea what that information is or means, much less whether or not it has anything to do with PPL, much less PPL signups being stolen by JA.

I'm all for speculation.. it's one of my favorite hobbies, but when that's what you're doing it helps to say so.

In the first photo, I never noticed before how WIDE her index finger is on her left hand....? Any reports if that finger has ever been injured?

I haven't heard any further reports of injuries to her fingers other than to that ring finger, Spellbound. Nothing would surprise me though! Maybe punching in walls or doors? That index finger is certainly not a normal size and neither are her hands.

She is so disgusting!

On Day 32 when Demartes testified she stated;

“One incident references that Travis Alexander was upstairs in his house with Lisa Andrews. The lights suddenly went out,” DeMarte explains. “Travis went downstairs to investigate and he turned the circuit breakers back on. He did not admit until later to Lisa that he discovered Arias downstairs.

WOW. I was surprised during Demarte testimony about this and now after reading it again even more surprised now.

I first thought Travis and Lisa just noticed some lights being turned off downstairs but what I think happened is JA knew those 2 were up there and in the mean, hateful, spiteful, and jealous way that only JA could do, she threw the breaker switch to his house to put those 2 in the dark!!!
Can you imagine?

Travis goes down to see what happened to his lights and has to flip his breaker switch back on, and then sees JA!!!

OMG. It is just like something in a horror movie!!

Imagine one of those closeup pics we have been seeing of JA from the trial and now, imagine that is the first thing you see after flipping your breaker switch to your own house!!!

When I was on the Chemo ward with my husband several years ago, I saw lots of children of all ages receiving those harsh chemicals along with my husband. The parents looked haggard. You could feel their pain. So I agree with RegNurse, lethal injection is easy compared to what those children go thru and then a lot of them die on top of it. So mercy for JA

I thought he was using Sechrest to argue Juan should get slapped down for not kissing Geff's feet. Since F & Geff (hey that rhymes!) were "key" witnesses (considering they were just about the ONLY defense witnesses - I think Sue was the only other one) it's not FAIR if Juan doesn't treat them with kid gloves. He waved his arms for God's sake while questioning Geff! If that doesn't take the DP off the table then there's no justice in this country. Just sayin'...

I'm still puzzled as to how Judge Stephens decided that the Constitution was insignificant in the face of the murderer's putative rights. I would love to read her reasoning. Why are we not privy to her reasoning?

There was no basement in this house. Circuit breakers were in laundry room downstairs. Water heater etc. I think it was one of TA's friends that said she cut the circuit breakers, but I really can't remember exactly but I did hear it, but it just isn't important enough for me to check it out. She has done so much wtf difference does it make.

Read DeMarta's testimony, she confirmed TA went downstairs on FIRST level and turned circuit breakers back on. It was in the TESTIMONY, as well as friends saying so. Can we put this issue to rest. I realize you dislike PS and wish to discredit him but on this issue you were wrong, I am sure you can come up with a number of other things he said incorrectly just like BK and the rest, but unfortuately this is not one of them. DrDM testified to the circuit breakers. No offense meant

It is an exaggeration by Sanders. There are already dozens and dozens of posts in at least several threads correcting Sanders on this point. And it's still getting repeated and defended as fact.

There have been even more discussions about Sanders and his accuracy versus embellishments. He's entitled to write whatever and however he wants, but yikes, it's irritating to have his embellishments repeated as fact, especially when the "facts" aren't even being attributed to him. At least if they were I'd know to take them with a grain of salt.

While we all can opine which tweeter is the most accurate we will not know until we can hear the audio from the trial with our own ears! Why can't we all get along? She is the murderer!

Does Nurmi still have motions for prosecutorial misconduct (other that the most recent one re: 1/26/15) hanging out there or has everything been ruled on? He just keeps delaying the inevitable IMO. He was citing Mielke (sic?) early on and now cites Seachrest (sic?) and I wondered if this has to do with DeMarte or something else. Any thoughts?

Th only thing I can find even close to lights going on or off is when Lisa Andrews testified that the security alarm indicated an open door, when Travis went to investigate he found nothing. Is this the same "incident"?
