He also does that weird lizard tongue thing, just like JA. I wonder if one of them pick it up from the other?
Body language experts identify the tongue lick as a "tell" when a lie is coming/being said.

He probably was not okay with it, but did not want to stir up any bad emotions with Jodi.

This from the murderous pedant who corrected her grammy's grammar...
I don't believe that's MDLR.
I replied to katydid thusly:
Justus Forusall on Facebook is a community page. It may have multiple administrators, though I doubt she is one.
MDLR projects herself as a celebrity. If there's a picture/avatar her face and, er, assets are going to be in it.
MDLR enjoys her own likeness. Scales are not 'Cha-Cha' enough for her.
Moreover, as the mitigation specialist, she doesn't have to vie for a seat in the courtroom. She's allowed to be within sweet-nothings whispering distance of the murderess.
Thus, it would make little sense for her to think that, like the public, she might not get a seat if she doesn't hurry back into the courtroom.
Ergo, I maintain that she is not Justus Forusall and therefore did not post this:

Who is this?
Her mileage was 3,834 miles, if I remember correctly. Plus, she drove 90 miles to rent that car. So to and from the rental agency would mean another 180 miles to go to on top of that.
I agree about the PTSD. It was silly to try to use that as a mitigation factor! Just....silly.
Not attaching this to anyone's post...its a general comment about the Justus, MDLR twitter thing.
1. Given the timing of JA's hissy fit and tweet on Thursday, MDLR was almost certainly involved with the "Great, Kirk" tweet. She either tweeted it herself or asked someone else to post it. Can't be sure MDLR posted it herself, because the tweet went out just after lunch. It's possible that while on lunch break MDLR asked someone else to post it.
2. Someone is either tweeting directly from the courtroom or passing along info to another person outside court to tweet. Pretty short list of who it could be...MDLR, MK, Mother, or a supporter.
Supporter as regular tweeter isn't most likely, since tweets have gone on days when BK has reported no supporters(as in, only her mother was there).
MK is an unusual person but IMO not the most likely suspect. Wading deeper into speculation, I'm gonna guess JA isn't relying upon her mother to spread her goddess word. I'd bet Auntie Sue in a second, but she's been MIA.
Is it possible for multiple people to have access to and post on a single Twitter account? That's another possibility.
As for Justus. Multiple people for sure, and the lead whacked one doesn't live in the US.
Thank you for sharing your story and being so candid. It is a horrible drug but it's the only thing that helps my lifelong insomnia. Last Sunday I awoke to find chili simmering away in the crock pot. My husband told me I had him help me prepare it the night before AND I DIDN'T REMEMBER ONE THING ABOUT IT. He said he was so mad because he was afraid I'd burn the house down.
As for driving, I had a friend who crashed her car and was charged with DUI. Yep, she had taken an Ambien and went grocery shopping. Her trunk was full of groceries when it was towed away. Her 12 year old son was home alone. Thank God nobody was killed.
SORRY for going OT again Lambchop but this is a very important topic ......

Truth.....don't believe everything you read. . Who knows about the hurry for a seat comment. These folks exist to mess with others. But.......am in agreement that Justus that day was not MDLR.
I'm pretty certain that a certain supporter flew a very long way to be in court that day.

The letter is interesting if it came from a law office because the very last sentence states: ".......alleged that my client has committed criminal acts on behave of her client....." Behave has to do with conduct whereas behalf has to do with support. Interesting misuse of the word. jmo
I'm not a doctor, so this isn't medical advice, but I have family members who are trying CBD oil and are having positive results.
