Any idea which one it is?
I think it was the one who saw reenactments on HLN after dark. that's a problem. Those reenactments were not in any way accurate.

Carp. I was hoping it was the one where Nurmi's objection was overruled...the one who said not only is she guilty but the murder was cruel.
How are we doing regarding jurors. Is the pool looking good?
It's terrible! It's like watching TV with a channel-surfing husband who flips through 5 shows non-stop.
I hope intelligent psychologist guy makes it on to the jury. We want people with high IQs.
I am afraid I disagree...too many psychologists make excuses and feel sorry for people. JMO But, agree about the high iQ.
Really wish we could see this!

Well good grief MeeBee, once again you come along and say it better than I did. LOL I have deleted many posts due to this and now another one bites the dust!I believe a psychologist will see what Jodi really is.
@TrialDiariesJ: Nurmi is explaining she will just vote life or death and judge makes final decision if life w/ no release or life w/ release #jodiarias

Is this true? I thought it was either DP or LWOP?

IDK if ALV was ever abused, but she definitely saw only males as the abusers, period. IIRC, she even stated a woman couldn't be the abuser. So, I'm a tad concerned about how jurors will view the allegations. It sickens me that Arias will play to these real victims of abuse.
So if this goes to the judge (God forbid) and the judge gives her LWP, since AZ does not offer parole than she would be serving LWOP, unless of course AZ brings back parole????
Absolutely! She tried to pitch a deal to Juan to something ridiculous like 2nd degree murder, which of course Juan rejected because it was so clearly premeditated 1st degree. She threatened him that if he took her to trial, she'd drag Travis's name through the mud and she held to her word. Kinda like, I didn't wanna have to do this, but you made me.Yes, that is true. So, her tweet about never wanting to go to trial is just more hot air. She chose to go to trial by not entering a guilty plea.
