I just went to look and you're right. The woman who saw the reenactments is the woman who believes the murder was cruel. So scratch that!

Thinking about tuning in to HLN. I want to be Nancy Grace for Halloween and I need to practice making derisive & unflattering comments and hollering "BOMBSHELL!" and "UNLEASH THE LAWYERS!"

It is very difficult under the circumstances to know if the pool looks good or not. Some are still on that seem good but there are one or two who are questionable at this point. And of course being limited to tweets we are not always sure which one is accepted and which were excused.

I am afraid I disagree...too many psychologists make excuses and feel sorry for people. JMO But, agree about the high iQ.

Yes, psychologists try to get inside people's heads whenever they can. But it is possible that one might in a case like this, get inside the head of the victim. Most psych docs with an open mind are able to accept that sometimes domestic violence is committed by a woman against a man. Actually, more often than most citizens realize. The problem as I see it is knowing if the psychologist in question is open minded or not.

This is true. If they vote life judge either gives her LWOP or LWP. That's the risk of giving life though I have zero doubts whatsoever JSS will give her LWOP.

Sentence is up to judge. Jury must decide on life or death.

IDK if ALV was ever abused, but she definitely saw only males as the abusers, period. IIRC, she even stated a woman couldn't be the abuser. So, I'm a tad concerned about how jurors will view the allegations. It sickens me that Arias will play to these real victims of abuse.

I believe/hope a true victim of abuse will see/know JA is not a victim of anything.

So if this goes to the judge (God forbid) and the judge gives her LWP, since AZ does not offer parole than she would be serving LWOP, unless of course AZ brings back parole????

That's my understanding of it though that is one thing that's been a bit confusing to me. AZLawyer can definitely explain all that.

Yes, that is true. So, her tweet about never wanting to go to trial is just more hot air. She chose to go to trial by not entering a guilty plea.

Absolutely! She tried to pitch a deal to Juan to something ridiculous like 2nd degree murder, which of course Juan rejected because it was so clearly premeditated 1st degree. She threatened him that if he took her to trial, she'd drag Travis's name through the mud and she held to her word. Kinda like, I didn't wanna have to do this, but you made me.
